To me, this means the practice does not trust women. the doctor also said she "doesn't want an abortion on her conscience." So instead i was prescribed two medications to try that both required prior authorization for coverage. The person who deals with these issues told me there was "no way to get coverage." When i Called CVS Caremark, they said they just needed 2 prior authorizations and an appeal. When I asked the person to Please check their info before calling me, they basically gaslighted me and said they "got the doctor to take time out of her busy schedule to do peer to peer with the doctor on their end." im sorry, but we are all busy. putting that guilt on the patient is so wrong. When my grandmother began to decline, we called to get a referral for hospice. Dr. Seeger asked about the symptoms and said "yep, it sounds like she's dying". NO KIDDING, that's why we called for the referral. There was no empathy and no kind words for our family, even though my grandma had been a patient for decades. I will say, the office nurse was always friendly and helpful. She ended up helping with the referral, and in the past, helped me work with Medicare to get my grandma a walker. I would not recommend to anyone!

Evening hours available which is a plus but overall not getting some day appointments frustrating. Next day appointments or some same week appointments can be challenging. Phone system there in need of an overhaul as outdated along with interior design which looks mismatched and dreary. If you are generally heathy, great place but for multiple or ongoing medical issues, appointments not readily available. Nurse and medical assistants are great except didn't appreciate cattle calling in waiting room. All holidays they are closed ie Martin Luther King Day, Veterans Day etc. Left this office only because of the challenge of trying to get a same day or same week appointment when sick and my physician only being available 4 days a week which I didn't mind but if I needed to be seen, lack of same day appointment with other physicians too.
