So I ordered from them a second time and was pretty disappointed. I ordered the Peach Fuzz floral for my aunts birthday and it had no ranunculus and was filled with mostly fillers. Don't get me wrong, it was still a pretty bouquet and I know it won't always look like the ones online, but for the price that it was, it could have had more roses or something if they ran out of the ranunculus and less of the filler. Also didn't get a proof of delivery this time, so im not sure if they forgot or if they knew it didn't look like what I paid for. I emailed the company to complain and haven't heard anything from them since. So just something to think about

I used to work in the neighborhood and would always look forward to browsing this store on my lunch break. They have an indoor boutique section as well as a small outdoor section, both filled with a thriving diverse collection plants. The sweet staff always checks in and the handful of times I've purchased a plant, I am always sent home with thorough care instructions, which is so nice to know that they actually know and actually care. Lots of plant nurseries in San Diego, but I feel the service and knowledge here are some of the best. They even help you pot your plants for free, even if the pot or the plant are from somewhere else, as long as one of them are bought here, they'll do it. Decent prices, impressive collection of adorable and unique decor and pots. I haven't tried any of their flower arrangement services but have only heard positive things.

Partly, I got lucky--I called about an hour before closing and Chica Flowers had the flowers in stock to put something together. But I'm not going to overlook the fact that they were willing to do something so last minute (and to even stay a few minutes past closing!) to make up for the fact I had neglected to call earlier. But let's talk about what they did! With just a few questions, Chica Flowers was able to create a GORGEOUS arrangements that exactly fit my needs. And the price for the custom arrangement was absolutely reasonable. While it wasn't my finest moment, Chica Flowers came through to make me look good! Thank you!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and accidentally gave them the wrong address for her office. Completely my mistake. Even so, they were incredibly kind and accommodating and arranged to deliver her gorgeous flowers the next day she was in the office. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, and their customer service was just as impressive. It's rare to find a business that takes such good care of its customers, especially when the mistake wasn't theirs to begin with. Thank you, Artistic Floral, for making my daughter's birthday delivery so special. Five stars all around

The owner of the shop KATIE called me back to yell and berate me for having ordered the flowers "so late" even though her website made no mention of that being a problem. She would not listen to me and went on screaming and calling me "rude". I don't think it's unrealistic to assume that paying $130 for flowers should mean they actually get delivered. Katie did not feel that way so she canceled my order and left my 95 year old mother who lives around the corner from her shop with nothing for Mother's Day. This whole episode is the precise opposite of what a florist should provide which is comfort and beauty. This business is spreading hate. No one needs that and certainly not on this holiday. Please do not bring them your business or rely on them.

You can bring your own wine and food, but it's also supplied. 100% a great idea for girls night or family night, or anything that brings people together to do something creative. The owner was really accommodating but also hands-off at the same time, if that makes sense, so we had a lot of freedom to do whatever the hell we wanted. It was a lot of fun making a mess with dirt and different succulents. The succulents are healthy and there's a wide variety of pretty cool-looking ones. I fit about 12 succulents into my box and it looks beautiful. She also provides colored moss, stones, even ideas. I feel like it's a pretty good bang for your buck, considering that your arrangement is pretty much however many plants you can stuff into your box. Tip: If you want your succulents to pop out, fill your box to the top with dry dirt before arranging your plants on top. I left about an inch of space and my succulents are sunken kind of low into the box.
