I've been looking for a new pizza place in my area latley. Every other pizza place has something off, either the taste is great but the customer service is horrible or the customer service is great but the flavor isnt there. Fortunately for me there's Napoli's Pizza and 5 minutes away from me. I've always seen them on Yelp and for whatever reason never ordered from them. So today was the day I finally tried them and I must say ... THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT!! Amazing customer service and friendly staff with easy take out hand off process! And just as important, it was delicious!! My fiance and I ordered the meatlovers pizza with jalapenos, the chicken Alfredo pasta and a house salad. It also came with free garlic bread . And of course we ordered sides of ranch! Everything was exceptional! Flavor of the pizza was on point as well as the soft delicious crust. The chicken parmesan pasta might be the winner however! The sauce was so creamy and seasoned perfectly, almost cheesy! And the chicken on it was cooked immaculately. And the house salad was very fresh and tastey as well, great price for the large portion. I definitely will return to Napoli's pizza for my future pizza needs and I would reccomend this place to anyone who loves a good Za! I'm curious to see how other things on the menu taste! I would rate Napoli's 9 out of 10! (I know it's not a yelp rating format). The only thing that could have been improved to make it perfect is the jalapenos were a little too spicy for my taste, I ended up picking them off half way through. But that might be more of my personal preference but apparently I'm a baby . However, I asked for it to add so it's my fault. Next time I will order as is and I'm sure it'll be perfect! I came here the other night and I was so impressed. I started with the Philly cheesesteak and wow it was so good! One of the best ones I've had. My friend from the East Coast also said it tasted similar to the ones she would have out there. The margarita pizza was also very good! The star of the mela was the egg gondola. So happy I found this place! Me and my boyfriend were craving a post movie little snack and I had strongggg craving for pizza. We had went to two different pizza places but they both looked very very mid. I stumbled across Napolis on yelp and decided to give it a try. It's a pretty small location but in the best cozy way. They were playing old school Christmas music and made me feel right at home. You have to order at the front and the lady working was so nice and patient. We got the cheese lovers and BBQ pizza on a half and half medium size, & both were AMAZING!! The cheese pizza literally melted and exploded in our mouths in the best possible way. The BBQ pizza was really good as well, my only complaint is that it had too much onions and greens on it but it was still very yummy!! Deff will be stopping by again if I'm in the area !!! read more

A last minute search on a holiday weekend yielded a delivery disappointment from such an attractive name. The simplest two-topping pizza couldn't save this review. The pepperoni was scarce, and the mushrooms were far from plenty. The tomato sauce had a sourness I couldn't quite describe, and each slice delivered a mouthful of dryness. Next order was a takeaway on a really rainy day. Called ahead to make sure my wait would be short. Parking was scarce so i ended up taking a small space at a diagonal. Luckily my pickup time was short and i was already getting back in traffic when the Porsche in front of me thought he needed to move. Ordered the Napoli Combo medium with white instead of red sauce to up the garlic factor and it worked! Again my pizza didn't get soggy after i got it home with my ginger ale. Being allergic to yeast and someone who does not eat lactose, it makes it a bit of a challenge to find a place that has good pizza. A lot of people tend to make fun of gluten-free pizza saying that it taste like cardboard, but this particular pizza at Napoli's is so delicious and mouthwatering, and I am really impressed by the price point. It is not overpriced. Napoli Pizza Kitchen We had chicken bbq pizza. I opted out on the cilantro (not for me!). It was really tasty. Although I would have loved a little more bbq sauce. I will just ask that next time. We also got a pesto chicken sandwich with a side salad. It was pretty good. The salad dressing is really good tho! Their price is on the high end so we only order once in a long while. I only just realized there was a location at Kester & Burbank so made my first trip for takeout lunch. Got the Brussels sprouts, Italian, sausage, links, and meatballs, right off the bat. Excellent. Went back again the next day and got the meat lovers pizza, carbonara, Barata, Caprese, salad, and more of those Italian sausage links (it was my birthday weekend, don't judge!) Napoli's has become our go-to for pizza and fast Italian. Tonight we ordered via Door Dash and once again were very pleased with their consistently delicious food and excellent service. We got two large pizzas- one cheese, the other 1/2 & arugula 1/2 pepperoni; sides of mozzarella sticks and fries -- these were the lowest quality dishes, and I got a chx parm which was avg tbh. I normally order pizza here quite often and they have the best pizza! This time I stopped in for lunch and changed it up by ordering Fettuccine Alfredo and I'm more impressed than ever! Tonight we ordered the Napoli COMBO pizza with sausage, pepperoni, olives, mushroom, red onion and we substituted fresh basil for the green pepper. Pizza was DELICIOUS! We also ordered the Beet/Spinach/Feta/Mint salad with the Raspberry Walnut Vinagrette. The salad was VERY VERY fresh and very tasty. We just wont get pizza from anywhere else! There must of been 10-12 fries in the order and they were nothing special. Big rip-off. The wings all looked like they came from quadriplegic chickens that had atrophied for years. These were the smallest, measliest, most pathetic looking wings I've ever been served. Biggest rip-off I've suffered in years. You want to charge an exorbitant amount for wings, fine. But at least serve big, meaty wings like you can find most everywhere else. You can find spectacular wings in dozens of places for $1.00-$1.25 per wing. Total=$83.00 + $2.00 delivery (the most reasonable item on the menu was the delivery charge) I felt cheated for days after. Three stars because the pizza WAS excellent and although over-priced, it was a good size. The experience was two stars but the pizza was really good so I'll make it three. Literally the best egg pie (ajarakan xachapuri) that I've ever had and I've tried many. Napolis is great comfort food. We love their pizzas, appetizers, and salads. Its harder than you think to review pizzerias, because they are mostly all alike. I found a few things different, and in a good way, about Napoli's. First, we had the beet/feta/ spinach salad to be quite good and quite filling. Second, their pizza was not greasy and not over salted. And third, their egg pizza (I had egg, cheese and basturma) was fantastic. I would order that again and again. Wonderful service, a small place that had mostly food delivery drivers coming and going. One fault only, damn it was hot. Try some AC Im begging you. Between the pizza ovens, and it being summer, running to the car for some relief was not what we expected. Really solid pizza spot tucked away between Sherman oaks and van nuys. Great menu options from the apps to the egg boats. Haven't tried the egg boats yet, but I intend to.
