Very bland favor although we did enjoy the crust. Light and airy. Although we had a few different staff members who assisted with our ( 2 in our party) no refills on water. None and we were thirsty. Alcohol beverages were filled although. Restaurant was very loud and a family had a few children who screamed the entire time, nothing against the restaurant but it was very annoying. WORST EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Didn't even get a chance to try the food. My cousin arrived at 5:30, and requested a table for 6 people. Was told that it would be about an hour unless if we took a high-top. Which would be roughly 15-20 minutes. She opted for that. 6pm came and went. 6:15 came and went. At 6:30, we asked about the wait and why a bunch of other groups had been sat ahead of us when we were there prior to those groups. The hostess gave us an attitude and said, "you wanted a high top and you're a big group. Don't know what to tell you." My cousin asked why she suggested a high top and said it would be quicker but a group of 8 came in after us were seated before us. Her response was that she didn't have a timeframe as to when we would be seated and were welcome to go somewhere else. She didn't care. Can't recommend this place for their food as I didn't get a chance to try it. But DEFINITELY WOULD NOT recommend based on the poor customer service. Management needs to train their staff better. ESPECIALLY the ones working at the host counter as they are the first impression a guest receives upon entering the establishment. If they act like they can't be bothered, then customers shouldn't bother trying them out! read more

The food at Napoli is good. It's not standout, it's not terrible. There have been a few items that haven't been my favorite (their Sicilian pizza, for example -- dry, bland crust, and too few toppings), but they also have a handful of items I really like (the stuff shells -- flavorful and cheesy -- and their antipasto salad are my favorites). Pizza is good, mozzarella sticks are really good, and fried zucchini are delicious (lightly floured and crispy). My only real complaint with this place is the service. There's just NO sense of urgency with most of the wait and bar staff. They'll get to you when they get to you. I wouldn't even mention this if it weren't the norm, but the friendly server who hustles is not who you're getting here. That said, I've gone back several times and probably will go back again. Well, I FINALLY made it to the new location, only about a year after it re-opened. I stopped in for lunch today, and I thought the new building was very nice. For lunch I ordered a cup of Wedding Soup, Half of an Italian Hoagie (with Fries), and a Coke to drink. I thought the food was just O.K. The soup was pretty meh, but the hoagie and fries were decent, but not as good as I remembered them at the old location . . . not sure why. Last night I had a hankering for Italian food. We decided to give the takeout a try. We got the fried zucchini - good but why on earth does it come with thousand island??? Stuffed mushrooms - these were delicious but heavy! I ate one and was full but ooh was that one yummy! Stuffed shells - these were good. Nothing mind blowing but just a nice simple dinner that I really enjoyed. Wedding soup - really delicious! Most restaurants have wedding soup that tastes like it came out of a can. This was perfect! We will definitely go back to try more food although we will probably dine in. Their takeout containers are not microwaveable and they didn't provide any silverware or napkins (maybe you have to request them?). But I think getting it fresh would be awesome! read more

This restaurant used to be a staple but their take out hasn't been what it used to be. I ordered the CYO pasta with alfredo sauce, chicken, and shrimp. I dug through the pile of pasta only to find one little shrimp! I'm glad it was only ~$2 to add, but that was probably the most flavorful part of the meal. Alfredo sauce had no flavor, I had to add my own salt and pepper to give it any taste at all. The chicken wasn't bad, and there was a lot of that, but just wish I knew paying for shrimp would mean just one shrimp. It's hard to believe this place has been here nearly a year. The restaurant is modern and clean with three different dining rooms along with a full bar. My girlfriend and I were seated at a booth in the room with the bar. We had excellent service. We each ordered the veal parmesan with a cup of wedding soup. Your meal comes with an order of bread. We got the soup first and although it was good you could taste the pepper in it. The main course has 3 pieces of veal along with a side of spaghetti and sauce. The veal was okay. Was easy to cut into. There wasn't much sauce on the spaghetti but they were happy to bring us more upon request. Believe me you won't go away hungry from this place! You can get almost anything here from sandwiches to pizza and calzones along with full Italian entrees. Prices are reasonable. It is a bit tricky getting in and out because it appears that you could exit directly onto Rt 50 directly from the restaurant. Actually you need to go around the curb. There is a road that divides Napoli from the Sheetz which is directly across from it. This place is much more spacious than their old location and seeing how close it is to the Kirwan Hgts exit of I 79 it does great business. The good - the Stromboli was really yummy. Fresh, crunch dough with tangy sauce. The bad - the seafood bisque contains no seafood. They use fake crab and fake lobster. It shouldn't be called seafood bisque or there should be a description so you know you're getting fake seafood. And the consistency is like lumpy pudding. So not good at all! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the MANAGER Nicole Steffl at Napoli's Bridgeville restaurant. I'm writing this at 3:34 am in the morning because I woke up still very upset. Last evening my wife and I and our friend met for dinner. We have gone to both locations Napoli Washington and Napoli Bridgeville many times. My spaghetti came to the table and I asked the waitress could I please have meat sauce she looked at the untouched dish and said it does not look like they put any on but I know you ordered it with meat sauce. The waitress leaves and on her return tells me they said she would have to charge me a second time for more meat sauce that she agreed I never got. I know at this point it made no sense. We also could not believe it. So I asked for the manager Nicole Steffl and she came over very defensively and said in a very rude manner I would have to pay for more meat sauce. I said why would I pay for additional when you can plainly see there is none on it. The manager Nicole rudely and now getting louder said well we measure all of our meat sauce. I then said then I don't want it. And please give me the owners phone number. Nicole walked away laughed and said I'm not going to give you that. So over me ordering with meat sauce and not getting it and told I have to pay 3.50 more for additional they have lost two family customers. So I did not get to eat and a horrible experience still cost me $70.00 dollars at the Napoli's Bridgeville restaurant. I welcome a reply from the owners. read more

We came here for dinner last night after a day of shopping. Whenever we arrived there was a short line that quickly grew while we were waiting. There were many people complaining that they needed a front of house manager, which I would agree with. To be honest, it was chaotic. People were crammed in the front of doorway with no where to go without a waiting area. I was actually ran into by a rude woman that didn't bother to apologize. I'm assuming that she was there to pick up takeout that was by the bar area all the way in the back of the restaurant. At any rate we were seated shortly there after. They seated us in a very small booth that was in the very front of the restaurant by the doorway. I was distracted during dinner by the swinging door that apparently needed to be fixed from the sounds of it. I would have left if we weren't so hungry. Our waitress came and greeted us pretty quickly and was very nice. She was definitely the best part of my experience there. I ordered the wedding soup to start out with. I wasn't very impressed as it was very bland. My boyfriend ordered a salad and said that it was good. The bread that she served us with our soup and salad was very good. I ordered the chicken parmesan with pasta for my main course. The sauce was good. The chicken was juicy and they gave a generous portion. My boyfriend ordered the veal parmesan and really enjoyed it. He almost cleared his plate. Our waitress came to check on us several times and offered us dessert. Unfortunately, this place doesn't have a dessert menu for their customers to look at. So we ended up turning the dessert down. Overall, I feel this place has potential and would give it another try based on the food and service.
