I'm not sure what they are doing right now with the social distancing, but I do know that they are still servicing cars, as they are an essential business. Plus, if you need to buy a new car or used car (oops, previously owned or is it gently used or whatever they are calling it now), then they can accommodate you. Customer service representatives are pleasant, and they have always done a good job with my vehicle. I always feel as though they don't try to up sell, which is always a pain to deal with. The mechanics just do what they are asked to do. I was getting an oil change once here after having my winter tires changed from a well known tire place (who had tried desperately to sell me new tires), and when I asked Larry Miller if I needed new tires, the answer was completely different--nope. In fact, I drove on those tires for two more years.

By 5:00 PM, my car still had not been diagnosed, and I was simply told they couldn't determine why the message was appearing. I understand that diagnosing intermittent issues can take time, but after waiting all day, I expected much better communication, updates, and progress. What made the experience even worse was what happened when my 6-year-old Black son and I first arrived. An older white employee looked at my son and said, "Oh, are you the guy we hired to clean the floors? We pay a nickel an hour." I found that comment completely inappropriate and offensive to say to a young child. It immediately made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The parking lot setup was chaotic with very little direction on where customers are supposed to park, and the driveway was extremely tight and difficult to navigate. I asked a few questions and was told he'd look into them, but I never heard back. He didn't ask for my name, number, or anything. I had to ask for his card myself. A couple days later I reached out to two more salespeople and even made an offer on the truck. One replied saying he'd get back to me, and then never did.
