We had the absolute pleasure of working with Stacy and David for a family birthday celebration in Sonoma, four nights over the course of a week. It truly was an experience that far exceeded expectations; my taste buds are still writing thank-you notes. Every dish was seasoned to perfection--balanced, flavorful, and layered in a way that felt both comforting and elevated. On top of the food magic, Stacy was an absolute dream to work with. Easygoing, communicative, and so accommodating it almost felt like we were the picky celebrities and they were the calm professional nodding with, "of course, no problem." Timing tweaks, menu adjustments, special requests--you name it, they handled it with grace. I didn't make it easy on them - I brought in comics, Magians, and violinists to elevate (and challenge) every dinner. What impressed me most was their flexibility and accommodation--whether it was adjusting timing, tailoring the menu, or honoring special requests, nothing ever felt like a burden. Instead, they made the whole process feel seamless and enjoyable. The result was experiences that were not only exquisite, but evenings where we could relax and savor every moment.
