    Cold Cut Banh Mi
    Simon P.

This new spot near Parkway Deli is officially my backup plan for when I need a break from pastrami. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes a great first impression. And honestly, with "noodles" in the name, I probably should've gone that route--I'll be back to try them. That said, I had to start with a bánh mì. I'm really glad this place is close to me, but I do have a few notes. I'm not sure if this is their standard take on a cold cut bánh mì, but mine was missing pâté--which is my favorite part and a key component of the sandwich. The bánh mì itself was a good size, and the veggies were fresh and crisp, which I appreciated. However, the bread leaned a bit dry, and the mayo was applied a little too heavily, which threw off the overall balance. I'm hoping this was just a one-off or maybe a customization that went slightly off-script--I'd love to try it again the "classic" way if possible.

    Lemongrass Beef

The food was genuinely so delicious! I had the lemongrass beef and compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, this felt more fresh and more tasty. I just left but I'm already looking forward to coming back & eating here. Recommend this place to everyone!!

This is what a large bowl looks like and it's superb. Do yourself a favor and go there and get you a bowl you won't be disappointed.

I go here at least once or twice a month to get my pho fix for me and my wife for dinner. Owner are nice and are very attentive to customers making sure they get your order right and portions are great. Food is good, broth is clean and very tasty not greasy and full of fish sauce to give it taste like other restaurants in the area do to mask the taste. Do yourself a favor and go there the name of the old spot is still on the building but it's a new restaurant named Narin Noodles you will definitely like the Pho.

Ordered the cheesesteaks (chicken and steak) and they did not disappoint. The bread was chewy as a cheesesteak should be and the meat and chicken was seasoned exceptionally well, and very very juicy. They were accompanied with an array of sautéed onions, green peppers and mushrooms. The value was great as well for $10 that brings chips and a drink from the ice barrel parked in front. The only downfall (if you dare call it that) was the location as its tucked away in the Pacci's Restaurant parking lot and you can easily miss it as you're making the turn around the bend, but that's no big deal. All in all, great value, great food, great service. Highly recommended. Next time, I'll definitely take the cannoli.

Following Chef Luis' recommendations, I went with the Cuban sandwich. Normally I'm not a fan of yellow mustard, but somehow it all comes together well with the turkey ham and pickles to make a delicious Panini style sandwich. Their cooler has both traditional and craft sodas to choose from, but they recommend Sprecher fine brewed root beer to pair with the Cuban sandwich. Edit all good come together well with the sea salt potato chips. Overall, I'd recommend this food truck as one of the best I've seen. Decor and atmosphere are what you make it, as this is a food truck. I ended up taking our meal home which is less than a quarter-mile away. However I wonder if I was influenced by this gorgeous summer weather we have been having on a beautiful blue sky day. Regardless of where you decide to eat your meal, the spotless truck says "cleanliness", and the welcome friendliness of the cooks make this a worthwhile place to get a good lunch.

Turkey w nice proportions of ham, cheese, pickles & yellow mustard. Not a fan of yellow mustard, yet works well on the Cuban sandwich.

They keep it simple, prices range from seven to $10, though the dry erase think has rubbed off recently.

The meats were flavorful and of high quality. I liked the pickled onions on top, great unique touch from the deli. I don't think it needs the mayo on it, I'd prefer oil and vinegar next time. The butcher case with all the meats is worth checking out...they have some solid prime cuts in there.

Both were excellent and packed with flavor. The real test for me was the drive home. I live about 40 minutes away, so I didn't get to eat my sandwich right away. To my surprise, it was still warm when I got home and just as good as if I had eaten it there. That's not something you can say about most sandwiches. The fries were a pleasant surprise as well. Crispy, flavorful, and addicting enough that they barely survived the ride home. Beyond the food, I really enjoyed the shop itself. There was a great selection of specialty meats, seasonings, sauces, and unique items that made me want to take my time and look around. The place was packed, which is usually a good sign, and after trying the food, I completely understand why. It's not often that a first visit lives up to the hype, but this one did. Great food, a well-curated shop, and absolutely worth the drive. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.
