Hello, I am writing…read morethis message because I feel that you have failed me as my Primary Care Provider. I have seen you or your NP, Mr. Abraham Ballah for my current condition with my back pain. The medication prescribed has been helping to get my pain from level 8 to level 5. An x-ray was ordered on the day that I saw Mr. Ballah. No one reached out to me to tell me my results. On 9/9 I left my job in an ambulance to the Emergency Department because of the pain in my back. The ED doctor suggested an MRI to see the Spine Center. The MRI was done on 9/8. However, the MRI was not read by the time of my appointment at the Spine Center with Jason Langlois, PA. on 9/18. It was a wasted appointment. I faxed my paperwork for PLML. You then referred me to the Spine Center to sign off on my PLML paperwork. Upon contacting the Spine Center, I was told that they do not sign off of PLML paperwork. I was also told by the representative that my PCP is supposed to help me with this. I spoke to the Dr. Chen at my appointment at the Spine Center on 10/18 about helping me with the PLML paperwork, and she told me that she has not ever done that. You, Dr. Semaan have basically dusted your hands with my care about my back situation once I saw the Spine Center on 9/18. I have been out of work since 9/9 due to my condition. My financial income has been severely my ability to pay my medical bills and caused a great deal of anxiety as well as bad mental health. I am unable to go back to work until a doctor listens to me. You, Dr. Semaan are my primary doctor. Which means to me that you are the doctor that should be my first PATIENT ADVOCATE! The person that referred you to me has left your care due to your poor bed side manner and lack of care for your patients. I will need to find another provider. I will be cancelling all future appointments. Very Disappointed, Ugeana Grant

They never smile, or make an attempt to assist a patient's when they need to change an appointment for x or y reason. Not sure why they work there. A better and supportive staff should be provided for Dr. Seeman. Her staff does not support her kindness!!

There were 2 people right there at the office desk hearing me struggle with the check in and they wouldn't help! Finally I was seen by a NP, Veronica, who was so extremely rude to me I ended up leaving in tears. I was sent to this office by Emerson ER doctor after being admitted for gastro problems. Veronica asked me 3 times "why are you here?". I told her about my symptoms, she saw my labs and the doctor notes. After she asked me for the third time what my symptoms were, I said I had already told her. She told me I had an anger problem!!! I didn't say another word. Just let her type away and watched her leave in a huff. I will never come to this office AGAIN!

Never happened. I called again after my prep-registration was sent to my phone. Was told my prep would be called in to the pharmacy. It was not. I went to the office the DAY BEFORE my procedure and was told the provider had not signed the order yet. I'm still waiting in the office. Just spoke to the office manager and was assured the script was sent to the pharmacy. I have grave concerns about the level of care with a place that is so mismanaged.

I have mixed reviews after 15 years with the group-- I guess it depends on the doctor you have--…read morethe office/ deck house is kind of decrepit and feels a bit unprofessional.. The nurse Janice? I dealt with ( British accent) was very helpful for things that could be done over the phone. Several times they called in prescripts for bladder infection or Lymes tic so that was hugely helpful. Easy to get referrals where you just leave info on the machine... I moved about 20 miles away so am now moving on...

The office in Maynard was fast, clean, friendly and efficient. As new patients we were registered and in a room within 5 minutes. The back room is set up similar to an ER with the doctor/ nurses station in the middle and all the patients' rooms in a larger square surrounding it. X-Rays were taken right across the hall. The doctors were able to confer with our orthopedist and pediatrician. The staff was excellent! Friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend going here.

I was seen right away by a very professional nurse & my vitals were taken & she inquired about the reason for my visit. The doctor sent me in for an X-ray prior to seeing me. Dr McDonald then explained he didn't see any major injury but after questioning me, was concerned about a possible blood clot. He then referred me to the ER to rule out this possibility of a blood clot & further suggested I see an orthopedist for the knee pain From beginning to end the care I received was thorough & professional. Great Urgent Care experience!
