Well where to begin. Me and my wife bought a vehicle from them that when we test drove it all seemed well and working fine once we signed the paperwork my wife drove over to Costco to go get gas and well the check engine light came on. Worried that i had been screwed over i took the car to auto zone and got a code read on it and it was the catalytic converter which the part alone would cost almost 900 dollars and the transmission started to act funny as well. Reached out to the online portal and was told to bring the car back and they would fix the issue and give me a loaner to drive while that was all being handled. They have been working on my car now fixing all of the issues involved with the vehicle turns out it was multiple things not just the CC. Eli and the crew have been generous enough to go through it and fix all the issues that it had when they didnt need to and i am thankful for that. If we could leave no stars, that would be too many. purchased a vehicle from this company and the next day an electrical issue appeared. The battery was being drained. We spent 1,200 on a new battery and the time it took a dealership to sync the battery to the car. Contacted the company and they had us bring the car in for them to do their diagnostic on it. They had the vehicle for almost 3 weeks and hardly any response from them when we tried to find out what was going on. We didn't have the car long enough to even license it. We finally just said we were coming to get the car. We took the car for trade-in and the dealership pulled up a car fax that showed this car was a lemon and worth only 2100.00 at auction. We were given 2,500.00 for a trade-in for a vehicle that cost us 11,000.00 and 1,200.00 for a new battery. Our loss was 9,700.00. Stay away from this company. They are crooks. read more

I bought my car from NW Group Auto Sales in 2024 and had a really good experience. They were helpful, straightforward, and easy to work with throughout the process. Even recently, Eli took the time to try and help me with an issue, which I really appreciated. That kind of customer service goes a long way. This dealership is NOT transparent, is high pressure, and sells bandaid job vehicles at best. They did not offer a CarFax and swindled the buyer into buying a vehicle in which the transmission died in less than a month! They refuse to take the dead car back or make things right. I found out they sold the vehicle in which they cleared an engine light and the code, just prior to the sale, that stated transmission failure imminent! They stated they did an 16 pt inspection, which is not true because the battery died within the 1st month also. Fact: they KNOWINGLY sold a BAD LEMON CAR. They are refusing to make things right with the buyer. This is a horrible business, very shady, and dishonest, as they have been caught in several lies and keep changing their story. read more

I purchased a vehicle there yesterday, it was a great experience and very good customer service.

I took my truck to Eli's shop to have some body work repairs done, after I was hit at a gas station in Oregon by a homeless man in his truck. I chose his company on a friend's recommendation instead of going with the shops listed by my insurance company as 'preferred' and I'm glad I did. (The 'preferred' shops did not have very good reviews.) Eli is very responsive and a good listener, plus he really cares about his reputation. That is particularly important to me as a former business owner who has always been concerned about my own reputation. Eli's crew did an exemplary job on the repairs. He also offered me a loaner truck to use, but my vehicular needs were not too urgent and I was easily able to arrange my schedule to suit that of his shop. I got him to install a new rear bumper as well because mine had been bent before I purchased the truck a few years ago and it always bothered me that it was not true. Eli even looked after a few little extra things like touch-ups of paint where it was chipped a bit, and replacing a flasher bulb. Overall my experience was just about perfect. The only thing I wish was different would be if his shop was a bit shorter drive from me. But then, it's only about 20 minutes away so I won't complain. :-) I'll remember his shop when I have similar needs, or when I'm in the market for a bit newer vehicle ... some day. read more

Update - After original post, they've reached out and worked to make amends -which legally they don't need to do. I'll update posting later if we come to an agreement. My fault for not doing research on the dealer and checking reviews. I did extensive reviews on the car itself - but not the deal. I get buying "as is" and now have been burned. TOO MANY reviews have said the same thing - and buyers have had the same outcome. We bought a car and not quite 10 hours later, it died. After letting the company know - I heard back NOTHING. No "so sorry" or anything. Now that we've had a bill for an $1800 repair, I reached out again with an update to see their response. CRICKETS again. This car has the ability to reset the check engine light manually. I have no proof and am NOT accusing them - but 10 hours later and an $1800 bill, I cannot give any sort of positive review about our experience. They are SILENT after the sale. read more

Had a fantastic experience buying my Honda CRV. Jason was helpful and informative and the process couldn't have been easier. A few days later, I noticed smoke coming out of the engine. After I called, Jason and the mechanic were at my workplace within the hour to check it out. They arranged getting the car back to their place to find a defective oil filter. They took care of everything, were in frequent communication with me and delivered it right back to my house. Would absolutely go back and recommend them! read more

I purchased the car from NW Auto Group in April of 2023. The car was very clean, no real sign the car had been recovered.

I'm very disappointed not to be able to give this business five stars. On the positive side, they have a very large inventory of vehicles and they keep their website up to date. I was able to do a lot of my research before even arriving which saved everyone a lot of time. The sales staff was very friendly and let me test drive the cars I was interested in. They were extremely helpful with all the paperwork after I selected my vehicle. I love the vehicle I selected. I think it is a quality vehicle at a fair price. On the down side, the salesperson offered to have their maintenance crew repair the badly cracked sunroof in my vehicle. I called a week or so later to get that going and I spoke with one of the staff a couple times and I left voicemails the other times. It became clear that I was getting the bum's rush and I stopped calling and I had the sun roof repaired myself. I emailed the business to let them know that I would not be recommending them to anyone else as a result of the sunroof situation and the person I spoke to swore he's make it right. That was several weeks ago and I've yet to receive anything. They also claim that they will give $100 to the person who refers you to them. My person has also not received anything from them. To sum up, I'd give a tepid recommendation. If you want a good used car at a fair price, you'll get that from them. But don't expect anything from them after you drive the car off the lot. read more

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! Bad vehicles and worse customer service. I purchased a vehicle from them with only 10,000 miles, after 2 months the transmission blew. I called them, they said it was not covered under their warranty, but that they would see what they could do to help. They then stopped responding to all calls and messages. DO NOT TRUST THEIR CARS! Mechanics were dumbfounded that a transmission with so little miles would go out and I'm dumbfounded at this companies lack of response, lack of responsibility and lack of empathy they had in this situation. I'm out 6,000$ 2 months after buying one of their vehicles. read more
