Bloomers went above and beyond for my order. I needed a last minute delivery for my mom after her dog died. I checked with three florists, and Bloomers was the only one able to deliver that day. The others wanted to deliver on Monday. And the arrangement was beyond beautiful. read more

I called at 3PM on Mother's day to find out why the flowers I ordered at 4PM the day before had not been delivered. The owner of the shop KATIE called me back to yell and berate me for having ordered the flowers "so late" even though her website made no mention of that being a problem. She would not listen to me and went on screaming and calling me "rude". I don't think it's unrealistic to assume that paying $130 for flowers should mean they actually get delivered. Katie did not feel that way so she canceled my order and left my 95 year old mother who lives around the corner from her shop with nothing for Mother's Day. This whole episode is the precise opposite of what a florist should provide which is comfort and beauty. This business is spreading hate. No one needs that and certainly not on this holiday. Please do not bring them your business or rely on them. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bloomers! They have done it again! This time supplying me with stunning floral arrangements for a Baby shower we gave my daughter in law this past weekend. The table centerpieces featured breathtaking blue and white blooms, such variety of flowers I have never seen before. Bloomers Flowers never disappoints. Bloomers did the flowers for my wedding. They provided the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower girl basket, and 2 big floral arrangements for the church. They worked with my budget and were very helpful in making my vision real. Katie helped me and made suggestions to meet my wedding style with the right colors. I'm so glad I trusted her to make my general ideas come together into something specific. The flowers turned out so beautiful! My only complaint was the flower girl basket they gave us was way too small to hold the rose petals they gave us. Luckily the church was able to provide us with a larger basket. So maybe get your own rose petals and basket if you use them. However, I still highly recommend using Bloomers for wedding flowers. read more

I called from out-of-town and spoke to the florist about putting an arrangement together for the mom of a new baby at Scripps La Jolla Hospital. They delivered a beautiful bouquet on time. I was just sent a picture of it. Very beautiful, elegant arrangement of white and light pink, gorgeous flowers. I would definitely order again from this florist. They do beautiful work. read more

We were beyond happy with the flowers and service Bloomers provided for our wedding. When I met with Kristen to discuss details, she had so many great ideas and she was able to make several great recommendations to help us stay within our budget. We wanted to provide our own boxes for the centerpieces and Kristen let us drop them off several weeks before the wedding. Bloomers even tracked down the obscure orchids we requested for the boutonnieres and my bouquet. All of the flowers looked beautiful and incredibly fresh. Our wedding coordinator spoke volumes about Kristen's enthusiasm during the setup for our ceremony. Kristen rescued a broken vase that was intended for our welcome table by "planting" it in one of our extra centerpiece boxes. She was even helping dig holes in the parking lot for our signs! Not only were we impressed with the quality of the flowers, but the creativity, dedication and reliability found with Bloomers is unmatched. read more

Have ordered from Bloomers several times. Always super happy with the service, and the flowers! Thanks, Bloomers!

Kristen was excellent to work with for my wedding. She was professional, kind, and accommodating to my requests. Kristen was able to transform my Pinterest board pins into a full fledged dream come true, while still working within my budget. I cannot thank Kristen enough for what beautiful floral arrangements she made for me, my bridesmaids, my dog, my church centerpiece, and all of the individual table centerpieces. Once I get the professional photos back I will be sure to post them. I would recommend Kristen without a doubt! She will put you at ease on your wedding day and do everything she can to make your vision become a reality. Thank you Kristen! read more

My husband's attempt to surprise me with a bouquet of flowers from Bloomers for our 34th wedding anniversary happenstance became a chaotic mess and the delivery ended up disrupting rather than brightening our special day. Several days later I spoke to the manager who was not only aware but also but mortified about our experience. He apologized, refunded our bill and the next day we received literally the most beautiful floral arrangement I've ever seen. Mistakes happen in life. If the measure of a good business is how they take care of those mistakes Bloomers gets a ten from us!! They are the best!!!! read more

Best experience I've had with a florist shop in a very long time. They took time with my order gave me many options and fulfilled my wishes for a pretty and colorful arrangement. The delivery was a first. The driver called and took my specific instructions on where to deliver at the address and then called me and confirmed that delivery was successful. The recipient was very impressed and delighted with the arrangement...said it was "gorgeous "! Can't thank Bloomers enough for their professionalism. Great to see that customer service still exists!! read more

Pretty high premium and they shipped it to someone else in a different building. Paid for a same day delivery but never got news of the delivery. Only after calling the recipients (surprise!) and calling Bloomers back that they said the delivery is already made (they left it on the floor somewhere) but the recipients didn't receive it. After telling them that the flowers are nowhere to be found and that the recipients looked all over the place (best way to gift someone), they were thoroughly unapologetic and not very helpful. They simply said 'we dotted our i's and crossed our t's' to the tone of 'we left the flowers somewhere, if you can't find it it's your problem'. It took repeated guesses between me and the recipients (oh and btw happy birthday) to hypothesize that they probably went to the building down the street and the recipient had to sneak in the other apartment building to find the flowers in front of someone else's door. Definitely the best way to impress someone. Refused to provide any refund but were nice enough to have sent another flower as consolation when I called in to complain the second day. And they were delivered to the right address :) read more

This shop is very inviting, makes you feel at home! I was greeted quickly and they were good at answering any questions I had. I asked for a single rose and a bouquet too which were amazing! Fantastic experience from start to finish!! I placed my order via their website for an arrangement for a friend's birthday. It was an easy process and they've got lots of things to choose from at a variety of price points. The day of the delivery, Bloomers sent me an email with a "BloomSnap" of the exact arrangement that was being sent out (the flowers were gorgeous and what they put together looked perfect). After the flowers were delivered, I received a confirmation email to let me know the delivery was complete. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. read more

excellent service and the floral arrangement was immaculate. I had called in because I needed a same-day delivery in La Jolla. I ordered some flowers online using their website and the flowers delivered were underwhelming when compared to the ones I had chosen online. You cannot get better than Bloomers for service! My daughter was being inducted into her sorority and I needed a simple bouquet with only one type of flower, greenery and a specific bow with two different colors. The school is UCSD and Bloomers had to arrange to deliver to my daughter and her room does not specific room number. Bloomers delivered the flowers - the greenery added a beautiful touch. I could not have asked for better, fresher flowers, or better service. You will look at the prices, and perhaps wonder if the flowers are worth the money. I sincerely wish I could give this place a six star rating being a typical guy I'm just not at all flower Savvy. let's face it I don't know the names of flowers much less what kind go well together. Not only did Kristen really simplify my experience but she made a beautiful bouquet. Sweet little florist shop with a surprisingly large selection of fresh flowers and ornamentals. Not a typical selection, lots of traditional flowers, but also some beautiful modern varieties I had not seen before. I came in for a special arrangement and was greeted by a manager, Ashleigh, who promptly guided my selections, coming up with an arrangement that thrilled me - a little wild English bouquet, that has a hint of whimsy. I couldn't be more pleased. Also, they were just really nice. Young, enthusiastic, creative and very skilled. Great shop. read more

Bloomers Flowers in La Jolla is awesome! If you want fresh high quality flowers then this is the place to get them. There customer service and staff will design whatever flowers you need for any occasion for whatever your budget allows. Its true when they say "you get what you pay for". It might seem like a good idea to get flowers at a grocery store or 1-800 flowers, but you will be disappointed because the quality of flowers will be poor. When you buy flowers at Bloomers, you can see a huge difference in quality and they will last longer as well. They have done flowers for us for special large events and also simple bouquets that i've gotten for my wife. When it comes to getting the best flowers in San Diego, I would invest in Bloomers. Thank you Bloomers and Kristen for the amazing flowers you provide! Israel read more
