OK, where do I start? There is much I can say about this clinic. First of all, they used to be on…read moreGulick street and it was quality at that time. That went downhill with their move to St. Francis hospital. The welfare, shabby office I was putting up with but then the quality of the prescription glasses plummeted. The last glasses I got at a pop of $250.00 and up lasted a year if even. The frames break easily and the lenses get cloudy. You can't see through them at that point. When I recently went there they had increased their caseload beyond capacity. They were cramming 20 people in at a time in their tiny office. Which definitely means the wait time is a lot longer to complete appointments. The examination rooms are all taken. They do have quality equipment and that is why I stayed with them as long as I did. I moved on finally. I need better glasses. The price also doubled on the ones they are selling now. That is price gouging for sure especially if they are still the poor quality they were passing off to unsuspecting clients. Dr. Pang doesn't seem to be able to keep good doctors on board although Dr. Hamrick is excellent and has been there awhile. He was working the floor himself when I was last there and was very flustered and easily agitated. I would think twice before I seek eye treatment from this outfit. I give it a 1 on a scale from 1-10.
