I told them I needed my front tires done, and they immediately took my car. The owner told me I would need an ailment done, so I decided to get one. He also gave me a discount, which was awesome. The shop had just opened, so he didn't have the equipment at his shop to do ailments, but rather, he told me his other shop was two minutes away with ailments equipment, which was no problem. I went to another shop, and the son works at this business, and like the other shop, the staff was very friendly and quick. I stopped by one day on a whim and one of the employees checked it and found some availability for the next day to have my tire checked out. The next day I checked in at my appt time and waited about an hour and a half for my tire to be fixed and get the alignment done. Both Ricardo and Elmer were very pleasant and helpful with all questions. Only negative I have is I wish the waiting area was a bit nicer (&warmer) but how much can you really expect? The manager told me they would have it completed by Thursday afternoon then he said Friday or at latest by Saturday. No phone call Friday or Saturday. Stopped by Sunday early afternoon and there it sat on the lift with no one working on it, tires off and no new brakes. I told the manager to put it back together and I'd be back to pick it up after he told me it would be a few hours before it would be ready to pick up. I then picked it up at 4:30 Sunday afternoon, 4 1/2 days to replace four tires and perform an alignment is unacceptable. I told the manager it was a poor business model to keep taking in new customers while leaving their earlier customers vehicles not being worked on for days. The manager was friendly and apologized every time I spoke to him but nothing changed. I will not be returning and would recommend to anyone else to find a new garage or prepare to wait and be extremely irritated.

this place is terrible…read more all their inventory, cargurus.com lists as "high priced" but if you inquire about what their bottom line it, they WILL NOT budge on price... for a customer. their inventory sits on their lot for literal years, and they will bump the price down here and there after months as you can see on cargurus, but they are so arrogant communicating with customers. they do not have the pristine one offs they think they have. they have clean cars with average miles. so infuriating that businesses like this stay open... but with how long it takes them to actually sell a unit, you know they're making THOUSANDS off a sale they won't cut a few hundred off to sell to an interested customer. crazy work
