Getting married during Covid was not easy, and she was very supportive and encouraging every step of the way. When I needed hair and makeup recs, she gave me great ones! When I needed my digital invite proofread, she was happy to do so. She was professional, fun, creative, and very hardworking. Our wedding day went off without a hitch under her leadership. We also were able to use Breezy Day Florals for a Shoppe order for our flowers, and they were gorgeous and perfect! We were originally told that Heather was booked and wouldn't be able to do our wedding, but I was thrilled when I was told that they could fit us in with a Shoppe order. I wasn't interested in a personalized, start from the drawing board floral order, so using the Shoppe's preselected Garden Blush collection was perfect. Heather delivered all our flowers to the venue, set up our garland and then repurposed it for our sweetheart table, and did a beautiful job overall. She was available 24/7 and her communication with us, as well as all the vendors (catering, photography, music, flowers) was the best I've ever seen, including the many corporate events I've been involved in. (Even if there was no action item to be done, she always acknowledged our email with a "thumbs up" letting us know she'd read it.) Having never planned a wedding, there were a bunch of things we were nervous about but Courtney was there every step of the way to reassure us. Courtney was absolutely phenomenal. I can't say enough good things. She was always available to talk or text. She always responded quickly. She allowed us to use any of her extra signs or wedding decor and made sure she had it all there for us along with all the items we had bought. She really does it all from coordinating with vendors and venues to decorating the day of all while still making sure we were timely throughout the day.
