Sending sporadic text, he didn't try to resolve the issue AT ALL, and he didn't fix the device. He didn't give me a receipt and then had the nerve to ask how did I pay, at least I have that receipt of payment almost $400 for services not to be fully rendered and to be disrespected for wanting what I paid for.
