Latakia was great. She is also fast and through. Great vibe. Experience overall was delightful.

This was one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. I basically paid to have my feet washed and…read morepolish changed. There was almost no skin or foot care involved. And this was after choosing one of the pedicures that was specifically supposed to come with all of that and asking the tech multiple times for it. I have friends who come here to get nail extensions and designs and they have said good things, so it may just be that this place specializes in those more complicated services and doesn't really care to do the basics. I will not be returning.

I've been coming to this salon for pedicures for a while, but unfortunately my experience on…read moreSaturday was really disappointing. The nail tech who worked on me (Judy) seemed rushed and uninterested the entire time. She was rough while working on my toes and kept pressing her thumbnail into my big toe, which was uncomfortable. I also noticed that my big toenail ended up being cut at an angle, and when I pointed it out, it wasn't acknowledged or corrected. I also asked for a specific polish color that I've gotten before ("Lucky Red"), but was told they no longer carry it. The alternative color that was used wasn't what I asked for and didn't look the same. Another uncomfortable moment was when I was paying and the technician stood over me the entire time while I was trying to resolve a quick banking issue. I will say that when the male manager is present, the shop usually runs much more professionally and I've had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately my recent service didn't reflect that standard, and because of this experience I'll likely look for another salon moving forward.

I've been a fan of Charm City Skin for a long time and when I wanted to get a spray tan and lash…read moretint before vacation, I booked with Kayla since she had availability to do both. I had never gotten either of these services before so I had a lot of questions which Kayla answered patiently and personably. She has such a friendly and bubbly personality! The eyelash tint was a little uncomfortable for me but this may be because I was wearing contacts. I probably would take those out next time and maybe even consider a lift and tint since the tint by itself looked nice but was really subtle. Kayla made me feel very comfortable for the spray tan and did an excellent job with the color and tone. I was obsessed! It definitely faded a bit after the third or fourth day but to be fair, I was on vacation and swimming in the ocean and pool a lot. All together the services were $65 which I don't think is bad at all. I'd definitely return and would recommend booking at this local biz!

I routinely get compliments on my brows and I owe it all to Julie. In addition to keeping my brows looking incredible, I've expanded into getting my lashes lifted and tinted, as well as a facial with dermaplaning. The services never feel rushed, and everything is explained in detail so you know what's happening before, during and after. Everyone that works here is so friendly and welcoming, and they all do excellent work. The space is clean and inviting, and you can book your appointments online, over the phone, or at the desk while you're there.

This is my go-to spot -- I come here about twice a month and the service is consistently on point…read more Mimi always gets my hands right, and Maya does my pedicures--her foot massages are top-tier. I've been coming here since I moved to Baltimore and, even after trying a few other places, nothing compares. Great service, consistent quality, and a team that knows what they're doing. Highly recommend.

UGH I am just annoyed at this place. I went in last week for dip powder and gel. I showed her a…read moredesign and asked if she could do it, and if not don't worry I'll get something else! She insisted she could do it and it would be fine, but I could tell she wasn't confident so I just kept saying I can get something else it's no worries because I would rather it look good than get a design that doesn't look good. She did it anyway, and it was not at all what I asked for. But it was still fine whatever I paid and left. But exactly 2 days later, two of my nails had already chipped. So I went back to get them soaked off, and a new tech did them. He asked if I wanted gels again and I was hesitant. But he said I didn't have to pay for them, so I said okay sure. Then while doing my nails, he told me that I probably chipped them from opening soda cans. I was like huh ?? First, I don't drink soda, and second gel nails should be strong enough to open a soda can with lol but whatever. Then he told me that because it's so cold out it takes the gel longer to cure so I need to wait a couple days before opening soda cans (?!??) what's up with this guys soda can obsession? Anyway I tell him again that I don't drink soda but okay sure. He does my nails, they're fine, I go to leave and he charges me $27 for the soak off. Like wtf?????????? But I don't feel like arguing so I just did it and left. I kid you not 3 days later like half of my nails have chipped or peeled off already. Literally a waste of $160 and 3 hours of my time.
