The delivery people were rude and negligent and destroyed my new floors, my front door, my door casing/trim, the molding and the fridge itself. Just look at the photos. We had just spent a lot of money to remodel our new home and were excited to move in when this happened. What's worse, I put in a claim for damages with P.C. Richard and they DENIED my claim. They completely deny any liability and left me with almost FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS in damages. I have never encountered such HORRIBLE customer service in my life and will never order from P.C. Regional Manager Dominic Torlish is incompetent Valvoline…read moreneeds to fire Dominic Torlish. I see someone else complained about him, and about exactly the same thing. Wow I came here to give a review for my bad experience and come to find so many others were dealing with exactly the same problem as me. These people have zero experience. This is a beginners mechanic stop they barely know the basics. They caused a leak in my car whold not following instructions and mishandling my oil pan plug and no one wanted to take responsi . It's like they deal with it in a local level and actually refused to my face when I requested to speak to someone higher up in the Valvoline chain they just completely blatantly deny you and immediately close your case without even hearing you out. The regional manager, Dominic Torlish did not even allow me to plead my case to him I never spoke with the man he only heard the local managers side of the story who is responsible for causing the leak. This is very much conflict of interest because if it's dealt with at a local level and you cannot plead your case to anyone higher up in the Valvoline chain why would local managers admit they are at fault if they never have to answer to anyone higher up. Do yourself a favor go to a real mechanic these people are snakes. Fire Dominic Torlish!
