They are quite accommodating and should you prefer provolone or Cheez Whiz over the other on your prescribed sandwich, or make another substitution, or add lettuce & tomato on yours (off-brand, but not a sin even though my husband thinks so), they'll happily do it for you. I ordered a large to share, expecting a big ol' hoagie, but it was surprisingly dainty and lacks the heft of the best cheesesteaks I've had. However, dare I say we enjoyed it more than some proclaimed authentic Philly cheesesteaks? Gasp! If you don't want steak they also have chicken Philly and various other chicken or turkey sandwiches, as well as wings and fries.

Since it's a chain, the food is as expected: tastes pretty good but very salty. The other good court options when I'm not in the mood for sandwiches is Japanese, Wendy's, and Nathan's. There's just general seating, which usually isn't a problem but weekends can get crowded. If crowded just go to the other side of the food court.

Strictly Business…read more Today was Black Friday and busy at the food court for lunch. BK was our choice and we stood in a short line. Once it was our turn to order, it was all business with our order taker. We placed our order, she asked the appropriate questions, we answered, and we paid. We stepped to the side, she called up the next customer. Efficient if not friendly, and we waited for our food. Someone else let me know our order would take a minute because of the Whopper, and orders placed after ours started to get filled. Better to not have to wait, but nice that they let us know instead of us just wondering why numbers 5, 6, and 7 were filled before our number 4. The minute was optimistic, it was a few extra minutes, but finally our food was ready. My Whopper with cheese was excellent. I really do like their sandwich. There is a lot of common seating at the food court, or maybe it is called the food festival. It was busy, but we still found a table. I enjoyed my food while watching an indoor Ferris Wheel. This is a pretty cool mall.

The restaurant was crowded, but we made reservations and were seated quickly. I always love Cheesecake Factory decor. Our server was Liz and she was excellent! She was beyond friendly and attentive. I have never had brunch here, so I opted for the Fried Chicken and waffles. Hubby ordered the steak Diane with a side of grilled asparagus. Of course we were treated to the delicious basket of bread to start. I ordered the pineapple, cherry limeade. So glad I did, it was so amazing, I had 2. My chicken and waffles were delicious! The waffle was done to perfection and the chicken, while super crispy was still perfectly juicy. Hubby absolutely loved his steak Diane. He ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly! I had to have a bite of his mashed potatoes- so good. He said his asparagus was done so well and the flavor was excellent. Because we were too full for dessert, we decided to bring some cheesecake home. He couldn't decide between the strawberry or peach, so I ordered him one of each. While they didn't have the tiramisu cheesecake, I did order the pineapple upside down cheesecake. They were all great choices!! I can't thank you enough for making Father's Day special for my husband! We had an incredible time, the food was excellent and service was on point! Hubby is definitely looking forward to coming back!

The place is similar in decor as with all Cheesecake Factory with the gold and beige theme to give a little opulence feel. Renee's lunch special (1/2 turkey or chicken salad sandwich, cup of soup and plate of salad) & the pizza lunch special. We waited for a fair time and food arrived. Without a doubt to Cheesecake Factory fashion the portions are large. Overall the food were tasty and love the balsamic dressing on the salad. I would recommend on the side or let them know to go light if you don't want your greens drenched. Also it was only mixed greens with sliced tomatoes. Wish it would have cucumber or onion to add a little something to the minimal salad. Overall good service and would come back to try something else.
