VIP towing is phenomenal!!!…read more The check engine light on my van started blinking and the car manual states to pull over immediately and turn off the vehicle. I pulled over in 90 degree weather and called my insurance roadside assistance and they original told me Pantusa Towing would be there in 2 1/2 hours. I called at the 2 1/2 hour point and they told me it would be another 90 minutes and I could call my insurance company if I didn't like it. Needless to say I did call my insurance company again and they told me they would call another company. VIP contacted me immediately and got to me quickly and even called to let me know they had gotten in some traffic but still should make it on time. Will let my friends know to call VIP if they ever are in a situation where their vehicle needs to be towed!

In my neighborhood the HOA has no parking on street signs and has a contract with this town…read morecompany. I was parked in front of my house, which is on an inlet, (mind you not a road) because there is not enough parking. I went inside to take a quick shower and when I came back to my car being up to a tow truck, the guy told me that it would cost $200 for him to drop it when it was parked on an inlet for the townhouses. When pointing this out the tow truck driver began to yell at me how I continued to park there even after being towed 3 times before (my car has never been towed away). So when I asked to see the tow company's policy on dropping the car he refused and began wenching my car up. He also had me pay him directly with either cash or Venmo and gave no receipt.

I struck a deer on Hillsboro Road in Franklin, TN early New Year's Day. I was injured and transported to the emergency room. Gentry was next on the THP towing list (unlucky for me). I've dealt with a lot of tow companies during my lifetime, and this one, is the best yet... I just…read morecold called them, due to my circumstance... Based on their response, they will be the only ones I call in the future... Impeccable customer service! Someone had broken down and left their vehicle on my property, with no contact information... To make a long story short, I currently have people at my house working on remodeling stuff... The workers basically refused to come back, if that vehicle wasn't removed because it interfered with them getting their job done.... The workers reported that they had great difficulty, maneuvering around the vehicle, to get to my house..It was in their way, so it had to be removed! I proceeded to call the police department and give them the person's tag number, in hopes we could contact the owner of the vehicle... But, the PD wouldn't do anything because it was on private property... They told me to call a tow company and said, the tow bill would be at the owner's expense... So, that's what I did. I explained the situation to Jamie Gentry (owner of Gentry's Towing & Removal), and he was helpful from beginning to end... It was fairly late when I called Mr Gentry, and he was so pleasant to speak with... I explained the situation, and he assured me that he would haul the vehicle away... He added that they had several other calls, so it would be quite a bit It later, before they could get to it... I want to point out, this is a 24/7 towing company... So, they can take care of issues, day and/or night... Sure enough, they got it removed (Yay)...Not only did they remove the vehicle from my property, they kept me informed of the process along the way... Since it was late, we weren't calling each other, so Mr Gentry text me the details... I was informed of when they were headed to my address and when they loaded the vehicle on their tow truck. I highly recommend anyone using Gentry's Towing & Removal... Mr Gentry was so nice, helpful, dependable, and professional... He resolved my issue, without having to meet me in person... He took care of the problem without inconveniencing me and insisting that I be present, sign paperwork, or whatever else most other companies require at arrival... He did everything I requested, without hesitation, via communicating by phone...I AM VERY IMPRESSED and PLEASED with their services... I guarantee if you give them a call, you'll be very satisfied too!
