Long story short, i needed to have an additional part installed to do it right and get it perfect, and they said if i come back after the part is installed within 30 days, they will touch up the alignment at no cost. Wow. After almost 2 hours of touching up my original alignment, they handed me the keys and told me it was a little more difficult than expected, but did not ask me for additional money (i did tip the mechanic tho) car drives amazing and the alignment is nothing short of perfect. Within two days, my check engine light and oil light came on, and my car began making a rhythmic clanking noise. I immediately stopped driving and had the vehicle towed back to the shop. The tow truck driver even noted there was a pool of oil under my car. When the vehicle was inspected, I was told there was no drain plug on the oil pan, which would explain the oil loss. However, instead of clearly taking responsibility, I was given multiple inconsistent explanations, including claims about engine recalls and poor prior maintenance, neither of which applied to my vehicle. I have documentation showing my previous oil change was only about 2,200 miles prior. I was also told that a regional manager would be coming to inspect the vehicle and that I would be contacted when he arrived. Instead, I received a call around 1:30 PM stating the car was "fixed" and ready for pickup, without ever being notified that the regional manager had actually reviewed the vehicle Although the shop eventually refilled the oil and stated the engine is "fine," I am left with concerns about potential long-term damage due to oil loss, as well as a new noise when using the A/C that was not present before. I will be going to a Hyundai dealership to check if there are any damages. This experience was stressful and disappointing. I expected a routine service, but instead dealt with a potentially serious mechanical issue and inconsistent communication. I strongly recommend others document everything and ask detailed questions when dealing with this location.

Much to my surprise when I got there I saw they had a auto collision portion of the shop, as well as offering a free hand wash upon Yelp Check In. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who had me complete paperwork for the service and one of the mechanic's took me right away. They conducted the inspection of air pressure etc confirming that I definitely need new tires and I was done in about 15 minutes tops. Fastest oil change of my life. Usually I'm sitting for hours at the dealership just to get the free deal but I was in a hurry and didn't want to put it off any longer. The mechanics were kind and explained everything and even offered free Self Serve water and coffee at their mini bar. I got the feel of visiting the dealership without having to sit for hours.

Definitely saved me close to $200 or maybe more. Most important and noteworthy these boys just jumped at the chance 2X (because I had neglected to bring my wheel lock key that Honda City his in my ownership folder ... yeah, that's where it belongs). They had the car jacked up minutes after I pulled in both times and fixed the hole in a few more minutes. This place is great. Reminds me of a family friend from childhood, Russ, over at Circle Tire in Jamaica, who always took care of my family's needs back in the day. I have a new place to save me and my car.
