The parking lot setup was chaotic with very little direction on where customers are supposed to park, and the driveway was extremely tight and difficult to navigate. A salesman approached me and seemed annoyed to even grab the keys for the truck. Beyond that, there was basically no effort to help. I asked a few questions and was told he'd look into them, but I never heard back. He didn't ask for my name, number, or anything. I had to ask for his card myself. A couple days later I reached out to two more salespeople and even made an offer on the truck. One replied saying he'd get back to me, and then never did. Honestly, it felt like they had zero interest in actually selling vehicles.

Don't get me wrong, I love walking to work, but not in the middle of winter while my $10k car is broken down and I still pay the payment every month. They said their mechanic checked it out before I bought it and gave me a 'report'. Their mechanic seemed to miss the thousands of dollars in problems I've had to fix since driving off their lot. It's cared for like a baby, has its own garage with nothing else in it. Here are a couple of postservice department photos. After I dropped off my car. the service guy called to let me know there's a dent in my back trunk, which was not there when I left it with them, said that "Someone like you wouldn't notice it because it's so small and that's what I do for a living" that's why he noticed it. Basically, I'm too stupid to notice it. You have to be blind not to see this. When I picked up my car, this is what I saw, here are a couple photos. Also said they washed the car, I don't care that they don't know how to wash a car, but I do care about the dent they left and then lied about it. Shame on them.
