More of a Friday night with the family or very casual first date (bc it's quiet enough to talk, and you can walk the mall after). I picked up a power bowl. I should have ordered the small. However, the regular size lasted for 4 meals and still tasted fresh after a few days. It held up well considering arugula was included. Also had the beet flatbread but the sauce was a little bit sweet for me. I have eaten here several times over many years. I can't say I've ever been really disappointed. The power bowl will definitely be a repeat order. Maybe hold the sauce on the flatbread. Both items were ready on time and delivered to my car. Will continue to patronize this joint. read more

I've been here twice before I moved to the area, but now that I live here I will be going often. Both times I got tacos which were amazing and come with a side of chips and salsa. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices aren't too bad either! Definitely try this place out next time you're at the mall! read more

Large selection of drafts behind the bar and a wall with 54 drafts. Happy hour is excellent and lots of healthy options too. Their wings are great. Baked not fried and great pizza too. Lots of choices also. Service and bartender was great when I went. Went with my wife and she is someone who likes nice places. She liked this restaurant a lot. I tried this for lunch. I got a meatball sub. Meatball subs are usually good so it is a safe bet for me. This one was a little better than your typical one. The meatballs were light. Went out for a girls day brunch, arrived to this restaurant at 11:45. Ordered bottomless mimosas for all four of us. Per the menu it stated brunch menu til 1. It was around 12:55-1:00 and we were wanting to request our last mimosa as we were ready to leave. We did not see our server again until 1:16 and were told that we could no longer order a mimosa as it was past time. I requested to order one more for the table as it had only been 15 min and we were not informed that once 1:00 hit we would NO longer be able to order one. We were told by our server he could no longer access it in the system to order us another one. At this time we requested to speak to a manager. Gabby the manager came up to the table without greeting us, introducing herself by name or anything. The only reason we knew her name was because of our server after asking him. Gabby said "it's in big bold letters you should've looked at the bottom of the menu" i stated to the server that we only wanted one more and we couldn't find our server. She insisted she charge us $6 more for one more and that we had "plenty of time for bottomless in one hour". The server could have let us know by 12:30-12:50 if we wanted to order one more. For managers to treat customers which such ignorance and to then walk away from a table after we informed her that we were not told of this information she walked away. Customer service should be a managers priority if you are going to take that position, and to treat customers with the disrespect that Gabby did was disgusting. I will not be going back to this location. The girls and I enjoyably loved spending time together with our 3 mimosas. The correct responses would've been an apology or "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" but rudely walking away from a table was unprofessional. Customers should be treated equally respectfully or informed of the policies in a proper way. read more

What an extremely pleasant surprise to find in a large outdoor outlet mall! I normally associate mall restaurants with icky chains like Outback or Applebee's, but although Naples Flatbread has multiple locations I would never lump it in with the above mentioned places. Service was excellent - very friendly, knowledgeable and just the right amount of attentive. They have happy hour every day of the week, which means half priced glasses of wine from 4-7. I had a perfectly crisp and sweet Sauvignon Blanc and my mom chose the Riesling. We split two flatbreads - the Zesto Pesto (chicken, asiago, mozzarella, red pepper, caramelized onion, garlic, sundried tomato pesto and balsamic) and the Hey Jerk (pulled pork, mozzarella, bacon, pineapple, coconut, caramelized onion, peppers, Caribbean jerk sauce and balsamic). I can't even decide which one I liked better; both were outstanding with fun ingredients and great flavor. I would definitely recommend Naples Flatbread and will return to sample more flatbreads. Came here a couple of times and both times were different. The first time i had a chicken Caesar salad and it was fantastic!!! My coworker recommended to come here for lunch when we were in the area. I have been to Miromar many many times but never stop to try this place out. I am glad that we did because it was Taco Tuesday and we got a free taco when we ordered two. I had the jerk chicken, bang bang shrimp and NFB tacos. The NFB was recommended by the waitress after I decided the two others. And it turned out to be better than I expected. It had lots of shrimps and they went well with the Guacamole. Taco Tuesday special was a good deal as the tacos were good size and loaded up with tasty toppings. I will come back to give other items a try next time. read more

Went for lunch yesterday with a girlfriend and we shared the meatballs appetizer and a California club flatbread. We thought the meatballs were outstanding! Delicious flavor and lots of marinara sauce and ricotta cheese. It also had wedges of their flatbread served on the side. The flatbread had lots of avocado and chicken on top plus other ingredients. Always had good food and good service there but last night I had occasion to try the Philly cheesesteak at about 8 PM. Don't do it! Meat and bread were cold and it was topped by a yellow pasteurized cheese spread. Difficult to get through half of it. Very simple dish to have it come out so poor. Overpriced food: more than $10 for flatbread/personal pizza, $5 for a single taco, what right do you have to charge these prices? Flavorless food, bland and soggy "egg rolls", disgustingly thick panini bread, chicken wings with nondiscript sauce (I ordered bang-bang, and it is a far cry from bonefish's bang-bang sauce), and god-awful overcooked pizza that Gordon Ramsay would spit out. We stopped here while shopping at the outlets. Typically food at the outlets has been disappointing, so I had low expectations. They have great lunch combos of salad and sandwiches. We were seated quickly and the food came out promptly as well. I ordered the combo of the turkey and brie pannini with Captiva salad. Both were delicious and very fresh. We each took a slice and asked that the remainder be warmed. When it came back, it wasn't much warmer but the toppings were burnt. While the waitress offered to have a new one made, we declined. Our server Striker (sp?) was a cool straight shooter who gave us some good help navigating the menu. The beer was also good and cold, so no complaints. But then we ordered food. Chips and salsa are not a good option for appetizer, especially when you get a plate full of Tostito crumbs and a cup of old El Paso salsa for 8 bucks. That was a joke. But not judging the place on a terrible app. The flatbread just wasn't good. I got the Cali Club and was pretty let down, despite hearing that it was one of the most popular flatbreads. It was just bland and messy, devoid of much flavor while somehow having seemingly flavorful ingredients. Head scratcher. Not from Florida, but also wouldn't consider returning if I was. read more

The wine special for happy hour are very aggressive and a great deal compared to most places in the area. For appetizers we had the the spinach dip, Mac-n-cheese bits, and Ahi Tuna.
