I used to bring my father and he also had to wait. Otherwise, the office staff and assistant are courteous and efficient, and Dr Nardin is thorough in his exam. He told me that I have cataracts but that I'm not ready for surgery. He said other eye surgeons might push me to have surgery to make money, but he's not like that. Recently I moved away so had to stop going to Dr Nardin. When I asked for my records, they put it all on a flash drive. Much better than carrying around a stack of papers.
