Please seek urological help else where if you value your time and money. Please don't waste your time here because they WILL waste yours. I spent a year of my life, and hundreds per visit to receive almost no help. It was routine to go in for an appointment, be told I would receive a call back, only to be left hanging for a week at a time. When I had to have them run one of the more expensive tests by my insurance it took a week and a half of hounding them for it to even be submitted. I have no idea who runs their back office, but I'm convinced they're high. I had to come in multiple times and do the same tests, only to be told that I have a small hernia and a kidney stone. Neither of which they have any intention of doing anything about. "Well what should I do about this?" "Make another appointment in a few months" is all I've received for help from these people. Better off going literally anywhere else. The ReadyMed doctor I saw because I thought I had a bladder infection was more helpful.

Every single person I interacted with on the phone or in person was highly engaged. Even difficult situations I observed with some patients having issues with not having their required paperwork or being non-compliant with pre-op procedures; everyone was handled professionally, with practicality and with their safety in mind. Really beautiful people and a dedicated team that shines. My procedure, which I had been dreading, was over in a breeze and I had top notch care.

Her demeanor can be a bit abrasive, but I appreciate that she doesn't sugar-coat the issues. She understands that she has many patients to see, and none of them wish to be in the office longer than necessary. It is easy to be taken aback by the way Dr. Valez interacts with her staff, but she is adamant about precise organization and information about what her patients need so she can serve them both quickly and accurately. I honestly appreciate her passion for excellence. I know from listening to others in the waiting room that people often have frustrations about the time it takes to see each patient, usually somewhere around 2 hours. However, considering all the information she needs to review before performing any kind of service to your eyes, this feels acceptable to me. I have also looked into the wait times at other eye physicians around Boston and they are consistently 2-5 hour waits. I would highly recommend Dr. Valez to anyone in need of eye care. She may not carry on with small-talk or friendly conversation, but she is a true professional who wants your eye-health to improve as much as you do if not more. Thank you, Gisela.

Dr. Lucy and her staff went out of their way for my children since birth! She was knowledgeable and always made me and my husband feel comfortable. She gave her professional opinion, listened to us and gave us options on how to treat our children that worked with our family. Dr. Lucy left during Covid which broke our heart! She had known me since I became a mother, helped guide me and my children for years, she had become family! All of my children then became patients of Dr. Cleary. Dr. Cleary is a good pediatrician she managed my children's care the best way she could and took in to consideration what we felt was best, as well. We might have had an issue with the office once, which was quickly rectified when speaking to the office manager. I will say Joan the RN and Edith had been our go to ladies at this office for many years. I will say that the front office staff has changed so much and leave a lot to be desired, but due to the great care provided by Dr. Lucy, Betty Madden, Dr. Cleary, Edith and Joan, RN I cannot rate them any less then a 5! I was comfortable with the care they provided all 4 of my children and trusted the doctor's,nurses & medical staff's professional opinions on my children's care. They truly care about your children and handle any issues in a timely fashion. The downsides would be the front desk staff could be a lot better and since they moved to Sterling, some providers have left and it has gotten a more stressful for the staff and providers. Only reason we left this practice was due our family moving.
