The Caprese Salad is amazing. A bed of Arugula with a balsamic vinegarete and little tomatoes with a big helping of soft Caprese cheese. Delicious. The vegetarian pizza is a treat with yummy artichoke hearts. My girls love the buffalo wings, too. The people answering the phones are friendly and helpful. read more

Overall, the food was quite good. I had spaghetti with meat sauce which was pretty good, and also came with garlic bread, which was...ok, in my opinion, but my mom and brother liked it more. I also got chocolate cake, which was incredible. The service was pretty good, the workers are nice. The ambiance is incredible, they have music playing and a TV (picture below) which shows what the song is called, which I think is a phenomenal idea that more restaurants should have. read more

Love their ajarski! My kids are big fans of ajarski....Not just any ajarski but one that's cooked to perfection! If you're also a fan, this place is a must! We chose to dine in during one of our visits and were pleased with the service. The place is on the smaller side but we didn't have issues with securing a table. We also often order to go and haven't been disappointed with the quality of the food. Sometimes the eggs in ajarski continue to cook when enclosed in a box, but we haven't experienced that issue with this establishment. Their ajarski is always consistent. Side note: I'm craving their ajarski as I'm writing this review! lol We haven't had the opportunity to try the other items on their menu but plan to do so! read more

We always order from Napolis when at my brothers house. The pizza is so good. Our favorites are the portobello mushroom pizza, the Basturma pizza and the Margherita pizza. I also love getting the Greek salad, the dressing is so delicious. Next time I'll try the pasta dishes to see if we like it. We always get the pizzas but not the pastas.. The customer service can be worked on, specially while taking the order. A bit friendlier will be nice. After all customers are the ones keeping the business open. read more

I had higher hopes based on reviews. Was good not great. I got the 10" pizza and a side of meatballs. Meatballs we pretty good. Pizza crust was a little dense, didn't seem fresh. I'd give it 3.5-4 stars. Just not up there with the top dogs. Lady was super nice but suggested the bbq chicken pizza and sweet hot wings (not what a purest wants to hear). Not the most well put together inside but ok for the location. The $4.25 Mexican Coke was a little high but inflation I guess. I prefer mulberry pizza just up the road a bit. read more

I've gone several times here for pasta. This time tho my pasta was not good. I thought the mushroom creamy sauce would be creamy. It was not and was seasoned too much with pepper. The chicken tenders were good tho. read more

So happy I found this place! Me and my boyfriend were craving a post movie little snack and I had strongggg craving for pizza. We had went to two different pizza places but they both looked very very mid. I stumbled across Napolis on yelp and decided to give it a try. It's a pretty small location but in the best cozy way. They were playing old school Christmas music and made me feel right at home. You have to order at the front and the lady working was so nice and patient. We got the cheese lovers and BBQ pizza on a half and half medium size, & both were AMAZING!! The cheese pizza literally melted and exploded in our mouths in the best possible way. The BBQ pizza was really good as well, my only complaint is that it had too much onions and greens on it but it was still very yummy!! Deff will be stopping by again if I'm in the area !!! read more

Pizza crust and cheese were dried out. Probably baked ahead and put in heating area to be ready for Super Bowl high demand. I can understand that but at least give people proper discount if you are planning to go that route. Not to mention I've been loyal customer since the place opened. Not cool. If I'm paying top dollar for the pizza, I'm expecting it to be fresh. read more

Was Yelp scrolling for pizza and score!!! This place was so hella delicious! Ordered the lamb sausage pizza and the chicken pesto. The lamb pizza was bomb!!!!! My boy and I First time finishing a medium size pizza at once! Not even sitting down, just stood by the pizza box on the counter devouring it. The blend of flavors truly will make this place a repeat visit. The pesto chicken was great. Also ordered the Greek salad and even blend of greens with toppings. OMG!!!!! Got a flyer the other day and loved the menu. I looked this place up on Yelp and it had excellent reviews for their pizza. Originally from New York, I have longed for any pizza that comes close to NY pizza. Well folks, I have found it! Woo hoo!!! It only took me 30 years and who knew it was so close to where I lived. The Tomato Basil pizza is the bomb!!! Perfect amount of tomatoes to basil made this pizza a 5 star review. The crust was the perfect size and for those of you who skip the crust, don't on those pie. You will never do it again if you order from Napoli's!!! Hands down the best pizza I have ever had in Los Angeles in 30 years! We ordered an Extra Large which can feed a family of 5. It was $25 and we splurged for delivery for an extra $2. FYI: It would have cost the same in gas or more to drive there and pick up. It was easy to order over the phone and the person we spoke to was very friendly which is always a plus. She told us it would take an hour and that is exactly how long it took. Feeling generous tonight, we gave our delivery guy a $6 tip and thanked him for taking the time to drop off our pizza. I opened up the box and gasped. Wow!!! It looked amazing and we were not disappointed with the taste either. DELICIOUS!!!! I am just thrilled to have found the perfect NY pizza in LA. My feet can't stop doing the "happy dance." Next time we will order a different pizza. However, to coincide with the other reviews, the "Tomato Basil" pizza is the way to go for your first order. I promise you won't be disappointed! read more

*3.5 STARS* Me and the wifey were craving some Pizza and decided to support a small business and decided to give NAPOLIS a try We picked up some food to go, not 100% sure if they're open tor dine in, since all the tables chairs were put away!! Little pricey , paid 17ish$ got a small pizza but totally has an authentic taste... fries were OKAY, nothing to die for so I would skip on them... we also tried CHICKEN FETTUCINE CARNONARA, and had a really good taste however idk if this is how they make their dish but there was no Chicken whatsoever , so that was a FAIL but good taste .. Over $50 for two 10" pies, 8 onion rings, and two cans of Coke. Pizza was horribly bland and crust was chewy. Better off with a frozen pizza. Onion rings were delicious. +1 Staff was great. +1 Will not return. Hoping for a great pizza based on the other reviews, but it's just the usual cheap crap. Bad crust (stale/soft/floppy/limp), terrible sausage, little to no sauce (couldn't even tell the difference between the "white" pie and the regular), and undercooked even though we asked for damn near burnt. read more

Was looking for a good pizza place with lots of options and I found this place! So happy I tried it. I ordered the white pizza and boy was it fabulous! I don't really like the typical pizza with red sauce so I was pleased to find they had a white pizza option! It had cheese and olive oil on it with beautifully baked crust. It was most definitely one of the best pizzas I've had. I've only tried that one pizza here but I would like to try other options as well! So many different pizza choices, pasta, salads, appetizers, etc etc! 10/10 and definitely a must try if you love good pizza! read more

Had a $19 coupon from their flyer they refused to take for a large 3 topping pizza and told me it would be $21.50, I said fine. After they tacked on their delivery charge it was $30!!!! The dough was decent, the sauce was so thin I couldn't even taste it. I got maybe 3 pieces of canton bacon on the whole pizza. What a let down. I'll never order from them again. I'm an Italian and not a dominos fan, but I would have been happier with their pizza than what I got. read more

I've been looking for a new pizza place in my area latley. Every other pizza place has something off, either the taste is great but the customer service is horrible or the customer service is great but the flavor isnt there. Fortunately for me there's Napoli's Pizza and 5 minutes away from me. I've always seen them on Yelp and for whatever reason never ordered from them. So today was the day I finally tried them and I must say ... THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT!! Amazing customer service and friendly staff with easy take out hand off process! And just as important, it was delicious!! My fiance and I ordered the meatlovers pizza with jalapenos, the chicken Alfredo pasta and a house salad. It also came with free garlic bread . And of course we ordered sides of ranch! Everything was exceptional! Flavor of the pizza was on point as well as the soft delicious crust. The chicken parmesan pasta might be the winner however! The sauce was so creamy and seasoned perfectly, almost cheesy! And the chicken on it was cooked immaculately. And the house salad was very fresh and tastey as well, great price for the large portion. I definitely will return to Napoli's pizza for my future pizza needs and I would reccomend this place to anyone who loves a good Za! I'm curious to see how other things on the menu taste! I would rate Napoli's 9 out of 10! (I know it's not a yelp rating format). The only thing that could have been improved to make it perfect is the jalapenos were a little too spicy for my taste, I ended up picking them off half way through. But that might be more of my personal preference but apparently I'm a baby . However, I asked for it to add so it's my fault. Next time I will order as is and I'm sure it'll be perfect! The brunch carbonara is my choice as I liked that it uses Arborio rice and all the elements of a carbonara but what elevated the dish was the green sauce all around the plate so you can mix it. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked and placed on top so you can imagine it soaked up on the rice. Very filling! I switched plates with my son and he also liked my order. If I were to recreate this at home I'll definitely put more bacon. In The breakfast quesadilla is also flavorful and it comes with 3 sauces. I only tasted it but we had this to go as it was also a huge serving. The drinks are good value the price. Overall experience here better than the Tarzana location (which is now closed). Note that this is a semi self service place which is why they adjusted their options for tip. We ordered via the QR code so we paid before we got the service. We left around 11:30 and the restaurant is now full and had a longer wait time.

While we were already in line paying for our order, the owner or manager approached us and informed us that outside food and drinks were not allowed because the restaurant is kosher. Although he said he would make an exception this one time, he approached us again while we were waiting outside for our food. We had chosen to sit outside because the restaurant was crowded, loud, and stuffy inside. Despite us not causing any issues, he again insisted that the smoothie could not be on the premises and began explaining that his license could be suspended due to association rules. We politely told him it wasn't a problem and decided to take our food to go. I understand businesses have policies, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational, especially considering the drink was for a toddler and we had already spent nearly $70 at the restaurant. Between the mediocre food, high prices, and rude customer service, I would not return. There are plenty of better dining options in the area.

I thank Napoli's for placing their menu on my front porch, because I've fallen in love with their large cheese pizzas, as a treat from time to time. What I especially love about their crust and sauce is they don't add a lot of extra sugar into both, like Pizza Hut does. I'm age 63 and need ways to keep my carb load down, while still getting flavor from foods I order in from time to time. The other thing I love about Napoli's is that all I have to do is give my phone number when I call and they know where to make the delivery right away, saving a lot of time when making the order. All I do is tell what I want delivered and then let them know if I'm using my credit card or paying at the door. The gals that take the phone calls are always very friendly too. Service and kindness are very important to me when I place an order over the phone, as well as the quality of the food. :-) Also, even when they say the order will take 45 minutes before delivery. Most of the time, they do it in 20 minutes. Can't beat that when it comes to service and the pizza is always piping hot too! YUM! read more

We were hungry for pizza and a quick check on yelp told us that this was the closest place so we headed on over. After looking over the menu we decided on an extra large "Meat Lovers Pizza" which includes: Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Canadian Bacon, Bacon Meatballs, and Sausage. The pizza arrived on a large elevated platter. After waiting a couple of minutes to allow the pizza to cool a bit and to snap a photo we started in. The pizza was delicious and it truly was Extra Large, we ended up bringing 4 slices home. The service was great and the employees were friendly. The one thing that kept this review from being a 5 was the "dining area" which felt like eating in a supply closet, it was hot in there too! So glad I came here for lunch! I work in the area and was looking for a new place to try. Let me start off by saying I love Italian food. I could eat pasta, lasagna, and pizza all day every day if I wasn't keen on trying to keep good health. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and oh my, it was some of the best that I've tasted. Any of the bad reviews on here must be looking for a free meal, or using 3rd party apps like Uber and Postmates. Every meal I've ever had from Napoli's Pizza is fantastic. Delivery is much cheaper when you order with them, and whenever I go to pick up my meal, the staff is always friendly and the kitchen looks happy and clean. Best pizza I've had in the valley, the spicy, bbq chicken, and tomato basil pizzas are perfect every time. Will always support Napolis through these crazy times. read more

Haven't been here before. Some friends recommended me, so I decided to give it a try. I noticed in the menu something called Ajarski, never tried before. IT WAS FANTASTIC! There were eggs in a dough, seemed there was cheese and butter. Anyways, I never thought that eggs and cheese can taste so great. The portion is very big. I also ordered French fries, but was so full that couldn't finish. Even though fries very great too. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu for sure! read more

I really have nothing good nor bad to say about some VERY AVERAGE pizza. I have generally found the hostess unhelpful (what do they do???), especially for large parties. The waitstaff seems to be regularly be "in the weeds". I think this place has so much more potential. The pizza experience was really great. The pizza was excellent. It costs more than other pizzas in the area. The pizza was delicious. The accommodation is a bit too small for a stay. I find it absurdly depressing to have to pay tips. if dining inside is not possible. For no service, the tips are disproportionate. There is no service, not even while dining in. This restaurant has NO AC. I've been here twice in the past 3 months and they never have a AC on. It's 103 degrees outside. How the heck are you supposed to eat in this place. Horrible. But I guess I should lower my expectation next time. The sauces on both pizzas were skimpy so the pizzas were allost dry. I think the flavor is there, although the overcooked bread crust overpowered whatever the sauce was trying to add to the flavor. The garlic Parmesan bread was also over cooked and it's a bit dry. The chickenwings, well, I've never seen chicken wing that small. Despite the size, it was satisfactory. My overall experience will have to be less than average. Although leaving 2 stars seems a little harsh and I do believe there's room for improvement so I'll give it an extra star and maybe communicate how I'd like for the bread to be cooked in the future.
