Decent selection - in quantity and not necessarily quality - and nice staff…read more They have no qualms about selling cars with the check engine light on or rusty exteriors. Be cautious about what you buy from here - or any used car dealership. All used car places are trash. If you want to save money, buy from a private seller, and handle your own financing. Even if you go to a car lot, bring your own financing with you. Protip: If you get your credit run, your rating will drop. Has nothing to do with the sales place. --- I don't ever like defending car sales places but this is for Christy M. If you are upside-down in your previous car, wait until you can at least break even. Financing is difficult and frustrating in the best circumstances. I have an 840 FICO score and it sucks. Buying cars just sucks, I just bought a $40k car with cash, and it sucked. Car buying sucks. If you have an albatross in the form of an upside car loan, financing becomes more difficult. Duh If you have an upside-down loan and can't pay it off and roll it into a new loan, you won't qualify for as good of a car. Duh. If you have an upside-down loan and can't pay it off and roll it into a new loan, you will be more upside-down. Duh. Watch videos on YT about avoiding scams, getting the best deal, and the reality of the car business, and never try to buy a car without thoroughly looking up the history of the make/model and the history of the specific VIN. If you haven't spent at least 2 hours looking up that specific make and model and how to buy a car, you are likely to get ripped off. It is your own fault. Always pay a little to take the car to a mechanic to get their opinion. They won't be able to catch everything since they won't completely disassemble the engine and transmission but they can catch a lot of potential issues. Also, the salesman did you a solid putting you in a Honda, even if said Honda was built in the US. Never, ever, and I mean ever buy a car designed by an American company. No Ford, Chrysler, or any GM make. Not ever and not even once. As an aside, not all Japanese makes are worthwhile. Nissan is the Chrysler of Japan, they suck. Unless you are the type to lease - why would you? - stick to specific models and years of Honda, Mazda, Subaru, and Toyota. What specific models and years? That is part of the reason you spend a long time at home getting advice from good YT mechanics before even thinking of going to a lot. Never buy a used European car unless you want a car that lives in the shop. American-built Japanese-designed cars are inferior to the same models which have VINs that start with "J" but are still better than American-made garbage. American car factories hire Bubba and Cletus to save money and they can not assemble parts or the entire car correctly. As I said, this place has good staff and you experienced said good staff, even if you cannot see it.

So I recently purchased a car from the auto credit sales up off Division and what I thought was a…read morenice car turns out be a huge waste of money. Les than a month into owning the car it starts to throw a check engine light. Turns out it's a bad catalytic converter which I'm positive they new about it. Needless to say I'm pissed! As a single parent with special needs kids I need a good reliable car. Now I have a piece of shit that could break down any minute. I got 4 years to pay on it. I don't have the money to fix it bc I wasn't planning to fork out thousands of dollars to fix something that was should have been a good car already. If my car goes down I could be with a job and become homeless. So very, very shady as a company to prey on those who are just trying to survive.

Brian is a loudmouthed bottom feeder, who sells overpriced junk vehicles & he cheated me out of fees, which were never disclosed beforehand & basically swindled me out of my $750 trade-in for free. He also stole my license plates, which were purchased 2 months prior. I would never do business there, ever again. DON'T TRUST NATIONAL MOTORS!! Response to owner: You're very deceitful. See attachments so people can know what a dishonest businessman you are. 3 days later? You had the check in your possession since the 8th, date of sale, on top of the $9,467.00 & still hadn't cashed it by the 27th, Liar. I came in 8 days later, to give you a cashier's check of the $1,000.00 & get my personal check back in return. And you still behaved unprofessionally. Stop Lying, Crook!! Do you care to address the theft of my plates & the unnecessary/unlawful fees you failed to disclose, prior to the sale, which basically gave you my trade-in for free? Or that no maintenance was done, by you & the Carfax is inaccurate?

The store manager is less than professional, less than knowledgeable and the sales people are even worse. so if you'd like to buy a car that will only run for less than six months pay too much and be lied to every step of the way, and then told covered under it out on your own! This is your place. Almost willing to take a voluntary repossession on my credit report just to not have to deal with these people or this garbage can of a vehicle that I was told runs great.......perfect car. It definitely was NOT an overwhelming experience; The payments are surprisingly low, down payment was pocket change. Awesome warranty & the best team of professionals from finance, sales, & even the best mechanics. Thank you, CARHOP Team!
