My family traveled from out of town and noticed a screw lodged in our front tire. We needed to get the tire repaired before making the long drive back home. We called Accurate Alignment and Brake Center and they were able to provide us with same-day service at a very reasonable cost. The mechanics also looked over our vehicle to ensure everything was in working order for our return home. What was an unfortunate and stressful time for my family was made a pleasant experience by the remarkable employees at Accurate Alignment and Brake Center. Words cannot express how grateful we are. Thank you!

Everything seemed to go well and the car drove a bit smoother after the alignment. The owner remarked that the car definitely needed it as well. The price was reasonable. It would have been five stars if there was wifi. There seemed to be a network, but I didn't ask for the password because when I asked on the phone when scheduling, the women said there was no public wifi. Just a bit annoying to be in a waiting area for an hour with no access to wifi during working hours. I'll definitely come back here if needing another alignment, but I'd probably opt to drop the car off & come back next time.

I was talking to John, who took the time to explain everything to me. He had the opportunity to take advantage of me and have me do extra work, but he never tried that. I asked him to see if my front brakes need changing as well, but he told me that it is too early and no need to spend the extra money. I was also concerned about the bearings of my lexus. He test drove the car and assured me that they are OK. The reason I started going here is because they are very honest and do not cheat like the places I have been to before. Not to mention that I love their prices as well. I find their staff very friendly and I always leave satisfied! Vince

When you check engine light comes on and is flashing its bad news! I called a few local shops, it was 4:30pm and everyone was closing at 5pm. We decided to press our luck and pulled into their shop. (I had called them and spoke to their daughter Jennifer and she was so insanely nice that this is why we decied to take the 10 Min drive chance) The owner Dave and his wife were super nice and genuinely wanted to help us. They did a diagnostic right away on my Jeep and said it would be an easy repair (relief x 1000). We explained our situation and that we were on our way to Wellington and would be fine with leaving the Jeep for repair, but needed a rental car. Kris, Dave's wife, starts looking up the phone number to Enterprise. Dave makes the call for us and within 25 minutes we had a rental car lined up and the Jeep in good care to be repaired. Not only did they help facilitate all of this Dave DROVE US to the rental car company! We went on our way and had an amazing time.
