For anyone who truly knows this company knows we stand by everything we do. Even if we do mess up and damage something. As for this recent review from Mr. Larry, it is untrue. Mr. Larry forgot to state after he supposedly seen the damage he waited almost two days to contact us about it. We asked him for proof and said he had no proof. We contacted the dealership to see if we could watch video, they told us they do not have cameras at there dealership. Mr. Larry then tried to bribe us by giving him x amount of free tows. Which you know hey we were going to give him a hand and give a couple of tows just to be a nice company. We told him to come by and sign a agreement of which he never came by. He then showed up almost a month later demanding we pay him 900 dollars for the damage. To which I refused and also had stated that since he took so long to get by that he would not be getting a few free tows either. I told him if he had evidence of the damage we would be happy to take care of it. After the actions of Mr. Larry it seems to us that he is just trying to con this company for something he does not deserve. Please be aware of this man if he decides to do business with you. read more

Needed a tow this morning when my side by side trailer came off the truck ball. Didn't catch the employee's name exactly but he was courteous, prompt and professional in recovering my trailer. no damages. He towed it to my house and did not make me feel rushed about getting it off the rollback. I called the office and told them to give him a gold star for excellence today.. Can't beat their expertise. The engine on our small bus shut down on I40 this afternoon and we had to get a tow.It was hard to find someone who was available but, thankfully, MJ & Son came thru with flying colors. Cody showed up in less than an hour. He very quickly had our small bus loaded and during the process was very diligent about Keeping us all away from the traffic.
