It would behoove them to convey a message in both Spanish and English in the future. Unless any English-speaking caller wants to deal with getting past the first hurdle of understanding what they're saying in the first place, I would suggest you look elsewhere. One can only imagine what the end result of your pricey flower arrangement would look like, considering the language barrier. They're shooting themselves in the foot, as this pushes away potential revenue for them. I am certain a small business would want to make money from all walks of life, no??
