We had such a great experience at NFB today. Our server Alyssa was so friendly and professional and the food was wonderful! We wanted to try a few different things on the menu and everything we tried was great. The meatballs were my husband's favorite and I loved the chicken vegetable soup and the Italian chicken wings. It's been a couple of years coming here but worth a return after hurricane Ian made landfall! There was something for everyone in our family. While visiting family in Naples, FL, we happened upon this little gem. We were kindly greeted by the hostess at the door. I quickly noticed all the craft beer taps they had. Wow! A ton. You are able to choose and pour your own brew. What a cool concept. They also have a full bar with a amazing selection of bourbons. The menu has something for everyone. From flatbreads to burgers. Pizza is really good, didn't get a chance to take a picture. Their website for reservations might throw you off. I would suggest coming by even if the website says you can't get a reservation. We just walked in without one and got seated immediately, it was empty, we went yesterday just before their trivia started. read more

We began coming to NFB when moving to the area a few years ago. We continue to return because of the service. We are frequently served by Kyle and Gabby at the bar. Not only are the drinks spot-on, but Kyle and Gabby also remembered preferences and anticipated what guests needed. They are great about providing suggestions based on the likes of the customer. Their Spinarti flatbread was pretty good. Not a whole lot of flavor except for the artichokes. Everyone thought that their flatbreads were just okay (which coming to a place with flatbread in the name, we were hoping to be wow-ed). Maybe it was what we ordered (The Spinarti and Bistecca flatbreads). The Bistecca flatbread was our least favorite!! Not a whole lot of flavor, so I appreciated the Spinarti after trying that one. All in all, left feeling a little disappointed but would maybe try again. read more

We were looking for a new place to try after church and stumbled upon NFB. The brunch was so delicious!!! I started with a cup of coffee with Bailey's Irish cream. The coffee was so smooth and had an amazing flavor. No bitterness at all. I chose the NFB avacado toast, made with Multigrain bread toasted with EVOO, topped with their house made avocado mash, arugula, tomato bruschetta, and balsamic glaze. This was simply devine!!!! It is quite honestly the best Avacado toast I've ever had. My husband opted for the Santa Fe breakfast burrito, made with scrambled eggs, fiesta, veggies, cheddar cheese and sour cream, and salsa on the side. It also came with a side of hashbrowns. Cool place with lots of selections with flatbread, pizza and beers. There's plenty of indoor dining space as well as outdoor. We tried a specialty flatbread and margarita pizza and both were outstanding! We also ordered the Italian wings thinking something so unique should be good, but unfortunately it wasn't for us. Dusty faske plants, floors with soda straw wrappers on the floor from the previous nights service, etc. I returned there with a friend yesterday for lunch and found it be be bright, happy and CLEAN!!! The server was so pleasant and made conversation easily, something I truly like that seems in short supply these days. Not enough to hold her from other tables but "how is your day" kind of chitchat. I found the Honey Habanero Chicken sandwich with a little Cesar side sald to be both quite enough for lunch. Endless refills of our iced tea (without asking) was a treat. This was a cute restaurant with nice outside seating to match the inside. The staff was friendly and welcoming, we did not have to wait long to be seated or to order. I really wanted to like the meal, the idea of a stuffed burger sounds good but due to how it has to be cooked it took away from the taste. The burger was overcooked which I was warned it would be really well done, there wasn't a balance in flavors, I mostly tasted pesto and meat. It was very dry going down, there was no way to add tomatoes and other burger dressings due to how it is cooked, it maybe would have helped. Nice experience. Wasn't too busy. Service was very attentive and quick. Drinks came out almost immediately. The ladies did a share of a Captiva Salad and Hawaiian Pizza. They split the salad for them (bringing it out in 2 bowls) - very nice. I had the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos (I've been on a Taco streak lately) and I stole a slice of pizza. The food was very good. Have been here twice thus far, and have eaten inside and outside. Both times, the service was very good and prompt. There is also a wall beer tap with a large selection. I picked up a power bowl. I should have ordered the small. However, the regular size lasted for 4 meals and still tasted fresh after a few days. It held up well considering arugula was included. Also had the beet flatbread but the sauce was a little bit sweet for me. I have eaten here several times over many years. I can't say I've ever been really disappointed. Food is decent, but service is terrible. Spent 10 minutes after sitting down being ignored by all of the servers. One server finally stopped to help us, but communicated nothing to our actual server when she arrived. Took 15 minutes to get our first drinks - water and martini. Had to get up and get our own water after waiting for a while later in the evening. Our second drink - a Long Island Iced Tea - showed up after we had completed both our meals. We had the spinach artichoke dip, shrimp flatbread, and California flatbread. Dip and shrimp were good, but Cali wasn't as good as the others. Check arrived incorrect on multiple accounts, but by that point we were so ready to leave that we just asked to have the biggest issue fixed. Table behind us must not have been having a good meal either because they are having the manager come over to discuss any issue. Order takeout and skip the poor service. Went out for a girls day brunch, arrived to this restaurant at 11:45. Ordered bottomless mimosas for all four of us. Per the menu it stated brunch menu til 1. It was around 12:55-1:00 and we were wanting to request our last mimosa as we were ready to leave. We did not see our server again until 1:16 and were told that we could no longer order a mimosa as it was past time. I requested to order one more for the table as it had only been 15 min and we were not informed that once 1:00 hit we would NO longer be able to order one. We were told by our server he could no longer access it in the system to order us another one. At this time we requested to speak to a manager. Gabby the manager came up to the table without greeting us, introducing herself by name or anything. The only reason we knew her name was because of our server after asking him. Gabby said "it's in big bold letters you should've looked at the bottom of the menu" i stated to the server that we only wanted one more and we couldn't find our server. She insisted she charge us $6 more for one more and that we had "plenty of time for bottomless in one hour". The server could have let us know by 12:30-12:50 if we wanted to order one more. For managers to treat customers which such ignorance and to then walk away from a table after we informed her that we were not told of this information she walked away. Customer service should be a managers priority if you are going to take that position, and to treat customers with the disrespect that Gabby did was disgusting. I will not be going back to this location. The girls and I enjoyably loved spending time together with our 3 mimosas. The correct responses would've been an apology or "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" but rudely walking away from a table was unprofessional. Customers should be treated equally respectfully or informed of the policies in a proper way. read more

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting from the moment you walk in and hear the ear melting tune of Dua Lipa to when you are served undercooked flatbread with somehow dry crust. The only saving grace of this sinking ship is the sweet waitress who served me, and she looked almost apologetic when she placed the shit pile of food before me.
