The ambience is smooth and friendly vibes. I mean it , the TVs aren't too loud , the lights aren't bright it's cool and relaxing. Now the food is a different story. There's a whole halal menu I didn't get to try. I wanted something that was fast but not too fast so I settle on a burger. The bun was decent but the patties looked preformed and kinda bland. There's a whole leaf of lettuce ( iceberg lettuce) of course on top. The tomato slice was double the thickness of a nice slice you would get at any other place. I asked for grilled onions and got this 1/2 thick slice slightly charred whole onion piece like a piece of tree with all the rings. When I tell you about the flimsy over pickled pickles , it was all down hill. Overall their burgers aren't the greatest but there's a whole other side to the menu . So you let me know if it's worth going back .

But if we're talking bout chicken wings, then the crispier the better. Wings and fries are prepared with beef tallow, giving it that shatteringly crisp texture as well as a deep umami flavor. It was good. Very crispy and crunchy. It may be just me but I felt it was very rich so I could not do this often.

I have passed by this place so many times, so I was happy that I finally had a chance to check them out. The Redhot Ranch side is a no frills industrial design. And they are smashburgers, which I didn't know ahead of time and wish I did as I would have skipped it. Nothing says a good burger like smashing the ever lovin' crap out of it and getting rid if all the flavor, slapping a couple slices of cheese on it and whatever toppings you want to disguise the flavor of the meat. It was a messy burger. The fries were okay as well. Nothing to really say that I'm itching to go back. With so many burger shops around, skip this one.

The Berliner kebab is impossibly messy to eat, but tasty. What they do best, though, is the classic fried chicken sandwich (go figure) and decadently delicious European twists on a cheeseburger. Fries are solid, always hot and crispy; thank you for properly seasoning your fries, a rare skill nowadays. The people in here are really nice. Twice they've given me a complimentary connection with my meal. Food is cooked to order and worth the ten-minute wait.

And it was nothing short of superb in all facets. My son ordered the Southwest Avocado Burger, which an earlier review this year praised. He agreed. He loved it. His mom had the Chicken Philly. Equally good. Both had large portions. I had the Russian Reuben. It was like 3X the size of a traditional Reuben sandwich one might get dining out. I was barely able to eat a third. It was huge beyond huge. It was spectcular. I wasn't sure corned beef would blend so well with turkey but both meats did. Sumptuous! The Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Russian horseradish sauce and 1000 Island dressing on top - OMG - it was so unbelievable! $2.00 more - you get your fries and soup (choice of 6 - wow - what eatery has 6 soup options)? The onion soup was $1 extra but who cares? It was all a ton for the buck. The basket of tasty dinner rolls upon arrival was delightful. Our waitress Terry was excellent thru and thru and worthy of a large tip, which we obliged. We got free refills on our drinks too, a big thing for us. We were all totally pleased with our visit and will be sure to return at least once or twice before moving out of state later this year. We wish we could clone this place and take it to where we all are moving. I truly don't understand those whining here and their posts. Everything we had was good throughout. If I had to nitpick, I would say the French onion soup itself was average and not rich but the large crouton in the soup and abundant melted yummy Swiss cheese well compensated with the grated topping over the cheese incredibly tasty, making it over the top. The raspberry iced tea could have been a bit sweeter but it wasn't bad either. And you automatically get water delivered to your table, a rarity among diners today. And yeah, I get to a degree the 3% (rounded off) card charge but when you're spending $80 to $100 for gargantuan portions of great food, come on, who really cares about an extra $2.50-$3, chump change? A church friend of the family told me she and her husband go to Omega periodically and recommended it. So this evening we all went. And not one bit disappointed. 24/7/365 diners are a dying breed these days but we are so glad Omega is still around and I say long live the Omega. A shout out to the crews working here as well as the owner.

Always my go to for late night matzoh ball soup and bread. Just went to town to visit and of course had to take my boys here for their first time. I was sad I couldn't wait to go here I have so many amazing memories of this place. My kids loved their choices. My nephew ordered an omelette and it was really good. He said he only gets breakfast there. It's always good (he lives up the street). The cabbage soup was the best of the three we tried. The bread basket was still good. The service was still fantastic. The place looks the same as it did back in the day. But the soup was such a huge disappointment.

I went to Sizzle on Oakton Street in Skokie, Illinois for the first time to celebrate my daughter's 8 years birthday, and the place is stunning. Even the bathroom is beautiful and astonishing, my 8-year-old daughter said, "It's classy in here." The customer service was top notch. The guy at the counter was very polite and welcoming. Now, the food,oh my goodness,it was heavenly. I got the Goast Burger and I can't even compare it to any other burger I've tasted. Every bite had a unique flavor. I even ordered a takeout goast burger because I couldn't get over the taste. If you're looking for a beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and unforgettable food, Sizzle on Oakton Street in Skokie, Illinois is the place. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The store is brightly lit and clean (almost sterile feeling) when you walk in, with plenty of tables for dine-in eating. There is a counter to order with menus on the wall. The menu is simple and straight forward, you pretty much have burger, chicken sandwich, or wings. They also have a boba menu with many flavors and they have a soft serve ice cream machine! My partner and I had stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and we dined in. The gentleman who took our order was very kind and as it was my first time in, answered all my questions about the menu as I ordered. I got a chicken sandwich (but without whatever their signature spicy ... addition? topping? seasoning? is) and a strawberry boba. My partner got a ghost burger, loaded fries, and a pina colada boba. We grabbed a table to wait and the boba came out first. These are super delicious, I've never ordered a boba anywhere else and had it come out like these, but they are like blended and creamy and also some of the best "popping" or "tapioca" additions/mix ins that I've ever had. I went back the next day to get another strawberry boba it was so delicious. The food here is over the top good. The sandwiches and fries come out loaded and messy and in huge portions. The chicken sandwich is so moist and tender, they are definitely frying chicken right here. The house sauce is tasty, flavorful and not too spicy. Neither of us were able to finish our orders here (you really get your money's worth!) but we left stuffed to the brim. I'm so happy this spot is within walking distance for me, I can treat myself to their delicious boba any time, and we will definitely be back for more sandwiches. Thank you, Sizzle! We love having you in the community!
