I came back to pay another visit to the business. The lasagna has always been my go-to here. We waited until 11am for them to open but it was worth the wait. The food came out hot and ready. The gentleman who served us has always been polite and nice. He's been working here for a long time as I have been coming here for years. We made small talk and he was really friendly. He talked about the business and about upcoming new projects regarding the building. Too bad this mall has gotten really drab and slow in foot traffic. Hope they don't close down. read more

If you are going to have something on your menu you should have the ingredients to make it. Today was the 3rd time I tried to order a chicken and veggie plate and they didn't have the veggies. I am only writing 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. Besides the pizza being poor quality. My sister in law who was chewing hers noticed something was wrong and spit out literally a broken pin nail the sharp part and everything was in the pizza! Obviously we were disgusted and shocked and what made it worse was the service, the man who im assuming is the manager wouldn't belive her and was very resistant to give her a refund which he finally did after asking for all the food back and me having to come back her up, just horrible service. It could have been serious and thank God it wasn't a child eating it as her 3 year old was with us whom she almost ordered the same pizza for. Everything is relative; this location is in the food court at the South Bay Galleria, the food generally has a good taste, I normally will order a piece of the stuffed pizza or one of the pepperoni and sausage rolls they are out on the counter for display and when you pick it they toss it in the pizza oven to warm it up a little. (again warm is a relative term) sometimes the item is just barely warmed and the cheese is still a little stiff so if you like your pizza with hot and gooey cheese this is probably not the place for you. The spaghetti and other entrees are usually hotter and the sides are always good. A nice place to stop in the mall but if you can wait there are better choices in the outside world read more

This food was so tasty and delicious! I had an Stromboli for the first time ever, instead of getting a side of bread with my meatballs, and I am extremely impressed! I think I have a new favorite food for the first time in my life! It was really that good no kidding. I haven't been to the galleria in ages and due to some xmas shopping I stopped here for lunch. I definitely recommend the pizza shaped calzone-ish broccoli/spinach/cheese. They give you a hefty slice and I got mine with a small drink and it was around $6 (the going rate for lunches in that food court). It was really good, not greasy, I could tell the difference between the broccoli and spinach and the dough was yummie. I am so going to come back here and get that. read more

This place has the best food I've ever had at a mall food court. The lasagna is to die for, the pizza is always hot and fresh. and they even have beer. Napoli uses the freshest ingredients so it tastes just like my grandmothers secret recipe (she's Italian!!!) I was visiting for Christmas Holiday so I've only been twice (in one week! It's that good!) But next time I'm in town I will definitely be back to savor the dank flavors once again :--) P.S. The lasagna is the bees knees and a MAJOR key to success. I been coming to this mall for a while and I love to eat spaghetti but there is one thing that this napoli pizza I been noticing that the manager of this place they charge quite a bit and they are very cheap when you ask them for some parmesan cheese....the employee said to me they can not give me more cheese because the manager has told them not to give to customers when they ask for more am sure many people feel the same I dont eat satisfy at all To bad there is no sbarro pizza near by. read more

The lasagna is very good. This and the Mongolian place on the opposite side of the food court are the only two places I ever eat at the south bay galleria mall. I do however think it's a bit pricey but it definitely is worth the taste and freshness of the food that they serve. The workers and the owner are also very friendly. read more

This place is probably the best in the food court! It's also a Blue Zones restaurant which I think is pretty cool (meaning that their food meets a certain standard of health/nutrition). Well I am only reviewing this place based on their amazing lasagna. I am very particular about lasagna and their spinach (vegetarian) one was awesome! Seriously, it's the best food at the mall. Not very many healthy food options in a food court but this place has got them. Their barbecue pizza is super good too, that's what I usually get in between shifts. Their pizza is made fresh daily too so you know you're not eating gross preservatives. We ordered through post mates to try a new pizza place. We ordered our favorites. BBQ chicken and my hubby's favorite, pepperoni with bacon. The chicken was inedible fatty thigh meat. I found a piece of steak on my slice. I don't eat red meat. We had to pick all the bacon off his pizza because it was just soft bacon fat chunks, not crispy. First of all you have to remember that this is Mall Food, which my expectations are not very high. I've been eating here for many years and the food has always been delicious! I usually get the eggplant parmigiana with a side of pasta and marinara sauce. Went there last evening for a quick bite and couldn't believe the difference in the taste of this food! Are they under new ownership?? Who is preparing this food?? There wasn't any eggplant, but could have been the time of day and perhaps they were sold out. So, I decided on spaghetti with marinara sauce!! So disappointed by the lack of flavor!! Where was the garlic and spices that always made this so good?? Even with the addition of basil and extra parmigiana cheese this dish lacked flavor. The little round piece of garlic bread was also a big disappointment for it too lacked an essential ingredient. Where is the garlic?? Bland and tasteless dry bread I can get anywhere!! This used to be a tasty quick bite while shopping at the South Bay Galleria, but next time I'm making another choice!
