I was instantly greeted and given forms to fill out since I was a new patient. While I waited for my turn I browsed the frame selection. Bill offered me great insight on the promotions going on and my insurance benefit. I chose a regular eyeglass frame as well as a sunglass frame. I was given an estimate after my insurance was deducted right then and there! I wasn't aware that my insurance offered buy one get one 50% off which worked out great! I liked going into my exam already having an idea of what cost I was looking at afterwards. I saw Dr. Kathy Iida. The receptionist who was also the technician (don't remember her name:/) was great. Dr. Iida was thorough with her exam and recommended great products for my dry eye as well as info regarding my vision change. After my exam I headed back up front to confirm my frame choices. Thank you to Bill again for letting me know of the different coating options available but respecting my choice in what I wanted. I didn't feel at all pressured into purchasing anything like most places make you feel. My eyeglasses came in the very next day! Again, big plus since I'm so impatient and like things right then and there. My sunglasses followed about 2 days after. Sharrod assisted me in adjusting and fine tuning my frames when I came for pick up and made sure I was happy with them before leaving. Side note, he said hi to me in a store and called me by my name after only meeting twice! I work in healthcare and make it a point to remember the names of my patients and it was nice to be on the other end!:) Great experience! Can't wait for my next annual exam :)

Dr. Sakka is extremely nice. Very thorough and spends QT with all of his patients. You never feel rushed. Exams are very thorough and he does not only evaluate your eyes but takes into account other underlying conditions that could possibly play a role in vision changes. Staff is very nice and accommodating. They make reminder calls and always try to accommodate your schedule. I really like that they don't try to up sell. If you want an honest opinion if a pair of glasses look good on you ask Carolyn. She will tell you straight up. The only negative to the office is that it is extremely cluttered and not "up to date".
