I have an almost 30 year old Raymond Weil Parsifal watch which I truly love. It is beautiful and I…read morealways get compliments on it. For the last several years I have had to have the battery on it replaced about every 1-2 years. It's more an annoyance than a problem, but I guess I need to get it serviced so the battery lasts for several years like it did when I first purchased it. We moved to Bend in late Nov 2025- DH took it to another jeweler on 3rd St to replace the battery. he said he had to wait some time and the cost was $20. I went to put on my watch about 4 days ago and found it was dead. So I called this shop and spoke to a really nice lady and she said come on in and that she typically would replace the battery while I waited. So I went by- it's in a mini mall with easy access, and three ladies were before me. The lady took my watch and told me she would work on it. I strolled the mall and came back to the counter where much to my surprise- maybe 5 minutes later- she had finished the work. The cost was $15, and she said there was nothing of a charge left on the other battery. In any case, I believe she said her name was Laurie, and I have to say it was a pleasure meeting her and having such personal and professional service. If you need a watch battery replaced, don't mess around with the other stores- just go here!

Recently took myself shopping at Silverado Gallery in Bend…read more Walking into the store you immediately know this is not your run of the mill jewelry experience. There are so many unique cases of beautiful art pieces. Katherine is a sales associate I remembered from my last trip and she was so kind and helpful. Once I drilled down on Rene Escobar we begin to play. Katherine pulled out one after the other bracelets that I had never seen before and suddenly, caution went with the wind. I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience with Katherine. When I went back to my sister's house she felt that she too might need a visit to Silverado so after hiking we did return - looking quite scruffy - but that didn't deter Meagan from offering a good time with the Rene bracelets and earrings and pendants and in the end, we couldn't resist again. Meagan and Katherine were not pushy. They truly enjoyed showing us whatever we wanted and shared in our thrill of making a few bracelets our own - and a pendant or two...Also included in the experience were other delightful staff who genuinely took interest in selections. Silverado Gallery is a must stop in Bend. There is truly something for everyone and every budget. Have fun!!! See you next time Silverado!

A Stunning Transformation…read more I had a blue sapphire necklace that I absolutely loved but, honestly, never wore. I brought the sapphires to John Paul, and he transformed them into the most amazingly beautiful cuff bracelet! The craftsmanship is gorgeous, and I love that he was able to take something that was sitting in my jewelry box and turn it into a stunning piece that I can wear every day. It feels completely new and unique while still having the sentimental value of my original sapphires. I couldn't be happier with the result. John Paul is incredibly talented, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to create or redesign a special piece of jewelry. I'm thrilled with my beautiful new cuff!

She gives nice direct eye contact, friendly, beyond a pure joy. "The master" could not have a better representation for him and his almost cult like followers. When meeting the Desiiiiigner, John Paul, well I am not sure his horn could be tooted any louder. You might not get to meet him personally right off and there is good reason. Being a perfectionist certainly works to our favor, the customer. He takes his work very seriously, very personally. The finished product has always been beyond what I had envisioned. I've said to others "Its almost as if I'm a driving hazard after I pick up my new beauty. I can't stop staring at it. It's something special. Always different. If one can be so lucky he will add a little personal touch. These last two weekends I've gone to parties. I've never ever had so many compliments on a ring. (It's new) Lots of men which generally is not the norm, however, this ring has been a huge conversation piece. One gentleman asking me to take it off. Proclaiming he could care less about jewelry TISK TISK And said how pretty it was while putting it on his pinky. The shop certainly is not centrally located for me. And parking downtown is amazingly fun, however they always make it worth my while one way or another. Some sweet cheap (not really cheap in the long run) entertainment and many laughs. Invigorating. : ) Like I said. When you start business with John Paul one will definitely be going back for more. There are many other nice jewelry shops in Bend, however for this born and raised incorrigible lady there can only be one top jeweler. The Bravo channel should do a reality show. I know they've made my little world a bit better while adding beauty. Touché to the best team downtown and thank you for all the effort and laughs. I would leave a picture of my ring but I'm afraid somebody might cut my finger off. It's that amazing. A word I never use.

The pieces are very well designed classic or modern necklaces and bracelets of good quality, made of durable 14kt gold fine jewel, or of other metals and gems. Very disappointing customer service experience…read more I have emailed this company six times since Saturday regarding an order issue and have yet to receive a response from a live person. The automated AI system repeatedly states that someone will contact you, but that never happened in my case. The issue is simple: before payment, my order showed one item configuration. After payment was processed, the order confirmation reflected something different. I immediately reached out multiple times seeking clarification and assistance, yet no one responded. What is most frustrating is that I am not a first-time customer. I have spent a significant amount of money with this company and have purchased numerous items for myself, friends, and family. Loyal customers deserve better communication and support. The jewelry may be appealing, but when a problem arises, customer service appears to be nonexistent. Based on my experience, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability does not reflect a professional company.
