Over the years, I've seen a lot of changes at both stores, but the Apache Junction location has really stepped up its game while still maintaining the hometown atmosphere that has kept me coming back for so many years. On my most recent visit, Michael Ray provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the produce department, including delivery schedules for seasonal items, and was familiar with products throughout the store. When I asked for help picking out a watermelon for a party, he didn't just point me in the right direction--he took the time to dig through the display to find the biggest and best one. It was a huge hit with everyone, and I truly appreciated the extra effort he put into making sure I left with exactly what I needed. Michael Ray has been a wonderful addition to an already outstanding staff. Employees like him are the reason customers continue to come back year after year. His knowledge, willingness to help, and genuine commitment to customer service reflect the values that make Superstition Ranch Market such a special place to shop. I visited during December, and the shop was full of holiday magic. I love Christmas, so I felt like a kid in a candy shop here. Every Wednesday, they give you a discount for whatever items you can fit in a small white paper bag. I did not buy anything that day other than honey (not part of the deal), but I would definitely come back for gifts. They had a nice selection of greeting cards, candles, and locally made soaps and lotions.

They have a great selection of cheese, meats, teas, health products, vegetables, and some farm supplies. The woman working up front was very knowledgeable about their products and operation, she may have been an owner and she was very sweet to give me a delicious sample of chocolate. We have not visited that location yet.There is everything from pasta, pizza flour, all-purpose flour and wheat berries to name a few of their items. A few local vendors are set up outside in the parking lot on Tuesdays with freshly baked bread from Barrio Breads (review to follow), and farm-fresh veggies. The prices are a bit higher but they offer a $5 off first order when you sign up and bulk buying days and  email discounts.

They did, and I also found a pair of Mickey shoes that were so cute, I couldn't resist!! The Disney products are an Aldi Find, which means they are only available for a limited time or while supplies last, whichever comes first, I guess. I was shocked that the price tag for the shoes was just $14.99!! The best part is that they are so comfortable!! I definitely hit the jackpot! They also had a different style with a holographic Mickey on the shoe, but I opted for the original Mickey. I dropped a star only because I tried to call this location to see if they had the Disney ears in stock. I didn't want to waste my time or gas if they didn't have them, as I know stock varies by location. However, when I called, the generic recording comes on telling you that because they are short staffed, they don't have anyone to answer the phones which is laaaaaame sauce!! But whatevs, I got what I came for thank God, and even found an extra treasure during my hunt. You can't really beat Aldi prices, but make sure you ha e time to sift through the merch. This is the first time I shopped at this location since I had a meetup nearby. I like Aldi in general, but I do prefer the ones in North Phoenix up on Bell Rd over this one. Nothing wrong with the products, but they didn't have the exact same Keto bread I got from the other location. No biggie. I still had options. I didn't really interact with any staff, so I cannot comment on that. I can say the place was clean, shelves were stocked well and as always...prices are great. The only thing that threw me off was that this location has everything opposite from the Bell Rd ones. The produce/bread/frozen items are switched to the opposite sides. I'd recommend this store to my family in this area, but I personally will try to get up north instead of this one when I have the choice.
