Worst customer service! The prices on the menu are not the same prices they charge you when ringing up your order. When I confronted the manager about it he told me he was charging the "new" price that wasn't on the menu yet. I only knew the new price because the cashier asked the manger for clarification. I explain he can't charge prices that aren't on the menu or we would leave and he told my family of 5 BYE. I wouldn't recommend eating at this dishonest business! read more

I hate to leave a 1 star review so I'll give them 2 as my BF did enjoy his pizza. I ordered Tortellini alla panna which is my go to plate here. Normally its awesome, maybe the sauce is a little off but still good. Not this trip. They were out of Tortellini (how u give out of frozen pasta I have no idea), asked for an angel hair like pasta, didn't have that. All they had was regular spaghetti pasta or penne. They have a really good cheese steak. We both loved it. Too bad we will never be able to get it again. The Mexican girl answering the phone knows no English and we are unable to order it again. Must have been a fluke the first time. The second time, we had a naked one with nothing on it! Wrong, wrong, wrong. She can't tell the difference between chicken and beef. We tried to get the cheese steak with everything on it. It's a total NO GO. Too bad. They are losing business left and right. Went today with a friend. Very well distanced, not too crowded (sorry for them, but I felt very safe). They wore masks and had plexiglass around their cash register and kitchen area. Very sweet server, and the food was good as always. I'm from NJ and this is one of the only places I will go in GA for pizza. read more

Meh. The pizza is okay. That's all my family has ever had. Prices are a little more than expected. My son and I walked in around 11 am, only one person in the waiting room and no one welcomed us. If I could leave a negative 10 stars, I would. I have been a customer of this establishment for years, originally going to the Flowery Branch location. Over the past few years, the quality of the food has been going downhill. Tonight was the final straw. Spent nearly $40 on 2 pizzas, only to arrive home and find one of my pies was burnt and had hardly any cheese or toppings on it. The bottom was black, and the top was dry and almost black as well. When I called the store to complain and ask for a refund, the manager could not be found. The person who answered asked what the problem was, I told him and he quickly "found" the manager. I reiterated my story to him, and asked for a refund, as I will not be returning to this establishment. I was told that he "could not refund my card, but will give me store credit"..no...I am not coming back!! I know that a credit card can be refunded without having the card present, especially on the same day the initial transaction was made. I was then told that the only way I could get a refund would be to bring the pizza back to prove that it was no good. Nope. Not going to be doing that. If I could rate it no stars I certainly would. I come home after 10 long hours and my husband decided to get me a chicken parmesan from this place. Never had issues before until today. The chicken parmesan had no noodles in it so my husband calls to explain the situation and the manager (Mario) had the audacity to tell my husband :"I don't believe you". I called myself to ask how you gon call a customer a liar when we trying to let them know of the issue in a normal manner and basically got called liars. Mind you, the manager was the one calling me and my husband liars, I kept trying to talk to him over the phone and he would not let me speak, kept talking over me the entire time. The cook's name is Jorge and claimed he added the noodles when he did not. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! they're rude and when THEY mess up, they call customers liars because apparently we were trying to get a "free meal" when all we wanted was to let them rude people know. Food is bad quality anyways, you're better off eating at Olive Garden. read more

It's Ok. Nothing to make a return trip to. The white pizza was good but how can you truly mess up a white pizza? The sauce on my friends pasta tasted like a bottle of premade sauce was heated up in the back. Talk about flavorless!! If I was in a mood for white pizza I would go back but I would never order anything with that horrible sauce. read more

My family's go-to pizza place. Their marinara sauce is outstanding, and should be the staple sauce on their pizza and pasta (you'll have to ask for it as they use something else). Can get a little busy on the weekends, but you can phone in your order to save time and sit down and eat inside. Ran by great people who get to know you. Can't say enough good things! read more

I go here often to get supper for my husbands crew at work on Fridays often. Last night the girl at the counter looked pissed off at the world. Turns out she got my husbands pizza wrong. Went back today with the pizza that was left, they only have 30 minutes so he had to eat something. I showed it to the woman who usually is there when I go in. Well she was awesome and offered to remake him a pizza the way it was originally ordered or supposed to be ordered. The food here is great, but they have hired some new employees who do not seem to care about customer service. I called in an order of 2 slices of pizza and a children's ravoli on Sunday. The woman who answered the phone was not friendly or welcoming. She told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in twenty minutes and she said it would be a little longer so I sat and waited. 10 minutes later, one of the cooks in the back asked if I was waiting for food. I told him what I was waiting for, and he grabbed it from the kitchen and placed it on the bar. Both items had been ready since I got there (and in my view... I just didn't know it was my food)! I asked the woman behind the counter if she realized my food was ready since before I arrived and she just said, "Yes." No apology or anything. They used to have super friendly employees and my wife and I enjoyed coming, but good food does not outweigh bad service for me.
