Tables are close together and there is indoor and outdoor seating. There is a wine bar section. The salad was great - plenty big to split between 2. The margarita pizza crust was completely soaked in olive oil. Service oscillated between super attentive and nowhere to be found.

GF Sweet cheeks pizza, goat cheese instead of provolone blend

Napolese is my go to for a unique pizza experience! They rotate their menu seasonally so there's always something new to try! We were fortunate to stop in when they had just updated their menu! Our server was very helpful and funny. I can't have cheese or gluten so pizza sounds like a funny option, but the GF "sweet cheeks pizza" was delicious! I got goat cheese instead of the provolone blend and it paired well with the sweet potato shavings, Jowl bacon and balsamic! My husband had the normal "sweet cheeks pizza" and loved it! Make sure you stop in before this seasons menu is gone.

10/10 date night spot!! Very cozy, low lights, and a smaller sized establishment. I've been to the one inside of the fashion mall many times, but this was my first time coming to this location. I think this is my favorite! We had a reservation but decided to sit at the bar-top. Sometimes when you sit at the bar-top you have a completely different experience. I can't remember the bartenders names but they were such chill guys, asked to snap a picture for me and my fiancé and ended up purposely taking one of themselves first lol. Drinks: I ordered a glass of Chianti and then tried the Sangiovese recommended by one of the bartenders. My fiancé ordered the godfather cocktail which was bourbon based. We enjoyed both! Food: We always split a pepperoni and jowl bacon pizza. Soooo good. However, I suggest ordering your own pizza and taking home leftovers!

They have a really nice patio and I love that you get olives at your table. Don't skip out on the Caeser salad- it's amazing! Their pizza is thin and floppy so be prepared for that style.

We went to dinner on Saturday night. We did make a reservation but it looked like there was plenty of open tables without a reservation. We wanted to sit outside, so we figured it was better safe than sorry! We were seated right away. Service was quick and friendly! Our waiter did a great job making recommendations and answering questions about the menu. Drinks were great! They had a lot of refreshing choices for the spring/summer menu. One of the great things about Napolese is there are always new things to try since their menu changes seasonally. Our food came up quickly and was very tasty. We ordered the baked goal cheese which was amazing. The bread they served with it was wonderful! We ordered the Cacio de Pepe pizza to share. Can't wait to see what the summer menu brings. The hostess said the spring menu ends in a week or two.

We had such a great time on a Thursday night. We sat in one of the corner tables and it was perfectly quiet! Our service was impeccable. We weren't bothered but were checked in on a great amount. We were able to try some wine before committing - it was fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about napolese pizza, their crust is insanely good. The sizes of the pizzas are great... but this smoked salmon pizza totally blew me away. There were big chunks of salmon on it and it tasted great... I'll probably order it every time i come!

    Classic pizza from Napolese

We ordered the classic and even asked for extra pepperoni. Imagine asking for extra pepperoni and each slice having an average of 1.5 slices per...After we engaged in some disappointment math, the pizza had to be reheated in our oven since it was so cold. CLASSICally disappointed! As is the case with Napolese, I will spend my money from here on out at a classic pizza institution such as Diavola.

We came here on a Sunday night and were seated right away. The hostess was nice and our server, Jonathan, was fantastic - great customer service! We both eat gluten free and were pleased to see how many gluten free options they had on the menu. Our server recommended a fantastic wine to go with the meal as well- the wine was so good we had to get a picture of the bottle & find it for ourselves! It was a "Monteverro Verruzzo" - a nice red blend for the meal! For our appetizer, we got the gluten free cheese bread. Fantastic flavor and went well with the marinara dipping sauce. We split the brussels sprout salad as well which was a huge portion and plenty to share. Lastly we had the fennel and fowl pizza. All items were delicious and personally, one of the better gluten free foods I have had! Great wine, pizza, and customer service- we will definitely be back!

We went to Italy in June... visiting here we agreed a bit of Italy came to us. We started with Aperil Spritzers... something we had with family in Marcollo before most meals. Then we chatted over a salam-meat and cheese board with aged prosciutto and salami. Both good and coupled with olives and aged Parmesan chunks. We got a Buratto and Arugula salad as an appetizer to share and I think it was freshly made Buratto cheese with little oil and pepper it was delightful. We came for the Wood Fired Pizza... we saw pictures from Yelpers and we were so happy with results. Margherita, Cacio è Pepe and a freestyle with white sauce, provolone and prosciutto was ordered and coupled with Chianti (Tuscany) and Barberra (Peidmont). Pizza... it's all about the crust. It needed little on top. "If the dough is good, you don't hide it..." chef in Appian way told us. The dough and execution was spot on. Dough is strong but light. The surface has a bit of cracker break when you bite into it and the balance melts into your palate. My Cacio e Pepe was similar to the pasta dish with Guanciale pork salty simple goat cheese and bonus roasted artichoke hearts to complete the pie. The Margherita red sauce was tart and bold with mozzarella and basil. Simple and flavorful. We sat outside as music was a bit loud inside, but the staff was very accommodating and the evening was so nice. Molto bene!

All I can say is YUM! We have driven by here many times but have never stopped in. This will definitely be a place we will be back to. Our service was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the Caesar salad and it was good but could have used a bit more dressing. The prosciutto sandwich was also good but their pizza is the item to get! The Margherita pizza was SO fresh. Our favorite was the cacio e Pepe pizza. We were a bit skeptical as it had corn on it but i promise it is AMAZING! Nothing but a great experience at Napolese.

I was in Keystone Crossing, Indiana for a work trip. The Fashion Mall was 5 mins walk from where I stayed. I decided to try this artisanal pizza spot, and I was not disappointed. Service was great, pizza was yummy. They have outdoor seating which I enjoyed as the weather was perfect. This was first time eating pizza with a heavy portion of arugula, and I loved it.

This place is all wine, all the time. I'm not even sure they offer any other adult beverage! As a consummate wine fiend, I didn't even consider any other kind of drink, because I don't need any other adult beverage other than wine, you feel me? I love Solely's commitment to wine. They have wine to drink, and also, the walls are lined with bottles of wine. Just don't touch them! If you see an interesting bottle, don't take it off the shelf. Just tell the people at the counter about the bottle you're interested in, and they will help you. I wasn't in the market for a full bottle of wine during my visits -- just a glass. Solely Wine specializes in "unique, low-intervention wines from passionate small producers," according to their website. So whether you buy a bottle or get a glass, you know you're drinking a thoughtfully chosen wine. I had a glass of the Grenache Syrah blend and the Cab Franc, mostly because I rarely see these kinds of wines offered in the wild. They were both delicious! My only comment is that the pour is very small. The Cab Franc especially felt like it was maybe 4 ounces! I have weighed my wine at home, so I know roughly what a typical wine pour (5 ounces) looks like, and this felt like slightly less. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my wine! And the ambiance is killer. During the day, Solely is a cool place to grab a glass of wine and hang out. It's super close to the Monon Trail, too, so you can just bop over and get a cheeky drink. During the nighttime, the lights are lowered and the ambiance is very romantic and intimate. A great place for a solo drink, and a great place for a romantic date night.

I also love that they're connected to an art gallery, it really adds to the overall experience. I came here for a Yelp event and had an amazing time. Inside, the space is peaceful and inviting, with comfortable seating, games to play, and lots of natural light and live plants that create such a relaxing vibe. The owner was incredibly helpful. I wanted to try a wine flight, and she guided me through selecting options based on my preferences. The wine flight comes with four glasses and is about $24, which felt a little on the expensive side. They accept cards and also have a rewards system (which I definitely signed up for). There's a wide variety of wines, from dry to sweet, so there's something for everyone. I really enjoyed my flight. There was one red (Gamay) that wasn't my favorite since I tend to prefer sweet to semi-sweet wines, but I've been trying to expand my palate, which is why I love the option of flights. It also said it paired well with pizza, so maybe if I was eating that, it would be better. I enjoyed browsing their wine selection for purchase. I really admire how everything is well organized and easy to explore. They sell Stellar pretzels which I've had before and are so good, but solely had cinnamon dolce flavor that I never had before, neither had Kiara, so she bought some and I got to try the them (thank you Kiara!), they tasted just like a churro, so delicious, like a dessert! I can definitely see myself coming back here with friends or even just to enjoy the space and unwind. Such a great vibe overall.

Keagan Fife (Manager) - A team player, receptive to feedback and conscientious. We had a issue while there and he was able to step in and problem solve with me and come up with a solution that really won us over. We had a moment where it was feeling a bit "why did we come here" but his customer service exceeded expectation. That's good management. (He's the gentleman in the video below.) Let's get the negative out the way 1st. The first waitress asked if we wanted anything to drink. I told her we hadn't received menus. She came back sat them down and walked away. We never saw her again. A new waitress came and she seemed pleasant enough. Once we were all seated she began to take our orders. She made a point to say she needed to write it all down or she was get it mixed up. She then did not write anything down. Our food came out extremely slow but that wasn't a huge deal because we all were mingling. A lot of her team had to step in and deliver our food, give drinks, check on us etc. She was pretty non existent. Two of the ladies never received food. This was after we had been there for 2 hours and everyone else had received their items. At the end when we asked for our check they were all mixed up and confused. The waitress then blamed us for adding things and moving around. We never moved once and she only came around the one time when she originally took our orders. We never got a chance to add things. (it was quite comical that she tried to say that) I ended up asking for manager because she seemed overwhelmed and a bit bias about our group. Assuming that we wouldn't want one check and splitting them because she figured we would want it that way and then blaming us because she did it when we never asked for split. There rule is parties over 8 have to have 1 bill and we never asked for an exception. There was just her assumption that a group of black women wouldn't want to do that. (I digress) There were a few more things but I will end it there. That was the big negative. Now the positive!!! Ambiance 10/10 - great views, great music, great location, umbrellas on roof were great although a but wobbly and scary. Also, they come around with complimentary sunglasses while dining. I thought this was a nice and luxurious touch! Food 8/10 - most food received was delicious Service 9/10 - everyone except for our server was great! Everyone who pitched in to help was awesome! Ended up tipping a different server who basically helped us the whole time. Bless his heart because I know he was super busy. As stated above management handle the situation well. I would definitely go back! I try to give people a chance. I think our server may have been overwhelmed and had a past experience that left her bias against our group but hopefully she can grow and get better. Her actions don't reflect the restaurant as a whole! Go and enjoy the vibes and views!

All this and more can be yours when you visit Wine & Rind. At least, all that and more was mine when I visited. This is my ideal restaurant: wine focused, with a succinct menu of beautifully presented and thoughtfully created food. Plus, it's located right off the Monon Trail in Midtown Carmel, so it's a prime space for people-watching. This little restaurant is a great place to get a charcuterie platter, but I was feeling like bruschetta when I visited, so I ordered the Bruschetta Sampler, which is plenty for two people. It comes out like artwork on a wooden platter: five beautiful bruschetta toasts consisting of traditional tomato; fig and bleu cheese; capocollo and a herbed ricotta; blueberry and lemon ricotta with sugar sprinkled on top; and strawberry and cannoli cream with balsamic. The last one (strawberry and balsamic with cannoli cream) was surprising and might have been my favorite, because it tasted like cheesecake. I love being surprised! I also ordered the caprese salad, which was a wonderfully tasty platter of tomato, mozzarella, basil, pesto, olive oil, balsamic glaze and Maldon salt. It was so fresh and light. Another surprise: It was sprinkled with sprouts! I would have never thought to add that to a caprese, but it 100% worked. The service here is top-notch. The server was super nice and attentive, but also disappeared and only reappeared when necessary. Wine & Rind is a Carmel gem! It was made with leeks/root vegetables and forbidden rice - absolutely delicious and very earthy! I was so pleased with just those two items, I could've stopped there and had a perfect experience. We both ordered the mapo tofu - and it was not like mapo tofu you'd get at a korean/chinese restaurant. It wasn't a saucy dish at all - in fact, it was intentionally dry - practically charred. It included rice cake which was interesting. I appreciated the charred/crispy texture with the chewy inside. I wouldn't order it again but if you like textured, spicy dishes you might enjoy it. Luke offered to get us something else but we were already full, so we declined. He also gave me a complimentary blueberry sorbet which was delicious and sooo fresh, and wished me a happy birthday! It was very delicious and necessary to rinse the palate. We had a great time and can't wait to come back when the patio opens up - we loved their mission to assist with providing job opportunities for autistic adults, too. It's a great restaurant with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and phenomenal service.

To be in the Peace Possey of Peace Water Winery? 100% worth it! First of all, I don't like most Indiana wine because it's way too sweet. PWW wine is all from California! It's right up my alley, and the benefits of the Peace Possey make it a monthly date night PLUS a bargain on a bottle of delicious wine. There are multiple locations, but the Mass Ave location is the favorite for my introverted self. The vibe is more relaxed and quiet, and that gives the staff a chance to be a lot more attentive. Their pours are generous and their conversation is easy. We go every month. It's worth it!

Each time I've been the employees are kind and helpful. On my recent visit my friends and I went in for a tasting. They offer mainly dry wines, which aren't my favorite, but it was still enjoyable. They do have one sweet wine that is amazing. I love the location. It's an easy place to pop into if you're on Mass Ave. The decor is super cute and feels homey to me.
