I have been a regular customer for Corwin Ford formerly Geoge Gee for many years. Up until now it's just been with the Service Department and have always been happy. It was time for me to get a new vehicle so when I was there getting my car serviced, I mention it. They set me up with Ken Galimanis, we talked for a bit. Got back with him after I had made a list of everything that I wanted and emailed it to him. He got back to me with a few that matched up with my list. Ken is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and makes a real effort to not waste your time but compiles a list as close as possible to exactly what you are looking for. And he did a great job for me. I was looking for a used car and ended up getting a 2025 Ford Escape It's awesome and I love it! Thanks Ken appreciates your time and professionalism. read more

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!! Absolute crooks! I was promised IN WRITING that they would sell me a car, and now all of a sudden they want to change everything they agreed to. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you're looking for an honest dealership that stands behind what they tell you, DO NOT GO HERE. If you want to be lied to, promised one thing, and then have everything changed on you afterward, this is the perfect place for you. Extremely disappointing experience. I would never recommend doing business with this dealership. read more

Don't buy from here! After going back and forth on a used vehicle we still couldn't come to a deal, then once I backed out of the deal the whole sale manager Mario was very disrespectful. When I asked for my vehicles registration back he couldn't look me in the face and respond to me when I said thank you. So if you don't buy a vehicle from them their attitude changes towards you and they're disrespectful. Avoid this place. read more

The salesperson Dustin was first class but his support team not so much. We had set up an afternoon to close a deal on a specific car. Dustin set for a final detail to be done before we arrived ( not done ). our interest in the car included it was Gold Certified and added an extra warranty with the car. The bigger problems started with a super high pressure extended warranty person and the icing on the cake was the finance person. She did not want to be there and was not happy she had to get up from here desk several times because what we were promised was not with her paperwork including the Gold Certified Package. We were being asked to sign a AS IS form without any information on what we were owed. Finally, we were told the Gold Certified paperwork (two pages) can only be printed by a manager who was not in the office. We Walked read more

I had almost $5,000 worth of work done in their service department. When I went to pay, they said my credit card would be charged a 3% fee, or $150 more. When I pulled out my checkbook to pay with instead, they said they wouldn't accept my check and that paying with my card and accepting the 3% fee was my only option short of paying with cash, and my ride had already left. EVERYTHING about this experience with Corwin was worse than when it was Gus Johnson Ford. It's now corporate greed and indifference instead of the folksy, down-home service it was for me for 20 years with Gus Johnson. I won't be going back there. read more

I haven't found fault with the service, but Service Advisor Daniel is a mess. It's just one problem after another with his complete lack of communication skills. Example, after a week, I called him to check on my truck and he said, "OH, it was ready last week." You'd think Corwin Ford would want their $2k in a timely manner, but Daniel failed to call day after day while it collected dust in the parking lot. Daniel does not respond to text messages. Daniel, quite frankly, was a whiny little child at pickup time from the truck nursery. I'm the customer, not the customer service advisor. I'm not your mommy who's going to tell you all your mistakes are okay and you're a good boy. The "follow up" call from Daniel today was just more of the same whining, asking me to tell him all his deficiencies again bc he forgot how bad his service is. Daniel, I already gave you my feedback in person - you didn't need to call and ask me what you did wrong again today. I had zero intention of posting feedback publicly, but you need somewhere you can look back and remember what went wrong and not ask me a third time. NOTE: Bring a debit card or old school check for a 3% discount. Daniel won't remember to tell you, so now you know. read more

Went to Corwin last summer for my 100k mile service on a 2013 F-150. I asked them to give it a complete look and they said the only issue was the rear brakes were about half life and almost low. Fast forward to June this year. I'm moving overseas and went to Ford to see how much they would give me to sell the truck out right. I figured having been a loyal Ford customer would have afforded some loyalty. Couldn't have been more wrong. I was sitting in the sales room by the window and could see exactly when they drove my truck off for a test drive. The service guys were out for all of five minutes and came in to speak to the salesperson. In those 5 minutes, they apparently diagnosed an exhaust manifold issue, differential issue, cupped tires, and offered my $10k. I had already mentioned I had an offer from Carmax for $14k and thanked them for wasting my time. None of the issues were true. The tires were only 2 year old off road tires that were in almost new condition and the other issues they claimed could not have been diagnosed in a 5 minute drive without even looking at the vehicle. There also has never been a leak of any kind. Ended up consigning my RV and that salesman asked if I was selling my truck because he had a friend in the business that may be interested. It was a salesman from Dishman Dodge and they paid me $17k for the truck. I had lost a little faith in Corwin last summer when they refused to grant a 10% off all service and labor coupon I had received for the 100k mile service. They claimed it only applied to the oil change and beat me around the bush for a couple months before I was able to get a free oil change which was equivalent to the savings. This latest experience was the end. I no longer live in Spokane but I can tell you where I would be sending my business and it isn't Corwin. Shady at best and made things up entirely to lower offer. Unbelievable. If you are in Spokane, take your business elsewhere. read more

Complete liars. Brought my truck in last year due to sputtering engine, spent 10k replacing cam shaft etc, and surprise, same symptoms today. Called today to find the best course of action and dealership says they were never able to diagnose the sputtering/non running condition and that I paid for a new cam to eliminate noise on startup. Really? Who would spend that kind of money to eliminate a noise on startup? I wouldn't trust them to fix a matchbox car. Save your time and go somewhere else! read more

I recently purchased a used Pickup Truck from Corwin Ford in Spokane, and could not be more pleased with the entire process. I was traveling from over 350 miles away to purchase a used vehicle "sight unseen" so it would have been a real bummer had they miss-represented the vehicle over the phone. In the past I have always been wary of dealerships and car lots when looking for a used vehicle, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Ken and Mario were great and treated me very well and gave me a very fair price for a used truck in truly great condition. They run a tight ship at Corwin Ford, and I would not hesitate buying another vehicle there in the future. read more

I bought a car for my wife from corwin ford. After I did I was inundated with scammer calls and letters in the mail about my car warranty that was fraudulent. THEY WILL SELL your info faster then you can get your new car home! Then I received a letter in the mail letting me know that corwin ford was hacked and my information was stolen. Do you think Corwin called me to let me know? NO they did not. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CORWIN FORD! My worst experience ever buying a car. I would recommend going to Dave Smith read more

We recently purchased a 2006 Acura MDX from Corwin Ford for our 18-year-old daughter. We went back to Corwin because we have bought from them before and trusted them. During the test drive, we noticed the steering felt unusually stiff during turns and specifically asked questions about it, including whether fluids had been checked. We did not receive a clear answer. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the vehicle began making significant noises during turns that were not obvious during the test drive. We contacted the dealership multiple times by phone and email over several days trying to discuss the issue. When the manager finally returned our call, the conversation was extremely disappointing. Rather than listening to our concerns or showing any willingness to help, he immediately became defensive, accused my husband of lying, and repeatedly stated, "You signed 5 pieces of paper." We fully understand the vehicle was sold "as is," and we are not disputing that. What was upsetting was the dismissive attitude and complete lack of professionalism in handling a legitimate concern that arose almost immediately after purchase. We understand older used vehicles can develop problems, but customer service still matters. We came into this purchase excited to buy a vehicle for our daughter, and unfortunately the experience afterward left us feeling misled and disrespected. I would strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a used vehicle from Corwin Ford pay for an independent inspection before signing paperwork. We will not be back, which is a shame because we have 3 more daughters who need vehicles in the future. read more

Corin Ford Spokane Valley could care less if you kill someone with your faulty brakes. Scary huh? I come in last November for a recall on my master brake cylinder. The part that they put in for the recall failed on the way home almost causing a red light accident . I had it towed back in the next day and they said the part they put on was bad and would be ready in January , now I'm hearing it's gonna be past September before the parts available. I will spend every single day of my life telling people not to go to here. i've spent over $6000 in car payment since November for a non-running truck. They let me leave their dealership with my truck in the situation where I could've killed myself or someone else on the way home. The last review I left, The general manager said that he would help me if I needed help and they won't even patch me through to him for the last few months. do not have any recalls fixed at Corwin Ford.... And if you have your brakes done there, have someone else check it before you go home so you don't get put situation where you could kill someone. I hope Ford will finally come up with the part soon. .My truck was just fine!! This place is a joke . read more

Senior predators: ripped off my 78 year old mom on her classic explorer, cut the wiring to the air ride system FOR NO REASON, ripped off molding of the fender liners, and charged her for repairs they did NOT complete. Service is a joke. I called on 18 Feb 2025 to get an appointment to check my new 2024 Ford Ranger. I was told to bring my vehicle in on 25 Feb 2025 for an issue with our radio/infotainment module. We were having intermittent service with AM/FM and Sirius. After having a negative experience with another Ford dealership, I thought that this might be different--WRONG!!!!! I brought the vehicle in as agreed only to be met by the person that does the electronic repairs/testing. He told both me and my wife that he was not sure why we brought our vehicle in as it was going to take him 2-3 weeks to get to our vehicle. When the service representative came back he said that our radio was working just fine as it had FM clearly. After trying to explain to him 3 times (again) what the issue was, his attitude was that we should be thankful that AM/FM was currently working. Upon leaving he told me that he thanked me for my service as he was a combat veteran. Stolen valor if I have ever seen it before. Not sure what combat he saw except for possibly slinging crap for the truth. read more

3 hours for an oil change. Told me both the filters needed to be changed and I ABSOLUTELY needed to replace my brakes and quoted me high prices. Took it to a family friend to get the work done, one filter would if been fine to my next oil change while the other was practically new. The brakes they said I desperately needed, turned out would have been fine to wait till spring (roughly 6 months out). They tried to scam me. I am back in the market for a car or small SUV, but this experience will have me checking out other dealerships instead. read more

Updated Review.... I want to say thank you to the Corwin Team, Tyler and Mario for stepping up and looking to find a resolution that we can all be happy with. I am changing my 1 star rating to 5 stars because you are taking the time to make things right for our family. I will say that the buying process at Corwin was easy and quick. We knew what we wanted and they didn't try and pressure us into something that we didn't need or want. Even though the vehicle we originally bought turned out to have a few issues that neither Corwin or ourselves could have foreseen they made sure that we were able to get out of that Explorer into another without much hassle. Thank you again for taking a frustrating and negative situation and making it right. I will recommend your team to everyone I know, even those on the West side to the state, it is worth the drive. read more

I've done business with Corwin since they took over for the Johnson Ford dealer that was there before. They have always gone above and beyond for my family and I both in sales and service. I have to say that it was the greatest experience buying a truck from Corwin Ford from the sales people to the people that service . the whole crew even booking appointments. Suzie made it so easy to make an appointment she even pointed out to me that I could just have them come pick it up and take it and get serviced, which was such a great convenience .she was so kind. I really love this place. It's really a place where they make you feel very comfortable and always have a smile read more

Worst customer service in the service department of well any dealership I've been in. Walked in for my appt and there were 5 service advisors at their desks - not one of them acknowledged me when I walked in - and yet they were not busy at all. I called two weeks ago to get an oil change appointment. I've always paid $40 which was an agreement made with the car purchase. They could no longer honor that and the current price is $59, but it did include a tire rotation. I just put new tires on and did not need the rotation. The service advisor said the price would still be $59 regardless. When the service was complete the bill came to $69.30. He said the quoted price was just an estimate. TL/DR: have purchased three vehicles from Corwin Ford. My dads F150 needed a quick and easy repair done. They would not entertain the possibility of getting the truck in and completing repairs without a 3-4 week wait. Took to Ray and Roy's they completed the repair that same afternoon. Avoid this place they really do not take care of their customers. I had a Ford F-150 that had the belt come off due to the power steering pulley breaking. (A repair that was relatively easy, but one I did not want to do myself) I took it to Corwin Ford in Spokane. What a horrible experience. The service department is not well marked and was difficult to find. My first stop on my hunt for the service department was at the service cashier window, I told her I needed to speak to someone about service. Her reply, "we are booked until August, it will be 3-4 weeks before anyone can get to it." I said ok, which way to the service advisors? She repeated they are booked, busy and it would be a month before they could get to it. I again said ok, which way should I go so I can speak to a service advisor? She pointed in the direction I should go to find service. I found the service advisors and spoke to one of them. I explained the problem, stated I understood they were busy, if I left my vehicle, would it be possible for them to maybe get to it without waiting 3-4 weeks? It is a pretty light repair..... he said he would check with someone and disappeared for about 20 mins. When he returned he said I could leave it, but they would not be able to look it over or begin work for 3-4 weeks. I shared my disappointment, and explained That I purchased a Ford Flex from Corwin Ford in Tricities, My wife and her son purchased vehicles from this Corwin location after it was acquired from Gus Johnson. I understood they are very busy but might it be possible to get to it in one or two weeks? My family had purchased three vehicles from them after all...? No dice. Can't get to it for 3-4 weeks. I tell them to pound sand. They have lost me as a customer, I will take my business to Foothills Ford or Wendle Ford in the future and encourage everyone I know to do the same. I was able to get the truck into Ray and Roy's in Spokane valley, that same afternoon, and they quickly and professionally did the repair that day even though they had a shop full of other vehicles. I recommend taking your business to a dealer or service center that appreciates their customers. read more

So I'm updating this review for the 3rd time. (Original review 01JUNE22) TL;DR: A 50,000$ truck and they treat me like this? Avoid this dealership at all costs. Who knows how many of these reviews are honest after this stunt. What an absolute joke of a management team. Almost a month after the initial complaint, I am still completely ignored and tossed aside. Quick history: Ford emailed me about how my purchase went, I left an honest opinion that I felt neglected just because I had my own financing. That they rushed the detailing, and that it took multiple days to have the truck delivered. The GM of the store emailed me and said to let him know if he could help, I replied "I'd like to have my truck detailed again if possible" I was ignored for a week. Ford emailed me again and asked if the problem was resolved, I said no. GM emailed me again and said he "can probably fit me in, but would get back to me." Ignored a second time. So this morning I received a phone call from the sales rep and he wanted to help fix this (a month later). I said, "I'm not sure, I've got a pretty bad taste in my mouth from your dealership". Said he'd talk to the boss and get back to me. Calls me back about an hour later and says "the boss is hurt and that the damage is done, but If you delete the comment or change it to a 5 star review they'll detail my truck for me". Really? An entire month later and you're asking me to change my review for a service you should have done in the first place? To hell with this dealership. I have now uploaded pictures of how sloppy the detailing was done. They didn't clean anything under the hood, left dust, crumbs, and soda stains in every cup holder, I found a bullet casing and a nail in the center console. An entire month and they can't be bothered, then tried to win my review by lazily bribing me with a service they screwed up in the first place. read more

Bought my new truck here. Amazing team, easy process, excellent vehicle condition. Would have my own family members buy here.

Felt terrible for recommending Corwin Ford to a family member, His experience with Corwin Ford was extremely disappointing. They sneakily added hidden charges that were not disclosed upfront, which completely undermined my trust in their transparency. Additionally, He never received his Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) paperwork and they didn't setup the FordPass app for him or the Corwin App which they snuck into the paper claiming "Download this app it's free". This lack of proper documentation reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service. I would caution others to thoroughly review all paperwork and charges before finalizing any transactions with Corwin Ford." disappointment with Corwin Ford extends to the detailing of my purchased vehicle, which was utterly awful. It was evident that minimal effort was put into cleaning and preparing the car. The interior was still dirty, and the exterior had visible streaks and missed spots. This lack of attention to detail further highlighted their disregard for customer satisfaction and quality service. Overall, my experience with Corwin Ford was marred by hidden charges, missing paperwork, and subpar vehicle detailing, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied with their services.
