Nice wide aisles to go through while shopping. Cashier service is awesome and the cashiers are very helpful and friendly. The ambiance is busy yet quiet. Perfect when you don't want craziness while shopping I saved close to $50 on my groceries! What I bought today was $88 and would have cost me close to $130 at Walmart, where I usually shop! Aldi will be my go to from here on out except for certain items I can only get at Walmart.

The smoothies are not consistent, every time is different and depends on who makes the smoothie (too much liquid, or has no flavor, or just doesn't taste right in general). It seems like there's always new employees. The wait times are ridiculous almost every time. I waited over 45 minutes past my pick up time for my online order for my drinks. It took an hour from the time I placed my order to get my smoothies.

It takes lots of time and energy to find things as a consequence. Make the place smaller, rent out the unused space and you'll have a much nicer customer experience. Use the rent income to give your people a raise.

I cannot say enough about how hard the entire team works. The cashiers, stockers, and Dave are all wonderful people who consistently go above and beyond to keep the store running smoothly. The store is well managed, organized, and welcoming, and I truly appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining it. Dave is a hands-on manager who is clearly involved in the day-to-day operation of the store. You can see that he cares about his customers, his employees, and the store itself. He and his crew work hard, and their dedication does not go unnoticed. It is much smaller, which means they have a lot less selection, but they still had a majority of the products in their weekly ads (at least for that week). They didn't have a fresh food section and the refrigerated/frozen section was significantly smaller, but that's to be expected because the square footage is not there where it is at the Fiesta location. Doesn't mean the deals aren't there ;)

Mesa Store 110 I…read morewould like to take a moment to recognize Stephanie, the cashier, for the way she handled a very difficult situation during my recent visit. The weight machine at her register was not working, and Stephanie was trying to figure out what was causing the problem. Despite the situation and the growing line of customers, she remained calm and professional. She did not allow her frustration to show or create any negative atmosphere for the customers. I want you to know that Stephanie's calm and positive demeanor made a real difference to me. Honestly, because of the way she handled the situation, I decided not to leave my shopping cart and take my business to another store. I also want to recognize another employee who provided me with excellent help in the bulk section. I was looking for oat bran and some other ingredients, and this gentleman took the time to help me understand the labels on the bulk items. He also explained that I could have an item ordered by the case if I needed that quantity. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but I wanted to make sure his efforts were acknowledged. He didn't have to go out of his way to help me, but because he was observant and attentive, he noticed that I needed assistance and helped me find what I was looking for--and even gave me additional information that was very helpful. Please let both of them know that their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help were noticed and genuinely appreciated.

Great fast lines during the day I always have the wonderful ladies help. I get Similac they are…read morelocked so I usually go to costumer service to ask for them. At night they don't have it past 7pm. I go towards the baby isle it's locked and of course most of the employees are in the middle stocking or doing their job. No button system to ask for help. So I get whatever else I need and head to the line. I usually don't feel a certain way but I'm pregnant and I simply asked my cashier Lance to get them since they are locked. He comes back makes a comment about "you do know you can get these before hand?" when he seen me go to the costumer service section first. If someone was around I would have asked I'm not wandering the whole store to find someone if I can just ask my cashier for a simple request. Apart from that I usually go here and never have problems when I ask other cashiers mainly the ladies.
