A woman stepped in front of the gentleman who was settling the bill and told that I must tip more than I tipped and demanded me to tip at least 20%. I asked the woman who didn't identify herself to me "Are telling me the paying customer how much I have to tip?" She said "yes". So beware of this business practice that will I'm sure close the business down. I am a repeat customer of dozens of visits. I am an African American who is respectful and peaceful. I felt taken advantage of by the woman who demanded a higher tip because I was drained from a 30 minute massage and too relaxed to challenge her. When I arrived home I still didn't get over what I experienced. I am now going with another Spa from here on.

I rang it and heard a couple maybe 3 ladies talking to each other in another language. One lady opened the door only wide enough to peek her head out. I tried to look inside but she made sure to keep the door closed, I decided to leave. Their website is not active so I couldn't get any information on what this place provides. I received a hour long massage for $60 What a great deal As for the environment it's inside the mall so it's a bit loud. Bring headphones if you want to completely zone out. There are about eight massage beds in one room, no dividers because you keep all your clothes sans shoes. When I first arrived he said come back in fifteen minutes. It seemed like this place has a steady constant flow of customers because they do it right and give really good massages.

The quality of the massages is inconsistent, and a lot depends on which masseuse you get. Despite that, we've continued to come regularly because it's convenient. Unfortunately, it stopped being convenient when we ended up wasting our day off because the business was not run properly. We were told to come back in 40 minutes, which we did. When we returned, the people who had been directly in front of us were just finishing their massages. Despite that, people who had arrived after us were taken ahead of us. Another customer's husband was told that his wait would be 30 minutes. Approximately 10 minutes into that wait, after his wife complained about the situation, the staff decided they were going to take her husband ahead of us and make us wait instead. Even more concerning, when we called to question the situation, we were told that those customers had arrived before us. That was simply not true. We were physically there and could see the people who had been directly in front of us finishing up when we returned. There was no opportunity for these other customers to have arrived before us, yet we were told otherwise. We understand that delays happen and that businesses can get busy. What we don't understand is changing the order of customers after the fact and then giving customers a false explanation for why it happened. Having people wait around and waste their time because the business isn't managing its appointments properly is inconsiderate and unprofessional. We're very disappointed because we were regular customers and had continued coming despite the inconsistent quality because of the convenience. After this experience, however, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Tamara's prices were very good. As for the ppl complaining about the length of time to get an appointment, in all fairness, these things happen when you purchase GROUPON's unfortunately.
