I stopped by one day on a whim and one of the employees checked it and found some availability for the next day to have my tire checked out. The next day I checked in at my appt time and waited about an hour and a half for my tire to be fixed and get the alignment done. Both Ricardo and Elmer were very pleasant and helpful with all questions. Only negative I have is I wish the waiting area was a bit nicer (&warmer) but how much can you really expect? Will definitely visit again when I need a tire replaced or repaired!

I gave the go ahead and the alignment process started. A test drive followed after reworking the alignment and he came in with the new printout to verify all spec readings within tolerance.
