I ordered by phone because I wasn't able to select gluten free crust in the app, the young woman on the phone was welcoming and professional give her an A on customer service, she made me laugh but give the food a B-. The gluten free pizza crust was burnt, onion rings had no flavor to them just bland the ranch was the best part of them. The spaghetti my son loved so they get an A. Delivery was faster then expected and liked the fact that they called me when they arrived to let me know they were here (I have a closed off apartment where you need a code or key to get in, I'm new so I don't have a code yet). Overall I will be ordering again but maybe something different from their menu. read more

On a whim, checked Yelp reviews, & Napoli's was the pick. We built our own pizza which can be risky: chicken, green peppers, garlic, cilantro and we waited... & they were busy, & we waited... very, very popular place & next time we will definitely call ahead. Well - very worth the wait & they knocked it out of the park! Fresh quality ingredients, attention to detail, & elevated pizza. Quite possibly the very best pizza I've ever had. Customer service was above & beyond, kind & apologetic for delay. We ate in and it was wonderfully pleasant & charming with great music in the background. We will go out of our way to return to this amazing & delicious little pizzeria. 10/10 highly recommend. read more

This is a late review but I am taking the time to let people know that Napoli's pizza kitchen is a solid choice to provide quality pizza, pasta and salads for your next event. For the super bowl we ordered a bunch of things (which I'll discuss in detail below). The person answering the phone was super friendly and helpful. When I came to pick it up the stuff was super nice and the food was hot and ready. The jalapeño poppers and onion rings were so good. They shockingly stayed crispy and warm for a lot longer then I would've expected. I had some left over and threw them into the air fryer the next day. They were delicious. Their Greek salad was really good. Now to the meat and potatoes; the pizza. The Prosciutto Arugula Pizza (Tomato sauce, mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, organic baby arugula, prosciutto & shaved parmesan) and Lamb Sausage Pizza (Garlic oil, mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, pickled onions, lamb sausage, grape tomatoes & fresh mint.) were so good. NAPOLI'S is an excellent pizza no matter where you are. For SF Valley; it's exceptional. Although a few tables are available, it's essentially a pickup arrangement. Five stars all around. Have ordered takeout from them several times since we moved to the area and have never been dissatisfied. Classic pizza options mixed with array of incredibly tasty sides, salads and pasta dishes. We usually pair a pizza with a salad + chicken and it's always delish. If you're feeling fancy, I highly recommend the egg gondola pizzas. Their are so freaking tasty!! And I (not so) secretly love the leftovers as well. Everything I've ever tried at this restaurant has been absolutely amazing. I always use the laundromat next door and once tempted enough I give into the pizza. The pepperoni is amazing and so is the chicken alfredo pizza. This restaurant seems like the owner actually tested or made all the food before making the recipe available too. My favorites are the Chicken Parmesan ( OMG AMAZING ) ... the bbq chicken pizza ( also chicken Alfredo pizza ) and the turkey sandwich with onion rings ! Never fails . I placed an order from Napoli's through UberEats a while ago. P.s. They DO NOT seal their food, so I felt kind of uncomfortable with that. I just finished eating and it was okay. I ordered the eggplant pasta with garlic bread on the side. The pasta was good. The eggplant skin was not very soft. The garlic bread was algo good, but it didn't taste much like garlic. Overall average, in my opinion. I wouldn't order through UberEats from here again because of safety purposes, but maybe I'll stop by in person and try something else from their menu (like a pizza, since they do have awesome pizza reviews) next time. read more

The Portobello pizza is a must. They offer a wide range of toppings and specialty pizzas. Crust isn't too thick nor thin, fair sauce to cheese ratio. Friendly service every time when ordering/picking up, and their delivery estimates are oddly accurate. This is our go-to. read more

My first visit to this cute little pizza joint in Van Nuys. Super friendly staff. They have a half dozen tables for seating. I ordered the combo pizza and was assured that it was amazing. Well...it was good, but not amazing. The toppings were ok, although it had quite a bit if sausage in it, it was pretty bland.
