It added just the right amount of rich, savory truffle flavor without overpowering the creamy eggs. The focaccia was flavorful, perfectly suited for soaking up all those delicious flavors, and made the whole dish feel extra indulgent. My partner went with the bacon, potato, and ricotta breakfast sandwich, which he really enjoyed as well. It was hearty, flavorful, and a great choice for breakfast. If you want a burrito here like they used to regularly offer, good luck--they rarely make them anymore, and when they do it's no longer at any predictable time. None offered even at 9am on a Saturday. Better off making one at home with quality ingredients anyway, not Bashas' junk ingredients sold at a premium.
