    Our wedding day was the absolute best thanks to the hard work, professionalism, and kindness that is Breezy Day! I highly recommend adding Courtney and Heather to your vendor team. Courtney's coordination services were top notch! She was available to us as soon as we booked, 11 months before our wedding. Her communication is timely, she's organized, efficient, and extremely kind. She made our day seamless by being calm, keeping us on schedule, and meeting us at the end of the aisle with our signature drinks ;). She made the day look easy and I've already recommended her to another bride. Heather's floral design was out of the park! Not only did my husband and I love the way everything turned out, our guests were complimenting the arrangements all night! I had a vision and her work absolutely exceeded my expectations. She provided the perfect balance of elegance, romance, and warmth, and transformed the venue in the most beautiful way. Our wedding day was perfect and Courtney and Heather were a huge part of that.     So there are a lot of good wedding coordinators and then there are great ones and then there is Courtney. Courtney knows what needs to happen on your wedding day and she is great at doing her job and making the bride and groom are well taken care of on our wedding day. We had our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn and hired Courtney and her sister Heather to do flowers and let me tell you all of our guests where blown away about how well the wedding was planned and how amazing the Flowers where at our reception. Courtney set us up with timelines and had schedules for what we needed to do and when to do it. Courtney is also super affordable and is someone who is straight up with you and very honest with you about costs. Courtney is extremely experienced with over a decade of experience in wedding planning and coordination which makes her great for any kind of wedding you might have. All in all we had a great experience, we had no stress at all on our wedding day, and hit all of our timelines on the day of our wedding and let us borrow some of her decor for the reception and ceremony. I highly suggest Courtney & her sister Heather for floral & musician Joe Carrillo for music it was a great time and the three of them work extremely well together

    Courtney was absolutely incredible! Our wedding event was a destination wedding, which in and of itself brought unique situations. Courtney responded very, very quickly to any questions. She helped with things outside the scope of what we thought a wedding coordinator would do.She was very, very knowledgable about or event location.     I cannot say enough god things about both Courtney and Heather. Courtney was my day of coordinator but helped me all throughout my planning whenever I needed her. She made recommendations that I wouldn't have thought about on my own and saved my whole reception. She also had an inventory of things we could borrow for our reception which saved us $$. It was a BREZZY experience indeed. So book her now!!! Heather was so easy to work with and our flowers were better than I imagined. We received so many compliments on the whole set up. Heather was even kind enough to let me have my vases and candles sent to her and stored at her place which not only helped me keep track of inventory but kept me from having no space at my house and forgetting things on the day of.     Our wedding was a beautiful, unforgettable day due to Courtney and Heather's talent, hard work and professionalism! From the moment we chatted with Courtney on the phone to the actual wedding day, she met us with such kindness, thoughtfulness and calmness (which you need when planning a wedding). She offered us valuable advice (always replying to our countless emails leading up to the day, quickly and clearly) to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. She was on top of connecting with our vendors and communicating what was needed to everyone involved. Even when we had last minute changes, she immediately pivoted and made things work. We are very grateful for the impact she made on our special day! Heather created stunning floral arrangements, from centerpieces to the bouquets and all the details in between. Throughout planning, she listened to our feedback and made sure to capture our vision in the mood board and made it come to life on our actual wedding day.     Courtney and Heather are the best! I found Courtney early on in our planning process through our venue, The Bali Hai. From the very first "getting to know you" conversation I felt so comfortable. And when I saw Heather's flower arrangements on their website, the decision to work with them both was super easy! Our day was perfect and it was such a pleasure working with Breezy Day. We had so much fun and everything was beautiful. Beyond their professionalism, they are just two caring and wonderful people. We can't recommend them enough!

    For Courtney and her outstanding coordination services-- I could not ask for a more amazing, kind, and helpful coordinator. She was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process, attending multiple coordination meetings with us and always responding to my texts or emails immediately. For the day of, she was amazing. I got multiple compliments from my family and bridal party about what a great coordinator I hired! She was so organized and I was totally confident that she would handle everything so my family and I could just relax and enjoy the day. Her pricing was so reasonable and she's overall just such a nice person. She has cute props to borrow that we used for our wedding (card box, unplugged ceremony sign)-- all included! Couldn't recommend her more! For Heather and her beautiful flowers and decorations-- we were blown away by how awesome our flowers looked. We were going for a colorful wildflower look and as you can see, everything was beautiful! We had a few meetings with her and were so confident in her eye for design. She has all sorts of cute props you can use in addition to the flowers-- votives, vases. She always replied to my emails right away. Again, very reasonable prices, especially compared to other quotes we received! Overall she was such a pleasure to work with!

    Courtney was our Wedding Coordinator and we are SO incredibly happy with our experience! She is an absolute expert in her craft and such a pleasure to work with. I had endless questions throughout the process and Courtney always made herself available and happy to help. She made me feel like I was a priority at all times. I truly don't know how she does it with how busy she is! She really kept us organized and on track with all the little details that go into a wedding. She asked the questions I would've never thought of and gave great suggestions when I was stuck on things in the planning process. From start to finish, it was a seamless experience with Courtney. I remember quickly rattling off the billion decoration placement instructions right before the rehearsal; Courtney miraculously remembered it all and made it look better than I could have ever hoped! She took care of everything so we could fully enjoy this momentous day with our loved ones. It rained very unexpectedly - which was super disappointing as we had to move our ceremony site to a covered space. Courtney provided the exact support I needed, acknowledging and validating that disappointment while helping us figure out a plan B. It all worked out in the end! She also captured so many beautiful photos and videos of the day, including several personalized details my photographer missed due a tighter schedule with the rain delays. I will cherish those forever! Hiring Courtney as your Wedding Coordinator is such a worthwhile investment. I will be recommending her to anyone who is planning their wedding in San Diego!     Words truly cannot describe how much love and care goes into what Courtney and Heather both do for your wedding to make it the BEST and MOST BEAUTIFUL day ever. Courtney and Heather both have a way of making you feel like you've known them and you're a part of their family (which you truly do become through the whole wedding process!). She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. She kept everything moving smoothly, pointing me in the right direction while allowing me to fully enjoy the company of our guests and the magic of the day. And she always made sure we were taken care of (never without a drink in hand!). Her leadership and attention to detail made it all so effortless for us. Florals: Melissa tackled all of our floral arrangements, and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. We worked with Rachel and Jordan and booked about 1.5 years in advance. They were communicative and very flexible with my multitude of changes throughout the year and a half working with them. I was even able to add a cake tasting and cake later on and change certain rentals very close to wedding date. They were patient and accommodating and willing to make just about anything work! My guests were incredibly happy with the food and the service, and my husband and I absolutely loved the waiter assigned to us on wedding day! The only thing that went wrong was half of our string lights (required by DH) went out for the entirety of the seated meal due to an installation error. I'm not docking any points from rating as this was a genuine mistake and WTC reached out to their EPR contact right away to have them return to site and get it fixed. It did take about an hour+ to resolve but WTC was very apologetic and even provided a a partial refund for the lighting. One thing we were bummed about was that cake service occurred during the main dance floor time and if cake wasn't accepted from the server, it was a missed opportunity. According to my guests, about 90% of people didn't get cake as it wasn't left on tables and most people were on the dance floor. 2.5/3 sheets cakes remained at the end of the night. One big win was TWC was so organized and accommodating for the many dietary restrictions/allergies we threw at them and served our guests appropriately. We received no complaints and guests and family said it was handled seamlessly! All in all, my husband and I were so pleased with our decision to work with WTC and will forever cherish the role they played in making our day amazing!
