We had a party Saturday, and NVC took care of everything. It was so nice to not have to worry about drinks, appetizers, cleanup. All taken care of, and the servers and cooks couldn't have been nicer or more professional. And everything was top notch. Our guests all raved about the food. Sue was super great to work with too. We highly recommend NVC. read more

I found this trailer on the corner of 1st street and Silverado trail rd. In Napa ca. 94558. They highly recommended calling the number for location as they were not sure how long at this location.(408) 375-0328. What a nice surprise a trailer that isn't a taco truck. It's a small trailer packing a lot of flavor. Avertiszements were for a prime rib cheese sandwich. I was delighted to be greeted with a friendly positive attitude and in this time of isolation it's needed. The sandwich comes in a 4 inch for $7.50 and a 8inch for $15.00. Quality bread, great quality cheese, medium quality meat which is saying a lot for a food truck as most have low quality gristle. The onions and peppers melded together perfectly, they don't hold back on the amount of ingredients. Juicy meat the hole thing made my mouth water with each bite. I was worried I was drooling and kept wiping my mouth lol. I have had some steak sandwiches this by far was the best. My only complaint was the bread needed more toasting or a different bread as within 3 minutes it was soggy with that juicy goodness. As a side note if the business owners see this find space to relocate onto soscol between Wallmart and the tracks you will make a killing. read more

I recently had an event that required me to find a cater in Napa. I emailed NVC and Sue contacted me right away. She handled every question with patience and professionalism. My husband and I changed on minds 5-6 times on what we waited. I can only image the extra work we added. Fast forward 9 months to the night of, everything was on point ! Every guest enjoyed their meal. We were so grateful everything went without any issues. Everything we spoke about was done exactly how we spoke. Let me also add I live in South Florida, Sue added a calmness that helped me with the planning. Do yourself a favor, call Sue and know she will make the entire process easy and stick to her word. She wants you have the best night and will make sure you are happy. The food was amazing. Highly recommend, 5 stars is not enough for this company and employee read more

Sue and her team catered our week-long company team retreat. They did a truly incredible job. They took amazing care of us. They juggled different eating requirements, helped to clean and put out snacks. By the end of the week they were part of the team! Thanks again Sue et al! read more

I cannot recommend Napa Valley Catering enough! My husband and I got married at Cline Cellars at the beginning of June and used them for our event. It was a destination wedding so we were nervous to find vendors and work with them remotely without meeting face to face. Sue was so amazing and easy to work with throughout our entire process. She made sure to include everything we wanted and then some!! We were lucky enough to be able to travel for a tasting before the wedding in which she made us all of our dishes before hand in a private tasting setting. I have never heard so many compliments or exclamations about wedding food. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. There was also no shortage of food! Sue was also able to accommodate our crazy request for an ice cream sundae bar which really made the evening! Not only was Sue herself great to work with but her staff was amazing as well. The servers were extremely attentive and never let anyone sit without food, water, or beverage of their choice. If you are getting married in wine country do not hesitate to hire Sue and the Napa Valley Catering company. I promise you will not be disappointed :) read more

The first thing about this amazing truck I have to comment on is the amazing customer service. The woman running the truck was very helpful and extremely nice to talk to. She suggested getting the Prime Rib Philly that was advertised on the truck itself. The second thing I have to say is the sandwich she made was simply the best Philly style sandwich I've ever had. There was a generous amount of meat and cheese in the sandwich. The reason why I say this was the best is because the meat was high quality perfectly cooked and Toped with just the right amount of high quality melt cheese serve on a good quality bread. I did find the bread soaked up the juices quite quickly and became a bit soggy but amazing nonetheless. The only thing I would want different is more customers fore this gem of a truck. read more

Napa Valley Catering did a fantastic job for our outdoor event last month! Our decor and equipment arrived late to the venue and the catering crew didn't hesitate to help us set up so we could get things moving. The food was phenomenal (still dreaming of that fried chicken slider and some of the best salad options!) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them for any type of event. read more

Sue did a really great job. She listened to all of our requests, no matter how crazy they were, and she always had a can-do attitude! She was so patient about all of my questions and constant menu revisions, had great ideas about how to make a wedding for 120 people work in a small, split-level yard, and handled all of the rentals, which was a huge load off my back. The food was all really beautifully presented - not just in trays, but on beautiful platters, and was delicious. Everyone really loved everything - all of the feedback we got from our guests (some of whom have catering experience) was positive. We just wished there was more of it so we could have late night left-overs! ;) read more

Words cannot describe about how happy i was with Napa Valley Catering. I worked with Sue Catanese and she was soooo helpful and responsive and accommodating. A total plus for this originally calm and organized but then frantic and stressed out bride! The food tasting was absolutely wonderful. We met with 4 different caterers and while all were great and had their pluses, NPV stood out the best. Great food, great pairings, and really reasonable prices. Every single dish we tried was amazing. It was hard to narrow down my choices for my 2 entrees and 4 appetizers. We did the tasting at our wedding venue, the Jacuzzi Family Vineyards, which was cool because we got to experience how it would flow. Sue was very accommodating to my requests, such as food presentation, additional appetizer options, my mini donut machine, adjusting the rental order, and moving the actual rental items around during the wedding (like our cocktail tables from the cocktail location to the dancing location so that it can be reused and i did not have to rent more/extra). Little things like this made it extra special. Communication was key and she was very responsive to all my emails and changes. She even thought of the little things and prepared sparkling cider and juice boxes for the kids which they were very grateful for! The wedding consisted of 60 guests total. The food was fresh, moist, delicious, and as good as i remembered during our tasting. A lot of my guests complemented us on the food, they enjoyed it all. Food timing was great, and the dishes were served warmed. Thank you Napa Valley Catering for all your hard work! You worked really well with the wedding team i put together (Wedding Planner, Rental Company, Venue, DJ etc), and the event would not have been successful without all of you guys. Tasting was in March 2015, wedding was in August 2015. read more

Napa Valley Catering, they are just so amazing! They catered my wedding on Treasure Island. Suzanne Cantanese and her crew did everything. I mean she handled everything from making appoints for rentals; coordinate with her staff and rental company for the decor; suggested serving amount for guests, serving time for food and setup to make it more roomier. I'm at lost for words to describe the knowledge she has. Sue is very knowledgeable when it came to Weddings. I highly recommend working with her for any of your events. Her and her staff took good care of us on our wedding day; she made sure we had enough food and drinks, yes even seconds. Cleaning was easy; her staff also took care of that. The food was very delicious and went beyond my expectations. All the food that Sue recommended was scrumptious. Most of my friends thought the food was going to be flavorless since it was "buffet" but after my wedding, they couldn't believe how incredible the food was. The Chef did a great job! They were more shocked to find out that Napa Valley Catering price was very, very reasonable and that they offered a free wedding cake. Sue and her staff were very professional and courteous to my guest. They made sure all the needs of my guest were taking care of. I would highly recommend Napa Valley Catering to all my friends whether if it for wedding, birthdays, or other occasions. read more

Sue and her staff went way BEYOND the "call of duty". Due to circumstances, my arrival to the venue was late and the décor, tables and chairs were even later. When the truck and cars pulled up, the staff jumped in and assisted with unloading AND decorating! Not only that, but they kept smiles on their faces! They took such great care of us. Sue was gracious and told me not to worry and adjusted the time the food would be ready. I had every family member come up to me and comment on how fantastic the food was. This was a memorial party in honor of my mom who passed away in fall 2020. Many thanks to Napa Valley Catering for making this event perfect! read more

A big thumb up! NVC gave us a prefect wedding and we are so glad that we insist our choice on NVC. All our guests complement the dishes are beautiful, and the chocolate brownie was divine! The cocktail session dishes has a romantic presentation, which melt my heart. Before the wedding we were worried as NVC was not on the venue vendor list, however during testing we have good chat with the chief and the manager. They sound very experienced and provide useful feedback. On the day, the crews are very professional and friendly. They eyes on each guests need, made guest feeling chill and happy during the whole event. Dishes serving is smooth where my husband and I were carefree and enjoy the wedding. Thank you NVC, you made my wedding perfect:) I would highly recommend Napa Valley Catering to couple who seeking a beautiful and private wedding party. read more

We hired Napa Valley Catering for our wedding on Aug 12, 2018. Sue and her team put together the perfect event in every way possible. The food was delicious, excellently prepared and beautifully presented. The service was impeccably timed and unobtrusive. Everything was top notch. Our guests raved about the food and most importantly, the Bride was ecstatic. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect event. Thank you, thank you, thank you. read more

I hosted my 50th Birthday party in San Francisco in my backyard. All I did was pick the venue. Sue and her crew did everything else. She handled everything from the food, to the decor, to the rentals. Sue was easy to work with, even as my numbers kept growing. The food was beyond fabulous. None of my friends could believe how incredible the food was. My hats of to Chef Sal, who can cooking any style of food. He is the best. My birthday party had a unique flair to it. The food station represented a part of my life, and the food at each station was diverse and delicious. The staff was professional and courteous and went out of their way to make my guests feel special. This was better than service at any five star restaurant. I wanted some outdoor furniture for my party and Sue found it on clearance, bought it and assembled at, at no extra charge (except for the purchase). Many of my friends who attended my birthday, had just attended the opening of the Symphony and the Opera, and said that Napa Valley's food was superior. Everyone thought that she was one of the top five caterers in San Francisco. The were even more shocked to kind out that she was half the price. I have booked Sue and her staff for a party next summer, because I'm worried that she's be fully booked by then. Sue made turning 50 easy and fabulous. She's the best! read more

Whether you have a large event, or a small intimate party, this is the catering company to use. The skill of the staff is beyond compare, the food arrives when it's supposed too, the presentation is nothing short of amazing, and the food is DELICIOUS! I host three parties a year at my house, generally two outside and one in. Cleanup typically takes the better part of the next day. When Napa Valley Catering left after my event, they took the mess with them. The next day, I was done cleaning within two hours, and it was primarily from the bar, which I hired out separately. I will definitely use this catering company again. They are the best! - Jeff read more

I recently got married and used Napa Valley Catering to cater my wedding. I originally booked with another company who canceled on my about 90 days before the wedding so when I called Tanya and her team, I was in a panic! Tanya was so responsive, helpful and match the price of my previous caterer. I was SOOO relieved when I found her. We got married at a private residence in St. Helena and Tanya and her team came to the house for our food tasting. I loved this because it was very personal and she was able to see the venue and make decisions on how many tables we needed, where to put everything, etc. We had Napa Valley Catering provide all of our linens, cups/plates, tables, chairs and food. We had an afternoon wedding, so we did heavy appetizers and desert and got tons of compliments on the food! Everything looked absolutely beautiful. My favorite thing about Tanya was that she always returned my calls, texts and e-mails quickly and was very easy to get a hold of. We made a few last minute additions to our order (more umbrellas, more linens for the rehearsal dinner, added ice and ice bins, etc.) and they was super accommodating and fulfilled every one of our requests. I would absolutely recommend Napa Valley Catering for your catering needs. They did a fabulous job on our wedding and the day went just perfect!! read more

Amazing service and the food was even better! 9 of us came into town and rented a house for a fun Birthday weekend. We wanted a dinner at the house to stay and enjoy the night, but we didn't want to cook (or clean up). The food was all really amazing, but the braised short ribs may have been the best meat I have ever had (no exaggeration here). The fish was good, but everyone who had the meat said the same thing... BEST MEAT EVER! The service and the staff were top notch and they cleaned everything perfectly as well. I cannot recommend Napa Valley Catering enough and I can't wait to come back and eat the braised short ribs again. read more

Working with Sue on the menu for our wedding was easy and fun. She made the experience enjoyable! I can't say enough good things about the food, service, and price! I only wish we had more time to eat all of the delicious food choices! read more

Susan and her team are the absolute best!! They did my wedding on October 28th of this year and really out did themselves. The food was terrific but their hospitality was what really stood out to us and our guests. The staff was very gracious and professional. A friend worked with Sue to organize a 50th Birthday dinner at a home we'd rented in Glen Ellen. The caterers did a phenomenal job improvising in a kitchen they knew nothing about. From setting the table to washing the dishes, we didn't have to lift a finger. They served us three appetizers, a BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS salad, main course and baked and served a delicious birthday cake. They gracefully accommodated dietary restrictions. In person, they were extremely professional and courteous. At the end, they asked us to inspect the kitchen and they'd left it in much better condition then when they arrived. We had to change our venue the week before our wedding because of the NorCal fires and Sue went above and beyond to work with our changes and accommodate the new location. She had a designated server, Sheri the day of our wedding to make sure we had food and drinks while we were doing our photography and she was always right there with something yummy. :) (thank you Sheri!) I attended my nephew's wedding this past weekend. His wedding was suppose to take place in Sonoma but with the wildfires it wasn't going to happen at the original venue. They had Napa Valley Catering booked for the wedding. When the venue got moved to the Vacaville area, my sister in law hired them to do the Rehearsal Dinner as well. They put on an amazing buffet with passed horsd'oeuvres. The owner Sue ran a tight ship - the food was amazing, the service was impeccable. The next day they catered the wedding.
