I traded my car in for a truck but before I did I test drove it of course and it was shifting perfectly and now 2 days after signing the papers there is oil all over the exhaust causing a cloud of smoke when I'm going down the road and the transmission is acting up shifting really hard or sometimes not wanting to shift at all and lastly the rear differential is leaking , well anyway would highly recommend not doing any business with them read more

The people are nice when selling th.e car to you. But once you buy it and have problems with car theybureat you like shit. When I was buying my car I noticed the coolant level was down. when I was purchasing the car they wanted to sell me an extension warranty. I said I didn't want it and I went in to sign papers I noticed that the warranty was on the total sale I said I didn't want this. the guys excuse oh sorry we must have missed understood you or didn't hear you which is b******* they knew what they were doing their crooks. I went ahead got the warranty anyways my car after the first few days was leaking. I looked in there and I was pretty sure the water pump was bad which it was it took it in to get repaired. The guy that did the work at the automotive place was very professional and got authorization from the warranty company to repair. I was going to take it to the auto credit but the salesman said are service guy is on vacation for the week so that's why I went to a different place. Then they were mad at me and said that the guy never got authorization which he did and he sent an email to the guy at auto credit that said there was not any email saying that it was authorized. so basically he was saying that the mechanic fixing the car was lying I had the mechanic call auto credit and talk to them and the guy ended up did finding the email showing that it was authorized. The mechanic that fixed my car I called in and asked if he ended up talk to him he said yeah wow what a dick he was. so all I'm saying do not do business with these guys they put on a show and they're nothing but crooks. read more

I bought a car from them back in December of 23 not even a month later the power steering pump blew and also had a massive oil leak. The car sat at their shop for two months not being fixed until I called and got into a yelling match with their management. After the pump blew a 2nd time I called to have them fix it again and it sat for another two weeks before I had enough and traded it in for a different car at a different credit sales location. After sitting for another two weeks waiting to get the call saying it was done so I could get my stuff out of it they decided to send it to auction and not call me to my possessions out of it. So now I don't have any of my work clothes or my $500 radio and their sales team is full of rude and inconsiderate people. Bought my car have made 2 payments on it and brought it in under warranty to get it fixed the man who sold it too me said it used to be his sons that he took care of it and it was in great condition I dropped it off on a Monday they had to fix the alinement and then fix a leak just excuse after excuse. It is now a Monday after I dropped it off I let them know I am moving and need my car but hey guess what my car I drove in to get fixed can't even drive because they took apart my car didn't order the part like they said they did and now what to do because I'm moving in the morning they can't even put my car back together for it to drive. They only have one man in there shop working but that man and many others assured me it would get done on time and now nothing. My fiance got a Yukon on 10/28/2018! All kinds of problems. Took for repairs going on 5 times in less than 30 days! She has yet to drive because of it being not safe! The manager Anthony is a jerk and talks down to women!! She wants to return the vehicle, but Anthony's answer is " We cannot return & as he sees it that they have been repairing the Yukon for free!" There's a 6 month Service Warranty!!! He should not manage anything!! A real Jerk!! We are now looking into legal remedies if need to do so, and speak to his boss asap!!! What BS!! The service I got from Trevor was A1. He was very helpful, and the finance department went out of their way to help me get financing. My only problem is they make all of these promises of referral bonuses if you bring your friends in. I took my friend in, and she bought a car. They promised me a bonus in a few days. About six weeks later, after numerous phone calls, I got half of what they promised. They treat you like your special until you buy your car. After that, they treat you like crap!! read more

I contacted Auto Credit Sales, asking the price and mileage, and got the typical "come down and talk to a salesman" routine. I made an appointment and showed up, and when I told the guy what was interested in, he said "that truck has been sold for quite a while" it's getting some work done for delivery. They could have told me this yesterday on the phone! I changed my schedule around to meet them, and I was outright lied to by a scumbag car dealership! I purchased a $7,000.00 car there, engine blew up after making only one payment. their website says their experienced staff of four mechanics look over each vehicle before it is offered for sale. but when contacted them, they do not employ mechanics at all. they told me i had to pay estimated repair bill of $4500. because they only made a $300 profit on my car! run away from this dealership. After three weeks of negotiations I agreed to pay for half of the engine repair costs. $1500. Several days later, on May 20th, they contacted me and said I would have to come up with another $500. Because the estimate they gave me was the wrong one. I spoke with "Neil" who told me he was specifically hired to repair the bad image consumers had of this company. He assured me that if I agreed to pay the additional $500, it would be taken care of as son as possible. I called him back the next day and agreed. He assured me and said the engine was already out of the car, and would be delivered to Medical Lake Machine shop the very next day. The 13th of May, III called the machine shop in Medical Lake today, May 25th, two full weeks after it was promised to be delivered, and they informed me it had just arrived that day! I have been lied to be each and every employee of this company, each and every time I spoke to anyone there. Run away from this company unless you are willing to spend $6500 for a car that will last five weeks! read more

Sometimes I feel like being nice and letting things slide but a friend of mine who is having nothing but problems with her recently purchased car told me where she bought it and it triggered my memory. I was searching for a dealership to buy a little transportation car for going to and from work and I had visited Auto Credit Sales and thankfully dodged a bullet when after much pressure decided not to buy an over priced old Corolla that would have been financed at upwards of 18% interested. I had 850 down and rather than being flexible like they advertise they pressured me and would not budge. Since I was only working part-time and I felt like I had escaped the Lions den upon leaving I chose a better more practical option less than a few miles away. I Think I know now why a lot of people go to a car manufactures dealer to by new and used vehicles. I was lied to by the salesman when I asked him if the diesel had been serviced( oil and filter change) he told me it had been. But I crawled under the truck and the oil filter was dirty and had not been changed. When I called and asked the salesman about it, he would not Evan call me back.Its too bad to because I was going to bring my brother in law in to buy a truck, and I was thinking about one of the rv's they have on the lot. My daughter who is a hardworking mother of two needed a reliable all-season car but has poor credit so we went to Auto Credit. I had bought a truck from the Hayden store last year (which I had to sink $1000 into the first few months, after which it ran fine). I ended up having to co-sign for her on their in-house high interest financing but we got what appeared to be a good 2005 Subaru Outback with 159k miles. 4 months later the engine threw a rod. They said to bring it in and they would "make it right" We trailered the car from Pinehurst to Post Falls and they diagnosed that engine needed replaced. At first they said they would get her into a different car but that never came up again. She was told that if she gave them $1000 toward engine replacement that they would cover the rest. They insisted she continue to make her $200 month payments plus come up with the $1000. She couldn't do it, no other offer was made, it was that or nothing and "by the way you still owe us contractually for the blown up car no longer in your possession". I understand that predicting how a car will run months after purchase is a gamble but their reputation as shysters just keeps growing with responses to issues like this. If I could give 0 I would. Let me start by saying that I was a customer a few years ago, when I was young. I now am more financially successful and remembered what they did to me today after reading a Facebook comment and thought "I should go tell everyone what they did to me". First things first, I don't believe in predatory lending-if I go sign a contract regardless of the interest I am acting as a free individual. I'm not upset about their interest, that's how voluntarism works; they take all the risk they need to make money. However, when the car you just bought from them won't start 3 days later and needs some serious repairs then there needs some explaining. So I called them telling them the problem and their sales manager stops me before I even finish saying "we do not offer any refunds at all not do we help with repairs, our vehicles are as is". It genuinely felt scripted, as if he'd had this conversation a thousand times (which I have later found out is probably accurate). Now that I have friends in the auto industry I know that auto credit buys wholesale vehicles from dealerships where those vehicles won't pass the dealerships inspection due to significant problems. They knowingly sell vehicles with problems, which in a free market is totally fine-but it's also fine for me to tell everyone I can about it and to broadcast their scummy business practices read more
