The owner is the biggest problem…read more Jason Groves is astronomically unprofessional. To the point where my second call to his company, I started recording the conversations. Did this twice. The first call, which wasn't recorded, he said that they only accept cash. Then, once he realized I was recording the line, for the second call, he changed his tune and said, "We take cash AND cash app. But, only I can do that. Other employees don't really have the app." He said we should call before heading down. Well, my boyfriend got there at 11:55am. To where, he called Jason and Jason responded, "We have lunch for 25 minutes." Well, 25 ended up turning into over an hour. So, while my boyfriend waited for a worker to come back, I called Jason back. (Mind you, I had to go to work so I could not attend with my boyfriend to pick up the car. So, calling Jason from work.) When I spoke to Jason again, he started making excuses that the workers go to lunch for 25 minutes. then it changed to 1 hour. Then it became, "Well, they leave, 11am,12pm and 1pm. I don't know but they have a lunch!" I said, "Okay, well where are you?" Jason responded with, "I'm not there or I would have already released the car. I am in Franklin!" Well, earlier Jason said he was one of the only employees to have Cash App. So, if that was the case, how would my boyfriend get the car back if he was in Franklin? I continued to inquire about the ever changing answers and all I got in response was Jason Groves getting aggravated and cutting me off by repeating, "Thank you Ma'am, THANK YOU MA'AM!" To get me off the phone. Luckily I recorded the conversations and will be reporting some of the suspicious activity they have on their lot to The Better Business Bureau and also to the Division of Consumer Affairs. 5 star ratings for this business are friends Jason, found on his Facebook account or/and fake accounts made to create more 5 star ratings. Will attach videos of the conversations once I get home, to Yelp.

Bryson was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He walked me through the process and helped me…read moreunderstand. Got me down the road to the dealers and even called me back to check on me. The level of service Bryson provided is top quality. I will use Southern Belle again.

I have reviewed them elsewhere as well.... Brought my car for vibrations. I had previously did all…read moremy motor mounts with them earlier. Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty... This has been my experience and mine alone....Good luck!!!!

I don't wanna drive to Nashville. But really the bottom line was he was too busy and they could've just told me that.
