Ingrid was absolutely amazing! Ingrid went above and beyond to make sure I understood every detail from color options and flower choices to delivery logistics and costs. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. When I first called, I was unfortunately misgendered repeatedly by another person, which was discouraging. But when Ingrid called me back, everything changed. She treated me with so much respect, compassion, and understanding. She took her time explaining everything clearly, never rushed me, and truly helped me make the best decision for my needs. Ingrid is amazing, empathetic, and attention to detail made such a difference. I've ordered in this flower shop twice. The first time I came here, I had a great experience. The second time I went was today 1/14/25 and was treated horribly by a short lady (shop owner?) This lady was very paranoid as she believed I was taking a video of her when in fact I was texting my fiancée to ask which flowers did she like. The lady said I was also being recorded. So what? I wasn't doing anything wrong. Is texting a crime now? This lady was so fixated on cameras. She thought I even had cameras in my sling bag! What kind of customer service is this?! Either she is delusional or needs to take a day off because her attitude was just terrible! Constantly sighing that it makes me want to sigh too! I like their flowers here, but their customer service (lack of) needs improvement. I will NOT be coming back to this shop again. There are plenty of flower shops around National City and Chula Vista to go instead. read more

I ordered a corsage on Monday. I came to pick it up on Friday (4 days later) and she was just putting 2 flowers together (not the color I asked for) AND realized she didn't have glue to finish the goods. Hence, I'll have to glue it at home and was still charged $55 full amount for a DIY. My daughter is now trying to glue it at home. This is her first prom and they just ruined the moment. They're a joke. read more

Sherri was such a wonderful person to create my cousin's memorial flowers. His family wanted specific designs and she created exactly what they wanted. She went above and beyond to help make their custom flower arrangements using real flowers without spray painting them. I wish i could post the flower arrangements to show you her work but my family asked that I not post the pictures out of my love and respect to them I won't. I wanted to order flowers for my son's grandpa's viewing recently. I was going to order through the mortuary but my son's grandpa's info was not available. So then rather going through the mortuary, I looked on yelp to find a flower shop near by. I spoke to Sherri on the one who was rather friendly and courteous. She asked me what my budget was and what I wanted. I described what I wanted. She offered a few suggestions and when things were finalized, she told me that I would be pleased with my order. I paid for my order later that day. Then the next day, I called Sherri to confirm my order and asked about delivery. She was kind enough to offer free delivery since the mortuary was next door. She later sent me a picture text message and she was absolutely right... I was very satisfied and pleased with the flowers. Sherri gave me a really good deal and had awesome customer service. I really hope I won't have to buy flowers for another burial but if I had to buy from a flower shop again, I'd go with Flowers Direct. Great customer service and quality product! read more

Sherri is amazing! I am SO happy I found her on Yelp to make my flower crown for me!! I've gotten one flower crown made before from a popular florist in North spark last year and was disappointed with the result for the price. Insert Flowers Direct- I messaged on Yelp for pricing and availability and she responded right away with a price estimate and asked for a photo sample of what I was looking for. I was planning last minute for a maternity photo shoot for myself. Sent her a picture and she text me in response to coordinate. I picked it up from her and it was EXACTLY what I had in mind. She is so friendly and the price was great. I can't wait until my photos are back and I can send her a few pics to show her. I can't imagine how my wedding wouldve gone without Sherri. Seriously she's THE BEST. I've gone through so many vendors using the knot website and they have the same theme going: they love to overcharged their clients. But not Sherri. She was reasonable and fair with her pricing and none of the BS charges that the other vendors were quoting me. Also, She was SO easy to talk to and shared ideas/vision with. Not only does she provided beautiful arrangements for my weddings that the guests could not stop talking about. She was also very understanding of our situation on rescheduling our wedding and was so very kind with her words of support and calmed me down when I was such a stressed out bride before my wedding. But back to the flowers: here are my reviews Table and church arrangements: 10/10 (seriously my favorite pieces) Bridal and bridesmaid bouquet/ cake flowers: 8/10. Unfortunately I didn't get the flowers that I wanted since her supplier messed up the delivery or something. Hence I didn't get the look of the bridal bouquet that I envisioned. But that's okay! OMG! Sherri and crew are amazing. She made beautiful fresh tropical flower arrangements for my husband's 60th birthday. This young lady did a wonderful arrangement for my fathers funeral 5 years ago, and when my mother passed away 2 weeks ago I came to her again bcz I knew her work was great. She did a spray that stood on a tripod with white roses and white carnations it was beautiful and the arrangement was one for the table holding my mothers ashes also beautiful piece. This is a small place tucked between a funeral home a barber shop and a abandoned taco shop it's easy to drive past it but don't miss it. Sherri made my vision come to life when I asked her to make a succulent centerpiece, with a mason jar in the middle (the mason jar was also used as an aisle decoration), and matching flower for the wedding party. Sherri went above and beyond to deliver the bouquets to my home and then went to the venue to pin the groomsmen. While she was there, she helped trouble shoot an issue at the venue. Sherri is amazing. I was very nervous when I had to picked vendors especially for my special day and I didnt know anyone from the area. I trusted Yelp review. I called Sherri, she asked me about my budget and what I wanted. She got back to me right away and told me she can do it within my budget. Paid deposit and honestly I was really nervous that I had to paid in full prior the day. She assured me not to worry much. 1hour prior delivery, I asked her if she can bring me extra flower for cake, she said not to worry about it. Sherri come promptly as scheduled not only with that extra flower for cake,but she also brought extra bouquet for cake table. She is awesome and I am so glad that I used her service. Sherri is awesome!! We needed flowers for my aunt's funeral and I was happy to find Sherri. At first I was sad that I didn't find a photo gallery with prices on the website. So I called Sherri and within minutes she returned my call. She mentioned that she didn't have a particular price list because she customize her products. She "personalizes" it depending on what the occasion is and the character of the recipient. You could give her a photo of the flowers you like and she can customize how you wanted it. I checked her Yelp photos and I was amazed how beautiful her work is. She's easy to work with and she listens to your requests. Her prices was unbeatable too!!! Oh my goodness. Where do I begin? Sherri went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted, it was simply flowers for my boyfriends aunts birthday but she made sure I loved the flowers by sending me a picture before leaving her studio to deliver them. On top of that she kept me up to date on her status through out the day... let me tell you I called her at noon ON a Saturday for a delivery THAT day. Yet she made the time in her busy schedule and took her time with my bouquet... I'm sooo thankful I found her page on Yelp!! I live in FL so communicating was huge for me and she made sure she did that and some! She made sure to work with my budget and does a great job at communicating prices and what she could do for me. I started in the floral industry as an importer and Wholesaler. Through floral donations to my children's schools, I was asked to design wedding and events. We got there a little early (the location is horrible in factory like settings) and the door was locked. We texted Santa letting her know we were there for the 1 pm appointment. A few minutes later, she called and said she COMPLETELY FORGOT about our appointment and that she would be late. She did say someone would open the doors for us to begin looking at arrangements. We agreed to wait since she said the doors would be opened and that she would be 10 minutes. We got out of the car and waited an additional 10 minutes and NO ONE OPENED THE DOORS. This was wholly unacceptable and unprofessional. We are mourning and she completely "forgot". Stay away from this irresponsible woman and business!!! UPDATE: After we left after no one opened the doors, Santa had the nerve to text and say we were not there when her employee arrived (cause no one was even in the building!!) to open the doors. She never said during the phone call that someone was not inside. Still, we waited 10 minutes and no one opened. The bad attitude and level of disrespect is astounding. Horrible business!!!!

She advised she would send the receipt once she got back to the shop. Never received a receipt & texts went read with no response. 1/16/25 - the flowers were delivered & were completely TACKY! We received a half done casket spray, a basket & a standing spray. She did not deliver what we asked for. The funeral home even had concerns & suggested it may not be her work because of how bad they looked. I called Santa to let her know we were unsatisfied and something needed to be done as the service was 1/17. I texted her multiple times and she read the messages with no response. After requesting a portion of my money back she then began to respond but made various excuses, said we never discussed roses/colors & basically I got what I paid for. I told her she was being dishonest about not knowing what we asked for as she even confirmed the colors we wanted. I told her if she not going to correct the flowers, she could just come pick them up & refund us our money back. She scrambled, said she could add more if we paid more because "she gave us a deal." I told her absolutely not, we paid in full what she offered & she did not deliver what was discussed. She came the morning of 1/17 and added in a few of our requests. She never advised us what she fixed, never called back to see if it was satisfactory or even apologize. I will NEVER do business with this woman again! BEWARE!!!

So this is literally some people who sell flowers out of a van right off the 805 freeway if you take the palm or 47th street exit. This van has been showing up here for years and years as long as I can remember, I can definitely say over 10 years. They're here at this spot everyday usually from early in the morning (I'm gonna say 7ish or earlier) til about when the sun starts to set. Sometimes if it's raining bad I won't see them there or they'll close early. I use to come here since they had $5 bouquets, which last time my friend went they still did. Good price for the budget friendly shopper. Very convenient for me since it's near the freeway entrance too. I also once got a cute basket of roses with assorted flowers for $15 too. I remember when I was staring at a basket a couple of the roses had that old look on the petals, without even asking the lady said she'll change the roses for me. I thought that was nice. They usually bumped the rose bouquets to $10 on Valentines and Mothers day but it doesn't stop the line of cars from showing up, but yea if you're ever in the area and wanna buy something simple for someone special stop by.
