The manager told me they would have it completed by Thursday afternoon then he said Friday or at latest by Saturday. No phone call Friday or Saturday. Stopped by Sunday early afternoon and there it sat on the lift with no one working on it, tires off and no new brakes. I told the manager to put it back together and I'd be back to pick it up after he told me it would be a few hours before it would be ready to pick up. I then picked it up at 4:30 Sunday afternoon, 4 1/2 days to replace four tires and perform an alignment is unacceptable. I told the manager it was a poor business model to keep taking in new customers while leaving their earlier customers vehicles not being worked on for days. The manager was friendly and apologized every time I spoke to him but nothing changed. I will not be returning and would recommend to anyone else to find a new garage or prepare to wait and be extremely irritated.

After leaving with my car, a light came on due to air pressure. I took it to my local Firestone here in Rochester, NY and was told I needed a new valve in my rear tire. I called Road Ready Used Cars and the owner himself called me back and said they will be taking care of the bill, parts and labor, for the valve being replaced. No games, no excuses, no hassle. THAT IS GOOD BUSINESS! So my car was repaired here in Rochester, NY but completely paid for by Road Ready Used Cars all the way from Bridgeport, CT without using my warranty I added on, no wait and no fees whatsoever to me. IMPRESSIVE. So I highly recommend this Dealer. I believe they are honest, good, and straight forward. I do not regret my purchase and I already have my best friend in the Bronx about to purchase her next car from them. Papers were flying and disappearing and no copies were being given to me. They gave me unsigned copies when I asked for ' my copy ' and they changed the price by almost $8000 more that the price advertised. They added on charges to the contract for a warrantee without any warrantee details and it was apprx $3000 then they changed the deposit I left and it wasnt even showing up in the list of charges and credits against the total. NEVER have I see a bigger HEIST OPERATION in FULL DAYLIGHT. CRIMINALS.. Then.. because I was buying with a bank check which I had the day before.. they called and cancelled the sale because they could not produce documentation on all their " TESTS" for ROAD READY CODES
