Doctor Klein is awesome. He's always super patient and kind and answers all of my questions. He never makes me feel anxious or talked down to. The rest of his staff are amazing too. The nurse Leigh is super friendly and also answers all questions with kindness and patience. With such an awful fear of doctors, I'm so glad I found such an amazing place for prenatal care. It's nice to feel totally comfortable going to a doctor's office (for probably the first time ever). I highly recommend this place. They answer all phone calls and return calls promptly. Just all-around the best medical experience I've ever had.

Dr. Valez takes her job and her patients' health very seriously. She is skillful and knowledgeable,…read moreand will tell you exactly what needs to be done in order to best remedy your issues. Her demeanor can be a bit abrasive, but I appreciate that she doesn't sugar-coat the issues. She understands that she has many patients to see, and none of them wish to be in the office longer than necessary. It is easy to be taken aback by the way Dr. Valez interacts with her staff, but she is adamant about precise organization and information about what her patients need so she can serve them both quickly and accurately. I honestly appreciate her passion for excellence. I know from listening to others in the waiting room that people often have frustrations about the time it takes to see each patient, usually somewhere around 2 hours. However, considering all the information she needs to review before performing any kind of service to your eyes, this feels acceptable to me. I have also looked into the wait times at other eye physicians around Boston and they are consistently 2-5 hour waits. I would highly recommend Dr. Valez to anyone in need of eye care. She may not carry on with small-talk or friendly conversation, but she is a true professional who wants your eye-health to improve as much as you do if not more. Thank you, Gisela.

Hello, I am writing…read morethis message because I feel that you have failed me as my Primary Care Provider. I have seen you or your NP, Mr. Abraham Ballah for my current condition with my back pain. The medication prescribed has been helping to get my pain from level 8 to level 5. An x-ray was ordered on the day that I saw Mr. Ballah. No one reached out to me to tell me my results. On 9/9 I left my job in an ambulance to the Emergency Department because of the pain in my back. The ED doctor suggested an MRI to see the Spine Center. The MRI was done on 9/8. However, the MRI was not read by the time of my appointment at the Spine Center with Jason Langlois, PA. on 9/18. It was a wasted appointment. I faxed my paperwork for PLML. You then referred me to the Spine Center to sign off on my PLML paperwork. Upon contacting the Spine Center, I was told that they do not sign off of PLML paperwork. I was also told by the representative that my PCP is supposed to help me with this. I spoke to the Dr. Chen at my appointment at the Spine Center on 10/18 about helping me with the PLML paperwork, and she told me that she has not ever done that. You, Dr. Semaan have basically dusted your hands with my care about my back situation once I saw the Spine Center on 9/18. I have been out of work since 9/9 due to my condition. My financial income has been severely my ability to pay my medical bills and caused a great deal of anxiety as well as bad mental health. I am unable to go back to work until a doctor listens to me. You, Dr. Semaan are my primary doctor. Which means to me that you are the doctor that should be my first PATIENT ADVOCATE! The person that referred you to me has left your care due to your poor bed side manner and lack of care for your patients. I will need to find another provider. I will be cancelling all future appointments. Very Disappointed, Ugeana Grant
