First time here! Music is way too loud making people shout at each other at the tables. They did turn it down when I asked. Then the people at the tables talked in a normal tone. Red sauce is spicy and good, the green sauce is not my favorite... it's missing something and I can't put my finger on it. It's a bit Bland. I ordered the pastor and asked if it had the pineapple and waiter said NO. Bummer because good Pastor has the pineapple. Plate came to my table beans soup was hot and delicious. Lime was missing from my plate and had to ask for it. Pastor meat was NOT hot. Barely warm. Meat was boring. This is not a dish I would order from here again. The service is friendly, the hostess is friendly. We were seated quickly and our food arrived fast. There is no nice way of saying this: the food is godawful. Not a Tex-Mex flavor on any plate we ordered. My simple personal litmus test for a decent Tex-Mex joint is how good the cheese enchiladas are. I took one bite and left the rest. It was a mediocre bright orange corn tortilla with hard processed cheese for filling. Gross! The refried beans are gray. Gray! Husband said the tamale dinner tastes like the mushy canned kind. I tried a bite. It was mushy, beige and bland. The taco salad tasted like what white people in Idaho would make: iceberg lettuce, shredded processed cheese, sour cream, flavorless guac and bland ground beef. Taco Bell blows this place away by miles. Do yourself a favor: "run for the border". UPDATE 1/3: While the direct response from management is appreciated and welcome, the defensiveness and false accusations are not. Nowhere in my review have I accused or stated that canned food was indeed served to me and my Husband. I wrote that the tamales TASTED LIKE the canned variety. On a side note: I happen to like chocolate. I do not however like unmelted cheese wrapped in a lukewarm unnaturally orange tortilla being passed off as cheese enchiladas. Maybe tour the kitchens of Cyclone Anaya's or Guadalupe or El Tiempo for a refresher on how cheese enchiladas should be served. Update: Bumped my score from a 1 to a 4 because while my original delivery was a bad experience, after speaking to the Manager he was more than willing to correct the situation. The stuffed avocado has so far been my least favorite meal, but everything else I have ordered has been on point. The Manager personally re-delivered my order and he conducted himself with the upmost professionalism when I called in - clearly upset. My husband loader joked how the Manager was "The Real MVP" because he witnessed customer service "at its best" as he could observe a complete shift in my demeanor after talking to the manager and being "talked off the edge". Kudos to the manager for how he handled this situation. Ummm this is a stuffed avocado? Very disappointed. This was overly greasy. My order didn't come with the charro beans, pico de gallo, rice, or jalapeños (which I was charged extra for). This is unfortunate as I have ordered from Natalita's twice and was pleased both times. Just visiting for the day and stopped here for lunch. It was great. We had some chicken flautas with rice and beans, and some crispy chicken tacos. My 10 yr old daughter didn't really care for the chicken tacos, shes new to eating tacos so she's pretty picky. But she LOVED the spanish rice! Eat here for a second time but brought my wife this time. Food was just as good as first time. Service was great and the place is clean and organized. One other nice thing is it was not free it's most restaurants are this time of year. Nice to see someone thinking about comfort of their customers. The red sauce was served warm which I always like and was spicier than the first time. I like that as it shows they make it greasy each day instead of out of a jar. My wife is not a big Mexican food fan but I got her a quesadilla with spinach, mushrooms, onions and beef. One of the best places for Mexican in Spring! The salsas are so flavorful, the red one has a great spice to it and the green is more mild. The service was very fast and efficient and our server was so nice! Our food came super quick. In an area saturated with Tex-Mex, this is consistently a family favorite. My go-to Mexican restaurant that delivers pretty much exactly what you would expect, consistently. Today was busy and consequently unexpectedly loud, but even with the larger than usual crowd the kitchen was reasonably fast and the waitstaff was attentive. After church today, my family and I went over to Natalitas to try out this restaurant I have seen people rave about on Yelp. The dining area was relatively large with a healthy mixture of booths and tables. What looked like a fully stocked bar had a home in the middle of the back wall under a faux roof with Mexican decor attached to it. The service was excellent. The host quickly took us to our booth and took our drink order. I was the only one to order anything exciting, a glass of horchata (rice milk). My family requested unsweet tea. We looked at the menu but weren't too convinced on anything in particular so we ordered the "Appetizer Mixto" thinking that we would make our mind up by the time the dish came around. Our drinks came by then and I was surprised to find that my Horchata had a brownish look to it and a strange brown ring at the bottom of the glass. I asked the waiter about it and he explained that the horchata was made from a concentrate. Hmmm, not a fan of reconstituted drinks. Furthermore, I don't know if the brown ring in the glass was from the concentrate or maybe brown simple syrup, but It was hard to taste the flavor over the diabetically dangerous level of sugar in the drink. While we waited we continued to peruse the menu and found a few funny entries. The "A la Carte" menu was spelled "A la Cart" and the Taco dish showed three tacos, but the description mentioned only two. After a few laughs at the menu's expense, we were served an enormous appetizer. We were all very glad we didn't order anything else and, in fact, that was all we had for lunch it was that large. The dish came with two flautas, two quesadillas, 4 steak nachos, and two baked empanadas. In the center, there was a little sour creme, guacamole, pico de gallo and a small bowl of melted queso on the side. The flavor was pretty consistent throughout the dish with the exception of the flautas. They had a fishy taste to them so we didn't have but two bites of that. (I told the waiter about it and he didnt know what to say, so I let it slide. ) The empanadas were flavored well and the bread was flaky, the nachos and the quesadillas were probably the stars of the dish. Lamentably, the dish was all made out of four tortillas and that is a big mistake. Many non-mexican people crave flour tortillas because they are soft and buttery but the corn tortillas, are not only traditional, they add a unique corn flavor to the dish which only enhances the flavor. But there were no corn tortillas present in any presentation. And on a different note, the guacamole had the consistency of a product I've seen sold in a tube at the grocery store, and the flavor was all but non-existent. The chips and salsa were served at the beginning of the meal but I wasn't too impressed with them even though the waiter promised that they make it "in-house", so I asked that they prepare me another that might have more flavor. "It would cost 2 dollars extra." I was told and I agreed. That second salsa was good and worth the extra money. Oh, I almost forgot. My daughter ordered a side of Spanish rice, but it was so bland that she had to mix some of the queso from the appetizer into it to boost the flavor. All in all, this restaurant is a solid two. They have good service and decent food, they are generous with their portions but there are better in the area. I had so much hope for this place. Perhaps they will get better in time. Stick to the recipies your abuelita gave you, and stop trying to "Americanize" the dishes. read more

When we came here, we were fretted and seated promptly, The waiter asked for our drinks and promptly brought. A few minutes passed and the waiter took our order. Didn't take long for our food to come to the table. During the time we were eating, the waiter didn't visit our table, there weren't hardly any patrons in the establishment. There were approximately 2 waiters per table just to make that assumption. I had to call upon the waiter to ask for more drinks. Wow! First time visit and we all loved our meals. Ordered were Burrito Special (with taco meat inside), tacos al carbon, flautas and chicken tortilla soup. All served with delicious refried beans, rice and pico. Flautas and tacos also had guacamole. The huge bowl of soup was served with tortilla strips, a side of rice and cheese. The soup had lots of veggies such as corn and avocado as well as chicken. There was enough for two! Everything was delicious and the servers were attentive. I pointed it out to the management and they killed the roach on the table. After management walked away i then noticed a ROACH ON MY PLATE THAT WAS DEAD AS IF SOMEONE SMOOSHED IT ON MY PLATE AND LEFT IT FOR ME TO INTENTIONALLY SEE. Our family loves this place! I have had so many different things from here from Tacos al carbon (chicken & beef fajita), to enchiladas to the Pollo Pachuga... all so great.
