The matcha was high quality, very rich and strong. The cream added a nice sweetness, but it wasn't overall sweet or bitter either. The taste was good but here are my two issues that made this a 3 star rating instead of a 4 star rating- 1) Price is a little steep at $15. 2) If I am going to pay $15 for this product I want it to be really good and not just pretty good.
