The service was excellent but it was overshadowed by a solicitation and demand for a 20% tip. This is illegal. I had swiped my card and I wrote $10 for the services. A woman stepped in front of the gentleman who was settling the bill and told that I must tip more than I tipped and demanded me to tip at least 20%. I asked the woman who didn't identify herself to me "Are telling me the paying customer how much I have to tip?" She said "yes". So beware of this business practice that will I'm sure close the business down. I am a repeat customer of dozens of visits. I am an African American who is respectful and peaceful. I felt taken advantage of by the woman who demanded a higher tip because I was drained from a 30 minute massage and too relaxed to challenge her. When I arrived home I still didn't get over what I experienced. I am now going with another Spa from here on. read more

You know the lady that works there and she's all good for the most part until it's time to pay. It was $55 for 45 minutes and me working in the independent contractor business I totally understand that tips are a big thing with the industry, but this lady was very aggravated when I tipped her. She wanted over 30% of the service price when I gave her 30% of the price. not be nor bullied and I felt very pressured even when I was giving her a decent tip for the price that I paid demanding half the cost of the service I got is a little ridiculous in my opinion. read more

This was by far the worst massage ever. I asked for a reflexology foot massage for my daughter and I for 30 minutes. They started with a full body massage so I had to stop them and explain feet. They aren't clean at all and didn't sanitize anything which makes me believe it wasn't sanitized before my daughter and I used it. Then the man held us hostage wanting to argue because I didn't leave a tip. It was supposed to be $80 but I was charged more so I assumed the tip was included. He was very aggressive, hostile and argumentative when I didn't leave one. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

If you are expecting a high end massage place, this is not it. However this is an excellent place to get your massage without having to book an appointment weeks in advance and without having to take your clothes off. The massage is more... "rustic" and more acupressure based. I always enjoy this when I am very stressed or just need a massage to relax. I would highly recommend for back rub and reflexology. I have an injured shoulder from work and my ortho doctor advised me to go for a good massage therapist. I went to this place before to treat myself and now I'm going for healing purposes. He ( John ) is very skilled in kneading and deep massaging through affected areas on my shoulder and the overall body massage is so relaxing. He was able to loosen those tight muscles.. price is reasonable, very professional and observe proper COVID-19 precautions. Masks and hand sanitizer available. Best treatment I have so far . All my tired muscle and tension went away. I asked for an hour therapy but he even exceeded more than that for no extra cost . He completed a whole body deep tissue massage fro head to toe and concentrated more on my injured shoulder. Thank you so much... I'll keep coming back . I used to come this place regularly. But the last two times I was there the workers were extremely rude. For example , I was there today and I was the only customer there waiting and I waited for about 35 minutes . When the next available masseuse was ready, she helped the customer who had just showed up and who was not waiting in line. The other customer even admitted it was my turn. This is NOT the way to treat ANY customer let alone a loyal one. I will not be back and I recommend you also find somewhere else to go read more

By far the worst massage I have ever experienced. My boyfriend and I came in here for a 60 minute massage. We have never noticed this spa but came across it while searching for options nearby. This place had great ratings so we were sure we would have a great time. When you walk in you will see six massage beds in the middle of the room, 3 on the left and right. There is no wall/curtain separation between the beds and the entrance and they leave their main doors wide open. Therefore, you will hear noise the entire time. It gets worse. They direct my boyfriend and I to go on opposite beds across the room. He was being massaged by a lady, I by a man. The massage- I'm not sure if I'm more disappointed by the actual massage itself or the consistent grunts and chats my masseur was releasing throughout my time. He was legit moaning in my ear. I WAS AT A DISBELIEF. I was extremely uncomfortable and the entire time having an internal battle on whether I should just get up and stop or allow him to continue in hopes that it may become better. It didn't. I was completely disturbed at the fact that he focused mainly on "massaging" the left side of my buttocks. I was first taken aback because I have normally been asked if that was okay before moving forward, but then my concern grew after hearing the moans and chatter. Also, when he was not "massaging" my buttocks, he would use one arm to rest in the split of my buttocks as he used his other arm to "massage" my back. I'm not sure about anyone else, but never have I ever experienced a masseur resting on my body as they are doing a massage. He goes on to do a neck massage. This was aggressive and odd. He asked me to turn over and that's when I told him I was finished. There was a little over 17 minutes remaining from my 60 minute massage. He tried to persuade me to lay back down because he was only going to do a foot massage, but I repeatedly told him no. I got up and sat and waited for my boyfriend to finish his. He also stated that his massage was very odd and unlike any that he has had before. If you are looking for a relaxing massage THIS IS NOT IT. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Wow, they are so amazing. I didn't realize they are a massage place until a smart friend of my actually read their advertisement material. They offer trigger point deep massage and it is really so helpful. I have been looking to do this to relief my neck and shoulder pain, but the rates for this kind of therapist in the Baltimore is just outrageous (usually $110 for 60 minutes!!!) I didn't even have to tell Tony the problem I had - he was able to figure out where the knots were and work on them. I went there asking for specific places i wanted to be touched. Head, neck, shoulders and feet! The gentleman spent half of the time massaging my lower back, buttocks, thighs and inner thigh. I tried to be patient, relax and enjoy. Instead i was tensed the whole time because he was hurting me in areas i did not want massaged. I finally had to stop him and tell him once again the areas i needed worked on. Then he finally refocused but by that time it was 40min in which left me with a rushed HEAD, NECK , SHOULDER AND FOOT MASSAGE. I want my time back and a new massage therapist. read more

I happened to walk past your spot today on the way out to my car. I have had a very sore neck and horribly tense shoulders. I asked for a 30 minute chair massage to see if that would loosen it up a bit. The massage was wonderful. After close to 40 minutes of massage with the perfect amount of pressure. I feel great. Very unprofessional. Made an appointment weeks in advance and when I walked in they had let a walk-in take my appointment. It was not private at all and the noise from the mall was overwhelming. It was not calming and it was not like a spa experience. The massage itself was good but it was drowned out by the uncomfortable atmosphere. This is not the massage place to disrobe and thoroughly enjoy a table massage. I remember walking in for a 1 hr massage with no wait. Unfortunately, the masseuse and the staff were holding an all out conversation during the service. I also could not understand why the masseuse was rushing. It felt like a jack rabbit skipping along my body. He was very conservative with application of oil/lotion because he was engaged in conversations. On the plus side they do play ambient music to distract from the sounds of shoppers and background noise of the mall. Too bad it wasn't enough to outdo the overall experience. I still had to take a muscle relaxer upon my return home. The massage did nothing to release my tension. I would not reccomend this location over the Health Magic Massage near the Nordstrom side of the mall. I have patronized both. read more
